Well, on PvP the bosses/guards are right up there with the most 'insta kill' they've been in quite some time. To be fair, they said that the AI was also no longer targeting thru floor/wall/bushes - yet you can watch AI ADS'ing thru dorms floor at a player, back pedaling from 3 story to 2 story and shooting the split second a player passes in front of a window.

I think they might have forgotten to implement that code....

If it makes you feel any better - 10/10 raids on Streets today encounter a rage "gamer" who was shooting me from across the map (literally) through who knows how many walls/buildings. I finally baited him into killing me - turns out it was the same gamer that Desmond killed on his stream last night - guy carry service for 2 others. Those 2 others were with him each of those 10 raids on Streets for me. Haven't seen a rage'r all wipe so far - what a world.

Yup, and the "usual" nade isn't making him move reliably. I adjusted the throw and am able to get him to move now but slightly different. They all have their brave face on.
