Also nice to have your meds available in your pockets bound already so you're not struggling to heal if you need to quickly stop a bleed between a fire fight to save that precious red water from spilling out.

No you cannot, generally I do pockets 4-6 hotkeys 4 for main med item like ifak, salewa etc, 5 for heavy bleed and 6 for light bleed. You can swap out depending on how you're feeling if you want a morphine up there to stop contusion or for quick painkiller if you're not pre-painkillering. Also I see you only have that one morphine? Bring more pk, break a leg? Have fun wasting all your time limping to possibly die anyway before you get out without a pk.
