@mellow moss Have you tried what Sessamy and me suggested to do for the other guy a few posts above you? He had a similar issue. That's pretty much everything you can do on your end.

@ancient spruce 1) I haven't been double charged, but I heard that from one person here so far. Even though the site was bugged or so and he double clicked it, I think. But even if you get double charged, you can contact your payment provider and solve it pretty quickly. Best to use PayPal, as it's the easiest to pull back money if you should really get double charged. 2) PayPal worked best for everyone so far, some had issue with their banks and CCs, as everything is based in Russia and tends to block certain payment methods.

ssd is basicly brand new, never had any troubles with it (all the other apps on it work great), allocated 16 gigs to the paging file, have 16 gigs of ram, no background apps, and task manager says the same story

That's a known issue since long, there's not much you can do on your end other than trying to play with a VPN enabled (which helped me), clearing your DNS cache, use Google's or Cloudflare DNS for your network,. If you've a dynamic IP address, try to release and renew your current IP if available by your ISP. About the anticheat connection lost, you can try to run the launcher / game as admin or reinstall BattlEye.

After the update my computer is just restarting.(Customs) After that I tried to play scav to get my 450k back. Game just crashed. (Interchange) Third try after I updated everything on my computer. PMC on customs crash again after several connection lost.

You can check if the problem is on your end, otherwise submit a ticket and see if they know more. The things you can try:

1. Verify integrity of game files via the launcher.
2. Delete the files in Documents\Escape from Tarkov (bear in mind that this will reset your keybinds and graphic settings)
3. Reinstall BattlEye with the .bat files that are included in the BattlEye folder.
4. Open CMD as admin > type sfc /scannnow and see if Windows finds any corrupted / missing files, which will then get automatically repaired.
5. Make sure that Windows and your graphic drivers are up to date. If you've recently installed a graphics driver update, try to revert back and see if that's the problem.
6. Install https://media.computerbase.de/s/L56q8zD17IwkyZzvOHsVng/1627581754/download/758/aio-runtimes_v2.5.0.exe and let it install any redist you might be missing and then try again.
7. You can try to increase your pagefile size (virtual memory), depending on how much you can afford to allocate. Here's a video for how it works: #eft-chat message
8. Your last resort would be reinstalling the game.

If you're unlucky, one of your parts is damaged / not functional anymore

To find out what's the issue, you've to eliminate it by removing part by part. Start with the RAM sticks, those are the easiest. Remove one, play the game, if it's the same, put it back in, remove the other one etc. Depending on how many you've with 32GB. Do you happen to have another PSU you can test with this rig? If so, try that. Now, CPU and GPU will be a problem, since it'll be hard to test Tarkov with onboard graphics.

@queen lagoon Hard to explain, but that doesn't have to mean anything, it doesn't have to be the whole time. But if a PC completely shuts down, that's never a good sign. And only because of the game would be highly unlikely. Either something is just partially faulty in your system, has too much load on it, your PSU is bad / can't allocate the power it needs etc. That's why that testing part by part would be a good idea if you care to do so.

You will need to erase this key from your registry. First, make a restore point by going to start > create a restore point and click create on the menu. Then go to Start > regedit and browse to here or past this in the address bar in regedit:

When you browse there you should see the old location for the game on the right. On the left side you should see "escape from tarkov" highlighted. Right click and delete that key.

I need help. In tarkov my ping will go through the rough for several minutes and then kick me. In my last raid I lost all of my good gear which was devestating. I got kicked around 9 times in the raid and died hiding in a bush.
My internet is not that great, however I get around 60 ping on tarkov servers and this only happens to me in this game. My internet is not having any problems and this high ping only happens on tarkov.

What I think is the issue, is that people that suffer from this have a acceptable connection in any other game or a good connection in general, but have a shitty connection to the Tarkov game servers due to some routing issue and it's too unstable to have a stable connection to their game servers while playing. Also, a static IP and IPV6 seems to be a problem.

Try clearing your shader cache. Nvidia control panel > manage 3d settings > scroll to shader cache and turn it off. Reboot. Then enable it again, and run the game.

Also clear cache in launcher at top right on your name > clear cache.

Are you connected via Wi-Fi or Ethernet? If over Wi-Fi, switch to Ethernet if possible or vice versa and see if it's better. Other than that, select other servers in the launcher list.

I would suggest to uninstall the 2015-2019 x64 c++ redistro (not repair, uninstall it), reboot and then install it from the link up there.

On that page you'll need "x64: vc_redist.x64.exe"

You could go ahead and uninstall them all. That would probably be wise.

You might need to reinstall windows if reinstalling all c++ redistros isn't helping. Something may be corrupted in windows. You could try "sfc /scannow" in the command prompt as admin, to see if there's anything it can fix, but otherwise you might need to reinstall windows. There's a feature to do this, keeping items ("reset this PC" in start menu) but doing that will uninstall all programs but it will keep your files. I would 100% suggest a backup just in case on another drive before doing a reinstall in any way.

Everyone that I saw that had this fixed had to reinstall windows.

I had to reinstall the game after the last update now the first minute of every raid is a slideshow, the game is on ssd but its just loading at 100% while ingame giving me huge stutters when walker/aiming down sights etc. It was working perfectly before the reinstall and even now once the raid is 10 minutes in it gets better but for now the first minute is basically a gamble if anyone finds me at my spawn

Another solution you can try, is to open Powershell and type netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=disabled which is followed up by netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=normal. Before doing so, pause your download or cancel it.

I assume you've already tried verifying the integrity of the game files? If so, go to the path where the game is installed, right click on the game's .exe > Properties and see if fullscreen optimization is disabled. If so, enable it and try again. You can also try to launch the game in admin mode, make sure Windows and your graphics driver are up to date, or try to revert back and see if that solves it.

Your BIOS firmware is from 3 years, lol. Anyway, I'm not too sure if you're confident enough to update it yourself, as it's not just running an .exe file or so. So if you've someone that's close to you who can install it for you, cool, ask the person, if not, I can link you a video to it which is pretty easy to follow. It's up to you though.

Is anyone else getting a visual bug on factory where the screen is stuttering when you move? This isn't a CPU throttling issue and I haven't noticed it on other maps. I crashed a minute or so after it began, and when I reloaded the game it started again a few minutes in (though I died before it crashed again)

It's weird that it's only happened today. I had 16gb as well until a few days ago, and at the first few weeks of wipe, I could only keep discord and tarkov open or else most programs on my computer would crash randomly during a raid. Might be something different, but I have a feeling it may be a ram issue.

Are you starting the game and launcher as admin? Do you've any antivirus active and enabled? If so, either turn it off completely or add all of the EFT main folders as an exception in your AV settings.

Go to C:\Users\YOURNAME\AppData\Local\Battlestate Games\BsgLauncher\CefCache and delete the Cache and Local Storage folder, then go to AppData\Roaming\Battlestate Games\BsgLauncher and delete the settings file. Then verify integrity of the game files, check for updates and try again

There are two locations for that. The one is the folder called Logs where you've installed Tarkov, then go into the latest / current folder and there you'll find the errors.log. The other location is in C:\Users\YOURNAME\AppData\LocalLow\Battlestate Games\EscapeFromTarkov

Depends what kind of crash it is. Simple CTD without any error messages are so hard to find a solution for. It's basically just try and error

Was worried you would say that. This is doing my head in. after 3000 hours and 4 wipes The game is unplayable. I CTD every raid within 10 min. The past 20 runs on interchange have had 1-2 crashes depending on if i survive the first CTD. Aren't there automatically generated error logs?

I dont suppose any of you guys are good with the techy side of this game? since the wipe I've had quite a lot of tech issues with random lag spikes a couple times each raid that completely freezes my game for 3-10seconds randomly, I dont suffer with frame drops and sit at a solid stable fps besides the freeze lockups

Game code : CQZK, I got attacked by a Scav player. I killed him. I got no +rep, no message on the bottom right of screen. Where can i report these incidents? I also have a game today where the same happened but i lost 0.05 even tho i killed a player scav that shot me [1 heavy bleed 2 black arms].
