Whenever i load into a scav raid with or without friends i get kicked because of Anticheat Connection failed or Server connection lost but when i restart my game and load back in i am able to get in no problem. This doesnt happen with my pmc

I was clearing out some files on my PC, might've put the auth file in the recycling bin (if that's possible, i'd like to know what file to reverse this)
emails for hardware authentication aren't getting sent, but all the forums are. the "change your email" button on the website is grayed out so i can't attempt this as a fix.
is it possible that the email servers are down for this particular function? or maybe overloaded?
I see this is a huge issue in the community and since it's BSG sided im surprised the only "fixes" available are "checking your spam folder."

yeah for me i just did a bios update so it changed my the PC signature for tarkov, that was fine. but for me i just am not receiving, when logging into the launcher, the verification code. however when i have tried to log into the site online, i receive the code fine and can log in no issue. i suppose they might be overloaded however it's hard to say, a little bit of a weird issue honestly. i even tried doing a full uninstall of the game now and i cannot get back into the launcher either.
and i need to get in ASAP because my generator is on with like 400 fuel sitting in there when it only needs to be on for another hour or so lol

hmmmm, i can log in fine on new hardware, i have the game logged in on my laptop, so i know it's not an issue of it being hardware side and whatever, i just know it logged me out when i tried to get back in and said it was a new hardware or whatever for a second before jumping to the re-logging in of account. just kinda weird i can log in fine on the site, and receive the emails in seconds, it's like the launcher isn't able to send the ping out to the server to tell it to send the email or something. hard to say exactly since the website logs in fine from the same computer

figured it out i think, the launcher needed to be launched in admin mode in order to send the ping, just got the email through. a little weird it didn't auto launch in admin mode automatically if i needed that but that's beta for you i guess.

well screw me good, Guys anyone who tries with this, I just changed it inside to run it in windows 8 compatibility mode and run it as administrator. I just ticked this two slots and E-mail came through! Hope this helps

Was suddenly logged out of launcher Jan. 13th. Tried login, don't receive confirmation email (gmail). I get confirmation email when using login in browser Chrome. No problem. Tried: - Uninstall launcher. - Run as Administrator. - Made sure email and password is correct. - Added BSGLauncher and BSG Acces provider Firewall cleareance. - Added entire Battlestate Games folder to antivirus clearence. Still no confirmation email get through. Setup account to use Google Authenticator - doesn't work on launcher.

Launcher suddenly decided to make me verify email, when i try to log in it says to put in the code sent to my mail, although no mail is sent to me.. via the site it asked the same but did send the code immediately, and ive logged in to the site, but the launcher is still insisting for a new code and will not send one to my mail.. and there is no ''didn't get the code'' option...

hi, does anyone know potential reasons for chronic server connection lost? it pretty much happens every single game, especially on scav runs for some reason

i have tried a variety of fixes, from checking my wifi adapter and ethernet, trying a combination of internet troubleshoots, picking different servers, checking ping and reliability tests, nothing seems to work

google doesnt come up with much cause its such a vague and common issue, but im afraid i dont have much information to go off of

i have lost so much loot due to disconnects ;-; dont even care about living or extracting anymore i just wanna play the game

Can anyone tell me why the vehicle exits never work if me and my friend use it? he pays and it all goes well and then I pay and in my inventory the money just fazes in and out of existence and then I never actually leave with the car so I have to alt+f4 and rejoin the game to play.

hey my Current EFT download is going pretty slow (compared to other download speeds) at only 2mb/s (I can normally get about 30 with steam) is this just a EFT thing or is there some troubleshooting i can do to potentially get it going a bit faster

The fix for me was going into Virus and Threat Protection -> Virus and Threat Protection Settings -> Exclusions and add two 1) BsgLauncher.exe and 2) BsgAccessProvider.exe both of which are in the BsgLauncher folder wherever you installed it. Reboot, relaunch and it worked. I am also on gmail."

Be sure to allow BsgLauncher through both the public and private firewall ( go to Windows Defender and Fire wall > Allow an app or feature through Windows Defender Firewall > Change settings (top right) > Scroll down to BsgLauncher and ensure both private and public are ticked.)

Allow it at a exception in the virus scan protection in the windows Virus and Threat protection ( go to Virus and threat protection > manage settings (under Virus and threat protection settings) > scroll down to exclusions > click add or remove exclusions > Add an Exclusion > File > then find BsgLauncher and allow it through)
My authentication email came in right away after doing that and trying to log in again. Looks like Windows 10 defender was blocking the launcher from communicating with the internet

@dusky obsidian tried that but it was not the issue. Got 16gb, just upgraded from DDR3 to DDR4 (incl new mobo, proc)... did a memtest to make sure I dont have faulty ram. Running at normal speed as well... its weird. I checked for solutions and it appears it's affecting others as well

My email domain is blocking emails from anything eft. I cannot log in to the website at all to change my email. No verification codes. Also, can’t receive emails from support because, again, my domain is blocking them. yep, i also have a gaming laptop, they have fixed late spawns for pmcs but scavs are a different situation , what is funny is that its not a loading issue, for any map it will wait for the timer to reach 2 minutes and then the freezing stops, reguardless of percentage or spawn

Hey ive been playing reserve for round about 20 hours now (raw playtime) and have not seen glukhar once, dead or alive. I stopped thinking im unlucky, and are pretty sure that something is wrong here. Im not talkin about 45 minute runs, im rushing for glukhar every round. They have tried to make it so that late spawns do not happen but they are still occasionally an issue, as for what circumstances cause them I am still entirely unsure, I have only spawned late once on factory and it was by about 30 or so seconds which on that map is still incredibly detrimental

i have never had a late spawn this wipe, and also the late spawns back then were in terms of minutes, you could literally get 4-5 minutes late on any map
for customs that is basically a death sentence if you go dorms often

He may have had his spawn rate stealth nerfed as many changes have been made to the game that we are potentially still unaware to, all I can tell you is that if you're just here to find out if other people haven't seen him than you may be asking a relatively silly question when you could be asking if anyone has seen him and using that information to determine whether or not you singularly are experiencing a bug every single reserve raid that you've been on as opposed to just being unlucky

Well the issue is they changed their name, I would think that mods would be able to see if people changed their nicknames on the server through the server log. They might have changed their entire discord name

So I'm have trouble signing in... I've reset my password and verified my email in the browser with no issue. But the Battle State Launcher takes user/pass and then asks for email verify.....I never get the code. Its not in any inbox or spam. Any suggestions?

alright I've got a problem with trying to start raids while online. i've been thinking that the game would maybe get updated and it'll just fix it, but I've been waiting for about 2 wipes now. So, whenever I try to jump into a raid it resets my pc and then when it turns back on it the fans turn to max for a couple of seconds and then go back to normal. If anyone has had this problem before let me know how to solve please and thank you.

check your spam filter else server for that is down, best to wait before retrying else it'll lock your account. if you don't get it, say within 15 mins in any folder, send again.

eft email servers are as unstable as in game, literally. it can just be down when you click send, and it'll never send. hence sending when it is up, it'll send.

I have an issue with logging in. I have just updated my GPU but the hardware codes are not coming anymore to my mailbox.. All other codes are coming. Checked SPAM and everything. Even tho they were coming previously. Its just a gmail, not a fancy unknown mailbox, bruh.

uninstalled the game due to server issues and glitches. guy kills me while reloading his gun lol. hopefully BSG gets a handle on this as even top streamers are getting annoyed really quickly. hopefully a patch gets sent soon so i can re attempt. great game. very poor execution going into 2021.

@urban swallow quality of life is not the best in this game lol. my advice is to google/youtube "task name" and you'll find everything you are lookin for. also the EFT wiki is great too
