Hey, I've been having a new audio issue in tarkov, and tarkov: arena.

Basically, whenever I load into a map, my sound is quiet, until I adjust it, either up or down, and then it goes back to normal volume.

Downloading arena yesterday and ran out of space, went to delete the arena files to remedy it until I removed another game now the files aren’t in the folder and the storage is still gone

Some files will get placed in the old bat files and can be 'restored' from there, typically it's system files and not game files but you never know what windows will and won't store....

Its some sort of loophole, it says turn off FPS limit to turn on reflex and vice versa

Just found a fix for this if anyone has the same issue, on the top right of the screen when on the graphic settings in tarkov theres a big "Revert" button, that"ll reset only your graphics tab and should turn it off

I've adjusted the MTU to 1378 as well as disabling IPv6 and running only on IPv4, flushed my DNS and resetted Winsock, cleared my cache and a handful of other things. Game runs fine when on LOCAL only issues are on servers (Scav and playing COOP with another player.)

one way to check this is if you lack ipv6 totally

So, I've been having a lot of issues currently with the launcher and accounts in general.

I'm a new player and opted to get the game via Steam. After linking (or I thought I linked it) something weird happened. It gave me the usual problems most people have and gave me a TarkovCitizen name. But when I launch the actual game, I get the username I changed it to.

If I click on the TarkovCitizen name on the upper right hand corner of the launcher, it sends me to the website and shows me the username I signed up with, but when I click on settings, the dashboard is back to TarkovCitizen

I'm starting to think this is whats causing also my twitch drops to not appear in game. But weirdly enough, the Discord link gave me my reward (Toolbox)

I’d like to ask why Santa always shoots me first every time I run into him. He shoots before I even see him.
Sometimes I accidentally fire one shot at him, but he doesn’t die.

The same thing happens with the RUAF at Terminal. When I come out of the safe room at the start—without even having a gun—they immediately shoot me.

Is there a way to solve it?

I went back to playing normal raids for about 5–6 runs, but it still didn’t go away.
I got frustrated and shot Santa again, but my Fence karma didn’t decrease.

You don't lose Fence reputation unless you're a scav

I didn’t shoot the Rogues, and I ran Factory 5–6 times. I played as a PMC, but this issue still hasn’t gone away.

I was playing as a PMC and my Fence rep before the raid was 4.32. I decided to try shooting Santa because he always shoots me first. After killing Santa, my rep didn’t decrease at all. I double-checked and it really didn’t go down.

Then I played as a Scav, killed a PMC, and successfully extracted—the rep increased to 4.33. I also sent a support ticket, but they haven’t replied.

So if you kill him or Rogues, they will all be hostile for next 3 raids?

I'm not sure if it's entirely working for everyone as for my case, it seems pretty blurry and even more so when moving around. The left image is DLSS 4.5 (Preset M) whereas the right image is DLSS 4.0 (Preset K).

I've only heard it working for a streamer and one other person, though I haven't heard much from anyone else.

I reported this because Santa and the RUAF at Terminal keep shooting me nonstop. Even when I go into normal raids 5–6 times without shooting Santa back—only shooting Scavs and PMCs—it still happens. That’s why I suspect there’s a problem or a bug. 🥲

uhhh, i have seen some instances from what you described. those players just kill that squad of ruaf and all goes back to normal

It so hard. Because I don’t have a gun, trying to loot one almost gets me killed. It makes the game much harder to play. hahaha

Is there a way to change the order of the weapons here? I keybinded 1 as main wep, 2 as secondary and 3 as sidearm, but it still shows up normal here and it confuses me during firefights lol

Tarkov keeps launching on my third monitor that is actually a tv. Anyone know how to prevent this from happening so I dont have to go windowed and switch it back every time I launch the game?

you should be able to switch to windowed, drag to correct monitor, go fullscreen again, restart game and it should save

go into the graphic settings in the game and ensure you have the correct monitor selected for the game to pop up on.

another issue you'll run into when running more than one monitor is the launcher and game will load on whatever screen your mouse was on last...

anyone else getting extreme shimmering on basically every object when using dlss 4.5? playing on 4k with a RTX 3080 Ti, overlay comfirms preset m is being used

the game can have hiccups whatever this patch it seems where it freezes for few seconds but as long as youre not clicking and let it pass youll be fine.

I'm constantly getting disconnected mid raid and when trying to reconnect i cannot. Any help appreciated. Also while going in as a scav its before i get into the game.
Either PvP or PvE I get dc'd on both. Local raids work 100% fine.
