like the timer ran out in the raid? If your gear was still on you, you will not get your gear back at all. You have to drop all your gear if you think you won't be able to get out in time for insurance to work. Unless they changed how that works, but I rather play the safe game myself still.

I just bought Tarkov on Steam and I am just/ my game is just crashing on PvP, like when I load into a map it just gets stuck and the screen just loading until it eventually just closes on me,

I've already tried changing regions, validating files, and clearing caches, needing help or advice or anything else in order to try and fix this in order to actually play Tarkov,

I was able to initially play on like the tutorial i guess, but afterwards just loading into a PvP server itsels, ive attempted for 4 hours, literally my playtime has been constantly just trying to get into a PvP server and not being able to.

TLDR : Need help Tarkov troubleshooting, cant get into a server, already tried validating , clearing cache, need advice/fix.

Hello, I have an issue with installing EFT.

The launcher is installed on my C:\ drive, which does not have enough space to download the game.
This is why I want to install it on my D:\ drive, which does have enough space.
Both in the launcher settings and the game installation pop-up window, I have selected the D:\ drive, and yet the launcher keeps telling me that my C:\ drive does not have enough space, even though it's not the drive I want to install the game on.

Do the launcher and game need to be located in the same drive?

I have a problem, yesterday everything worked just fine. Today i try to start Tarkov and first it said Fatal Error failed to verfiy Launcher and Game Version, after that it "started" the Backgroundscreen got up and after a long period of nothing it said Loading Profile Data. Than 10-15min later it said "Errors "Unable to complete SSL connection"", i tried the method (https://www.escapefromtarkov.com/support/knowledge/513) provided by Tarkov Website. I also tried emptying the Cache and tried to delete Battleeye and getting it back from the Launcher but with no succses. I also tried reinstalling EFT and the BSG Launcher, i also tried it deactivating my Anti-Virus but also to no succses.

Hey folks, need some help. I havent been able to play Arena for almost a month and I'm not sure what to do. I get stuck in the loading screen and eventually get an error that says "matchmaking cancelled due to loading issues" or a no server response issue. I have very good internet, and I can run EFT no problem. Frankly I feel like I've tried absolutely every solution presented to me, even from BSG support. we seem to have found a fix. Some files in local data from BSG get corrupted. deleting game, erasing all remainder files of BSG not only on isntall but on where it saves the setup and yoru profile . Ensurign no auto backup restores it. Then reisntalling the game seems to have solved to one person

took like some 6 hours helping to solve this one.

Hell yeah man. So the entirety of the BSG install files (so where the BSG launcher, EFT and Arena game files are located on say, someone's C drive). Then all the APPDATA user folders for Battlestate games (local, roaming etc). Then reinstalling the game and launcher (with perms and AV lifted). I did that three times. The only thing different from what I did is disabling this "auto backup", how does one disable it? Cause everytime I did the above re-install, the Unity Serialization corruption would come back, so something was keeping those broken files there even though I was sure i'd scrubbed it.

yeah it always somehow comes back, yeah I do have onedrive on my comp i'll check that out. What made the game for me somewhat playable, especially after a 3 clean reinstalls and an account reset, was before I launched the game, I would wipe my appdata, if I could play 1-2 raids without the crash occuring, it would never occur for the next 8. Yes, I managed to get like 10+ raids in one launch of the game without the bug appearing. Then when I relaunched (went afk in stash and the game booted me out), bug appeared in first raid. So something is screwing with the files/game state and corrupting it.

One thing to check from my programmer bro:
Close BSG/EFT.
Do a backup of the appdata/cache files.
Delete the originals.
Relaunch BSG/EFT and wait for the cache/appdata to be synced from the cloud.
Do a diff between the two sets of files and see what the changes where.
If no changes, enter a raid to trigger the bug, then diff again, and see changes.
If there is no difference it means something is wrong with the install or fundamentally with the game code, and is out of our hands entirely.

Hey guys, I have a problem. Since yesterday morning at 5 AM, when they had database and server issues, it feels like it takes 10-15 minutes to load the main menu. And whenever I try to do anything in the stash, or just generally, I get a backend error: unstable SSL connection. I've already opened ports, changed the DNS server, disabled and re-enabled IPv6, enabled and disabled certificates, restarted the router, reset it to factory settings, and completely reinstalled Windows, but I still have the same problem. Has anyone else experienced this and found a solution?

Anyone else gotten a backend error while loading into terminal and it made you go back to stash. I no longer have the case of evidence to transit to terminal and the system will typically give me another one back if I die but it thinks im in terminal. I tried dying nothing works.

Restarting the game
Clear the game's cache
Restarting the router
Verify game files' integrity

A firewall rule for tarkov might help if there are similar networking issues outside of code 1000?

One last fix I'm reading here is "disabling ipv6", this fixes a bunch of other errors so try that too if none of this works

My friend purchased a copy of the base game on Steam when 1.0 came out, and we played the game together normally without issues up until 2 nights ago. He logged on to the launcher from steam(no issues) and then opened the tarkov official site from the launcher. He did not refund the game on steam or issued charge backs or anything like that. He also has never cheated, we physically play together all the time as I game on a laptop. The timing is also just ridiculous for it not to be related to the purchase? He launches the game as normal, buys the upgrade, launcher exits, log in again and banned. Has anyone experienced anything similar? We did contact bsg, and any advice beyond that would be very welcome.

I already had 40 bitcoins it seems that after failing the objective "Find the RFID Encryption Device in Labs" you're supposed to go talk to Kerman so he can tell you to go talk to mechanic then you pay him the 40 bitcoins. The issue is as you said Kerman won't give you any dialogues.
