I decided to complete the million rouble bet. I managed to complete the quest by winning 3 games (lost 3 as well). The quest showed as completed. Since the servers are down and I cannot switch to EFT to complete the task, I decided to keep playing Arena and help someone else do the same quest, and I lost a round. The quest then failed AFTER I had already completed it and I lost my million.

The survivalist path - tough guy; you can kill all the scavs and complete the task, but if you use any meds before turning it in the task will fail

The warning is in the quest description and you also have it in writing on the wiki what will happen if you fail the task

Losing 4 matches in your last 6 = failure, it doesn’t matter how much progress you have on the task up until that point

If the task is not handed in, it is not completed

Tasks that can be failed can be failed all the way until you click the complete button with the trader

This is bc when u launch the game from steam, it automatically creates an account for you and links it. You can login to the bsg website by clicking the login with steam button and it will ask you to finish setting up the auto-created account. Note that you cannot use the same email as ur other account for this.

After you have done that, you can login, unlink, and relink to your actual bsg account but doing so will wipe progress made

Hi everyone, seems like I've got a serious issue :

After BSGs announcement telling us servers are live again, I tried logging in after 3 days without playing, and noticed my character progress had been sorta wiped (different PMC/faction, different name too, went from level 40 to level 7, basically everything changed).
After trying different things ig to get my progress back, I first made a bug report ticked on launcher explaining this, then tried going on their website to see if there's a different way to get it fixed. There I realized my credentials weren't working anymore (only on the website tho, not on the launcher, i can still log in and start the game, but get kicked out after 1min in the stash).
I checked my mail, and noticed 2 mails from 5 days ago asking for a password change, then for a mail change (I'm the kind that uses separate mails and this is one of those mails i only check for authentication/verifying purposes). I've obviously never requested a mail or password change. I'm assuming my account got hacked ? Since I haven't had any issues with any other website I use this mail on, are there known issues related to BSG credentials leaks ?
Is there a way to get in touch with support directly even if I can't log into their website with said credentials ?
Is there another channel on this discord that is more appropriate for those kinds of problem ?

The reason why I immediately thought of a credentials leaks on BSGs side is because I never shared my credentials anywhere, and definitely not on EFT related discords/forums/social medias, and never had a problem with that mail in the past.

Any solutions to the Armored Case for The Ticket story chapter being gone entirely (could never start the opening craft)? So I have an issue with my Hideout currently, I can't upgrade/install anything even though I have all the required items for it. For example I need 1 Sledgehammer to dismantle the wall, which I have in my Inventory, but when I go to my wall it says 0/1 and this is the case for other purple items like "Bulbex" which I need for Generator Lvl. 2. I tried putting them out of Scav Junkbox into my normal inventory and also bought new items, restarted my game, cleared the cache, checked integrity of game files and yet I don't seem to be able to upgrade anything in the Hideout relating purple tinted Items (Bulbex, PGW, Sledge etc.) - Issue is apparent since Update, I am also playing on PvE if that matters.

Hello, I am working on the story quest "the ticket" and I have unlocked lightkeeper, I have encoeded the DSP, I walk onto the island no problem, but Zyrachy and his goons keep killing me as soon as I walk through the first set of doors. Both are very important to get right. If your back-end doesn't work your application is simply broken. If your front-end doesnt work then users won't be able to use it and it will be effectively broken.

If you are like me, you might have 100's of resourceful channels open on your discord but the fact of the matter is, I reduced it heavily because of how much Disk resources it was taken. I removed tons of un-used channels I can just rejoin. I'd also consider just making an account with only your favorite tarkov channels. The biggest issues users are having is disk read/writes utilization, Driver updates, cpu thread management like windows netsh settings and third party antivirus. Tarkov does not like HAGS (Hardware accelerated Graphics settings) enabled. If you aren't streaming, some newer cards run at higher fps with nvidia reflex just on without boost. If you don't max out your textures it will rely only on cpu, check your in game settings! Dlss has its own issues and you can get a higher res game experience and similar frames without it depending on your hardware.

netsh int tcp set global rss=enabled (Receive Side Scaling) This setting allows all of your CPU cores to organize the incomming packets instead of just using one thread. This will reduce CPU bottle necks if you have a multi core CPU (most of us do)
netsh int tcp set global rsc=enabled(Receive Segment Coalescing) Looks similar to the last one but is rsc not rss, This takes packets and bundles the small ones into fewer bigger ones before handing them to your CPU (Your NIC has to support it but it does not hurt anything to enable it.
netsh int tcp set global ecncapability=disabled (Explicit Congestion Notification) This one may cause packet corruption but it is just a traffic jam notifier in a sense and we are just ignoring data politeness by disabling it. If problems occur when enabling it just do the same command and change ecncapability=enabled
netsh int tcp set supplemental template=internet Running this ensures broad compatibility for browsing/downloads. Running this activates the combo for general use.

That may be so, but windows running your package blocks with one thread isn't helping anything.

Also pausing and hitting play after a bit is known to increase speeds because the bandwidth gets opened backed up (this is because of the single threaded issue and how packets are delivered) The Netsh settings optimize things a bit.

The reason DDU works even if you never had nvidia hardware installed in your machine: Bloatware offenders like Armory Crate and even in rare cases where windows 11 (gaming) update, quietly installs NVIDIA PhysX + nvapi stack for RGB/monitoring compatibility. Tarkov’s particle/muzzle flash code still probes for nvapi calls and it trys to route through the broken nvapi64.dll

The devs shouldn't have to worry about this issue but they could Use DXGI/D3D11 queries before any LoadLibrary("nvapi64.dll") and force skip it or even prompt the end user to repair the file.

I bought Tarkov, did all I needed to do as in installing the launcher and then the game. It finished but when I tried playing, it gave me error 103003 "Files corrupted" or some bullshit. I uninstalled it about 3 times and reinstalled, cleared cache, checked integrity, did the anti virus stuff and also ran it as admin. Nothings fixed it :( Whenever I click repair, it remains at 0. Trying to play with some friends who told me to get the game

What settings specifically? Some systems will do better with running things on ultra as it puts the load on different hardware.

Was curious if anyone else was having an issue of having every storymode quest completed, but being 7/8 and 31/32 on evidence turned into kermin on the ticket quest

Currently cant progress the quest because I need 1 of each, but I've completed every single other story mode quest in the game so I should've had it all

Hello guys, i encountered a game breaking bug today, and as a solution i tryed to die with a quest item, but now half of the bug as been resolved and i still can't finish the quest, its a story spoiler so if someone as any idea its about end of "They Already here" questline

|| I lost the Data Drive from the ASSR Cobalt Facility, deactivated the facility and extracted with it before loosing it, but since i couldnt give the quest back because of a "node bug" i decided loosing the Key would bring me back to that node. didnt happen and the key don't spawn anymore ||

I did tag Tarkov/ Nikita and OgDim on twitter about it, multiple time, it seems to have been follow by the half fix of the quest node, but now i'm softlock at that quest item

cultist are killing people at the lighthouse as soon as you get there to the front door. Also when you go to loot they will be in a random room and not on the hills. I have the lightkeeper unlocked and im trying to do his task. bringing him his items is really starting to get annoying when they kill you with a quest item that you cant die with the second you get into the compound to turn it in. Like why???? can this be fix please. Make it to where they cant aggro you until you aggro them when you have access to lightkeeper. or just keep them on the rocks and not let them roam.
