So I've recently been having this issue of trying to load into any raid. It loads loot all the way to 95-100% and the entire game and my pc freezes. I thought it was a ram issue, so I edited my page file. DIdn't work. I also tried updating my drivers, clearing cache, redownloading the game and disabling full screen optimizations. Nothing. However I can receive emails and other updates from them on my second account (which I made just so I can contact support).

Also my main account has BSG white listed and has enough free space to receive the mail from them.

I have EOD account and roughly about 1200 hours and I can verify ownership.

Storage: 4tb nvme pcie drive

Issues: Averaging 40-50 fps on most maps with factory being slightly better performance. Along with heavy dips into the 30s or 20s for FPS. I have checked countless times on my bios, drivers, or overlays and or other applications affecting tarkov externally and it hasn't been those. I have used Process Lasso and it hasn't helped. I've also both used low/nothing to medium graphics with 1080p or 1440p and have met the same results. I am using windows 11 with the power performance settings set to high usage or prioritize better performance in the power options. I have cleared my cache and deleted the logs from the log folder on the launcher. I have also tried to see by searching for and disabling anything in my bios that could hinder my cpus performance or my system. Going through countless youtube videos, guides, subreddits, I cannot for the life of me wonder why I cant average 100fps with little to minimal graphical performance at 1440p or 1080p. It's not a heating issue either as both my cpu and gpu have 280mm radiators to cool them.

Tbh I would try without any overclock what so ever, and see if that helps. Are you running a GPU OC as well? Make sure your RAM is at 3600mhz in task manager? It sounds to me like you're CPU/RAM limited but, I'm not sure. Have you used Display Driver Uninstaller and updated to the latest Drivers?

Also maybe Windows updates, or AMD Chipset drivers for your motherboard?

I've also used an uninstaller in a guide to do these driver or video driver unistalls to than reinstall the same or newer drivers and thus no change to tarkovs performance.

It's a pain in the ass but I also have uninstalled and than re-installed windows as well as Tarkov.

I would confirm you're not having heating issues, it sounds to me like your heavy dips could be the result of over heating. I would reccomend HWMontior to log and check on all the temps in your PC. But, it sounds to me like the issue goes deeper than that. I'm not sure why you'd only be see 60s on average. I remember seeing 80-90 on my old CPU. I would double check you have the proper chipset drivers for your Motherboard.

Okay, I already tried to write about this in the Arena discord server, but my request was not accepted, so along with sending a bug report, I will try to write the problem here again.

ARENA:About 11 hours ago I last logged into the game and it worked fine. After that I went away for 4 hours to play other games. I came back and tried to log into the game. The loading screen just kept showing up and scrolling the loading wheel at the bottom.
