That was me, and the resources are there if you just search for "tarkov error 228", which relates to item failing to move. There's videos explaining how to "unstick" items from as far as 6 years ago still available to watch, but the gist of it I already summarized above

it is possible that the more recent issues have to do with complete "phantom items" as they seem to relate to hideout upgrading, so there's little to be done but wait for a fix, no harm in trying the known methods tho

I've been playing the game and experiencing the new Factory just fine, but the moment I try to launch a raid into Lighthouse, I get "Object reference not set to an instance of an object upon launch," and the session hangs and then takes me back to the main menu. I have tried reverting my keybinds and all the settings to default without any success, and I have also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game 4x now, but the problem still persists. I can play all the other maps with no issue except for Lighthouse. I have no idea what else to try.

Hi, lately I've had an issue with runnig woods, the game immage just freezes but I can hear it still running. I tired many fixes online but none worked. I've looked the issue on the internet and there seem to be one other person 4 years ago with the same issue, but he did not get any answer. I just had my first game of the wipe (pve). Went to shoreline. Immediately, as usual, started sprinting to cottages. i got there, i hear a noise outside so i peak, and got headshot instantly. fortunately my helmet saved me. I heard the guy run over to the cottage and so i went outside and there's a guy next to my building, so i shot him. he's dead, i go over to loot his body, and just as i got near, i heard a ping, as if a grenade had gone off nearby, like a flashbang or something, so i ran back to the cottage, and died to an explosion. Turns out the guy i'd killed 10 seconds before, killed me. yes, it was Partisan. I got an achievement, something about improving my karma. I'm just curious, how, may i ask, first of all, do i have bad karma, why this guy appeared. and how am i supposed to improve karma if less than 5 minutes into the game i get killed because of apparent bad karma? Note this was my first raid, i'd not even SEEN a pmc, never mind killed one from a different faction. I'm not a fan of the fact i need to read through pages of patch notes just to be able to play a game and understand all the small print, but the game is the game, they do what they like, i'm familiar with tarkov. But, was their idea to just decide that everyone just deserves to die their first raid? or was this just me? I had not killed any pmc's, i had not been camping or staying in a place too long. i got shot seconds after i entered the cottage, which again i literally sprinted to. and somehow had a trap that he apparently set before he died (that somehow triggered on my way back to the cottage, a good 3 second sprint from his body that didn't trigger on my way there somehow). I've had this game for years. is it too late to ask for a refund? Ok, sorry, rant over. i understand if noone reads this, i just needed to vent lol

Has anyone had a bug where you have a long exit from a raid either after being killed or successful extract during the long load time you can still hear audio from the raid then once you eventually load out in cases of survival my gear is no longer insured and in cases of death all my gear is lost even if it's been hid by a friend

PVE SERVER Just as an FYI for the community. This seems to be an issue with the Black Exfil helmets. When they removed the faceshields it seems the game either thinks the faceshield is still there or the Black Exfils are just completely bugged and cant have shield or NVG. The L3Harris GPNVG-18 can be moved seperately as can the black exfil helmets you just cant put them onto the black exfil helmets
