The scientist under the rubble should have a key to a locked door on the second floor. if its not there, someone else took it. If they didnt unlock the door, you can climb throught the windows to get on the outside and then just go along the ledge and go in through the windows to the office

My game is lagging whenever I look around, I think it has something to do with my GPU. When i'm looking in one direction it uses 75% of my gpu and runs at like 140 FPS (hideout example), but whenever i start to look around my GPU usage drops to like 30 and i drop to like 50 fps. You are in a very bad situation. You can try to change your email by explaining this to support but if they have your email you might be out of luck to be honest.
