If nothing helped on that link the problem is either your pc not being fast enough or your internet connection has a configuration problem. If it's the connection problem you should never get any good raids, even on factory.

Any XP you gain in Arena is added to your EFT profile, even if it's not instant

You might actually be not allowed to connect to that server location because you don't have the EU game version.

Other game version doesn't have the rights to connect to EU servers if you have "other/USA"

If you upgrade to EU you might be able to use that server group.

But I can't guarentee that.

In the website description "other/USA" can launch anywhere except EU.

But I'm pretty sure that just means launching from that region.

I have not really encountered a problem like this from an ex-CIS country before.

I would suggest contacting support in a bug report in the launcher.

If you are located within 200 ping from the EU servers you should be able to play on it.

If he can't get 200 ping to any servers you also have 200 or less ping to, you unfortunately can't play. He might should use a VPN to a NA West in case the problem is ISP routing.

trying to reinstall tarkov and i tried installing yesterday and it was working fine but i paused it to download it later, today i wanted to continue the installation but it automatically cancelled, regardless I am trying to reinstall now but it keeps saying calculating time and using my disk whilist doing that, and after like a min or two or it just automatically cancels

If you bought the game and it no longer says you own it on your account the most likely thing that happened is your bank charging it back.
