Escape from tarkov is a game that gets more optimized and has the maps worked on each update. It is likely not even a you issue it's a game issue with lighting in some areas. Interchange had this exact issue really bad for awhile but it has gotten better over time.

Hello, I have a PC with an R9 7950X, RX7900XTX, 32GB 5200Mhz RAM and an M2 SSD. I can barely reach 70 FPS on woods and around 30-40 FPS on Streets. Also it takes ages to load back into the menu after a raid and the menu doesn't run that "smooth" eighter. I watched several guides on how to improve FPS, but nothing helped. I checked everything and tried everything but nothing helped. I feel like my PC should run this game with ease on almost every map on at least 100 FPS. Drivers are updated and I tried every possible setting, I don't know what to do anymore. My CPU mostly sits at 25-30% usage and my GPU at 60-70%. My RAM is mostly between 20-25GB. Also some of the item icons in the menu/inventory just wont load which is also very annoying, tried clearing the cache. Also tried re-installing and moving it to another disc

Why should I have these enabled/disabled and why? Are there any advantages for them?

"Only use physical cores": Depends on your CPU, the best thing you can do is go into a raid and check if it makes a major difference.
"Auto RAM Cleaner": Cleans your RAM if you press 'Escape', if you are running out of RAM its a good thing to enable, I don't see a reason why you would enable it if you got enough. It gives you a little lag when you press 'Escape' mid round

Oh, RAM cleaner is also the reason for why you get those freezes in the main menu when going between stash/traders/main menu screen?

no. You are the only one I know of. Usually with large blocking of pings in the launcher it's a local DoS protection issue on the router.

You'd be better off asking BSG support with your crash logs for specific information like that, I'd imagine testing a different PSU would help, if you have any overclocking I would disable that and go from there, you have probably already done drivers but if you haven't used DDU to completely remove graphics drivers I'd recommend that but you said you've tried everything so idk

1. Disable auto updates, and then close the launcher via task manager
2. Spam install a ton, then close the launcher via task manager and it may let you update after that
