hey guys. ive had the game for like 5 days or something and I havent been able to play due to some sort of loading error.

basically whenever i q, then accept...then it starts loading...creates player pools/loads loot.....
and then
just gets stuck on "awaiting player session", and eventually enough time goes by that it stops the matchmaking and a error pops up in bottom right saying, "error cant load into match".

what ive done to try to fix so far: checked integrity/ uninstalled/reinstalled/ made sure they were in different folders/tried putting in same folders/ tried with just arena installed/tried with both/tried with a vpn...i recently built a brand-new pc and all my settings and drivers are tip top as far as i can tell...so im stunlocked! please help

Perfect! I've been getting some errors when I'm trying to install and I haven't been able to find a solution that works. I'm getting the first error (Unable to download the file .....) every so often when I try and install and I'm always getting the second one (ERROR: 108003) after it finishes verifying. Every solution I've found that seems to work requires the distribution file that never downloads on my system. I've done the basics of turning off fire walls, verifying hard drives, and giving permissions but nothing has worked so far.

The only file that is downloaded to my knowledge is arena_live_0.1.3.0.28151.bsgp.mcd to my bsgLauncher -> Temp folder

If you don't know how to do it, forget I mentioned it, setting DNS manually is often not the best idea if you aren't aware of issues or benefits of them, but it can help issues with sites sometimes. DNS servers are basically a step in how your computer connects to websites

I figured it out!! you have to take the arena_live_0.1.3.0.28151.bsgp file that appears in the bsgLauncher -> Temp folder AFTER it starts verifying but before it finishes. make a copy on your desktop. Change that file to a .zip (just add .zip at the end). Then extract that back into your EFT Arena folder. reopen the launcher and repair and boom done.

So for clarification I can play all maps on regular tarkov without issue, however when trying to play arena after i accept the queue just before loading into the match it fades to black and says match abandoned or server connection lost, if i keep reconnecting sometimes i can pick a kit or watch specate for a few second but then it fades to black with one of those errors again, its not an internet issue my internet is running fine, i monitored like my gpu and memory they both dont like cap out or anything so i dont understand why this is happening

I uninstalled the launcher completely, and then reinstalled it to NOT my C drive, then it goes away. When you download EFT or Arena it downloads an unpacked version to the launcher folder, and THEN unpacks it to the destination folder, if you don't have enough room you can't download it

My tarkov doesn't want to install on my C (Local Disk Drive). It will only let me install it on the DATA D drive. This hurts my loading speeds in game, any known workaround to this issue?

It also won't let me update the game if I have it on my C drive, only lets me update if its on my D drive.

Hello does anyone know why I am having really bad frame drops or lack of smoothness while playing the game when stairing at a wall in a private raid I have about 90 fps but when I move around and look my entire game will freeze constantly throughout the entire raid and its on every map even factory and labs. The computer use to be able to run it just fine and I am very confused. I have tried just about anything and I dont really know what to do I have 3060ti, amd ryzen 5600x, 16gb 3200mhz of ram but is enabled up to 2667 due to 3200mhz for some reason making my entire pc lag. Im running out of option and want to be able to play for wipe tmr.

That is very strange, have you done the basic windows optimizations? Have you got the lastest nvidia driver? have you enabled turbo boost (or amd equivalent)? What settings are you trying to run the game at (also 1080p 1440p) (alongside postfx) finally have you got anything running while playing (discord is fine).

Also try reseat ram in different channels and try enable 3200mhz.
