Does anyone know how to solve this bug? I during the preparation of the server to the game, disconnects from the match, giving the error "Lost connection to the server" and no longer allows you to enter the match. The only way to solve it is to cancel the match and wait for a 15 minute cooldown.

Hello! Currently the launcher seems to be having some issues, here's two ways I've managed to fix it

1. Disable auto updates, and then close the launcher via task manager
2. Spam install a ton, then close the launcher via task manager and it may let you update after that

Yes I tried three browsers before Chrome is default, then Edge, Opera (+VPN) . But wow, I worked around it now. Created a new account with my gmail, connected gmail to paypal. And now it worked, I got the Paypal login page and could purchase. So definitely a Xsolla issue.

No. The account is locked. Meaning no one can access it during the timer. It’s actually protecting it from being messed with while you have time to secure it and change the password.

Just properly secure your email account, not just change the password, end all sessions, change 2FA, get new backup codes, change recovery email, remove any forwarding, check phone number and details are correct, then just reset your Tarkov account password after the timer, I’d highly suggest doing it for pretty much every other account you have linked to your email and in future practice better account security

Greetings; I have some problem with ingame latency, I have no issue on connectivity at other games , even battlestate launcher shows that i have 50-70ms on EU servers. But once i've connected to the match my ping goes 300+ and once i ve checked the ip of that from source monitor at task manager , .exe connected IP is Japan. I have no issue whatsoever if i que up with a guy from UK or using VPN but whenever i ve tried to connect solo by selecting only EU region servers i am redirecting to Japan rest servers i am gettin 150+ ping anyway.

There is a threat at forum aswell lots of replies in it , also i encountered players at twitch with same problems etc.Just wanted a response that support/devs acknowledge the issue.

You don't play on EU actually. The game puts you in the servers other side of the world. You can see the IP addresses of your matches in log files. I'm located in Turkey and the game puts me in Japan or Singapore.

1. Disable auto updates, and then close the launcher via task manager
2. Spam install a ton, then close the launcher via task manager and it may let you update after that

I need help, I don't know what to do about the FPS drop. So I have an i5 10500H, an RTX 3050TI and 16GB of RAM. 16GB of RAM is sadly not enough for a smooth experience on maps like Streets and Lighthouse, your CPU and GPU are also not very capable either, I would suggest turning settings down and using DLSS or AMD FSR 2.2 in combination with MIP streaming

MIP streaming is essentially texture streaming, it lowers the total amount of VRAM used by caching super downscaled textures and then upscaling them only when they need to be loaded, it will put more stress on your CPU but it massively lowers the memory needed

For lower end systems it helps to reduce stuttering and input lag and can improve performance so it’s worth trying, if you want a smooth experience in Tarkov on all locations sadly your PC just can’t do that for you. Maybe in the future but not currently

I mean if people are having issues with performance there are solutions to make Tarkov run really well, but expecting BSG to just ‘optimise’ it is ludicrous. The product hasn’t even finished development yet, optimisations will come but to put time into it now means delaying release even further and it will break all over again whenever they add new maps or systems or features. Just have to either upgrade your PC to something good or grit your teeth and bare it til that day comes

If none of that really didn't help, the problem is likely either a lack of ipv6 from your internet service provider (you can check for this at whatismyipaddress.com or other sites like that) or you are on a dual stack lite connection (which means you have a shared ipv4 address but a unique ipv6 address. This is hard to know if you have because you can't tell.) The tarkov servers require a dual stack connection which means you have a unique ipv4 and ipv6 address.
If either of these is the cause you will need to either turn on ipv6 on your machine locally (might help, might not, seen many results) or you must contact your isp to get either ipv6 support or dual stack regular connection and not dual stack lite. If you lack IPV6 and contact your ISP about that also ask for regular dual stack because they may just give you IPV6 but dual stack lite, which has the same issues.

You do not have enough storage space on whatever drive your BSGLauncher.exe is installed to, you can install the launcher to a different drive and then install it without an issue, the launcher downloads a smaller temporary version, and then unpacks it into the destination folder, so you need room on both drives
