So yeah, streets is kinda disappointing with performance as always, I am heavily bottlenecked by my CPU (Ryzen 9 5900X) dont matter the settings, the resolution I rarely exceed 70% of GPU usage even on 4K. My question to you is - What settings besides LOD and Render distance impact CPU the most, I want to use scopes on streets really bad but with 70 framerate by default 45ish FPS with scopes isnt really nice experience.

This happened twice today. One time I clicked something in Options, and it locked up my PC. On the other hand, I was going to play a raid with my friends, and it just locked up my whole PC; no inputs or anything worked, and there was no sound. Tarkov, for some reason, is causing my PC to lock up at random. I googled it and got like nothing but people saying they also had the issue, with no solutions. I scanned file integrity, and I'm going to do a drive scan in Windows. I hope it fixes it. By the way, Tarkov should actually let you know whether or not the integrity check found errors instead of just finishing and saying nothing.

Im just confused because I have played this game a year ago maybe and It worked for months. I come back and it just now has issues after a week of playing just fine.

You only mean the game files? Not the launcher? Copy paste the folder and then delete the original one and choose "set the path to existing installation" in the launcher instead of install, and point to the new folder.

This has been happening for forever, my microphone gets frozen/disabled whenever I load into Tarkov, I have to go and disable/enable my mic (or just unplug/replug usb). Mic gets broken across the whole system, discord and everything else stops working. This thing has been driving me mad.

I'll get him to try thgis but I'm not sure if it'll fix his problem. He has only ever had an AMD GPU, never Nvidia so I don't know if there will be any Nvidia files on his system. Also, the fps drops are not just when shooting, it will be like he can play 2 or 3 raids perfectly fine, and then randomly without any related input, his fps will drop to 10 and stay at 10 until he restarts
