i mean i havent heard of a lot of things either. luckily we have tools to search the internet 😉 its an application that will let you record frame info over a sample period. its a tool to help, but maybe not needed. 15ms frametime is just above 60fps. judging from this post, your performance is about expected. tarkov is not kind to low-ipc processors from what ive seen in this chat. when youre in live raid, can you look at the performance tab and see where your cpu and gpu loads are averaging?

my guess is, for some reason on your end the launcher is sending a bad request to login server. might be getting mangled by your computer or somewhere along the network. i dont have a problem logging in. im sure uve restarted your computer already?

You can also submit a support ticket through your the website. There’s not much you can do about gettin captcha authed in the launcher because of your geographical location. That’s something bsg needs to handle but they need to know it’s a problem 🙂

The most likely cause to this if nothing is helping would be that your internet service provider has you on dual stack lite and not dual stack. This means you do not have a unique IPV4 address and is usually the cause of this problem.

Hello, I have a problem, I can't get into the raid, I only have the loading screen "Awaiting session start" and after a while it says server lost connection and reconnect doesn't help for PMC. When I play as SCAV, I get into the raid, but after about 10 minutes it says server lost connection, and when I reconnect, it says "Awaiting session start" the loading screen again, and after a few minutes it says server lost connection. I play mostly with friends from Canada/USA and we are often at 120-140ms Ping difference (We found all the servers and choose from them that we can play safely on without getting constantly kicked from), with that change now I fear I wont be able to play with the people I usually play with

To be safe it's not recommended to use 3rd party software with the game as this could trigger battleye.

And in the terms of use any software that makes the game easier is considered cheating. I know this is not your case but if others use this without hearing loss it could be seen that way.

The game does have color blindness aids so maybe one day it could do the same for hearing.

Anyone running into server disconnected issues over and over after the most recent update? I've tried a packet loss test on my pc four times outside of game and I have less than a percent of packet loss over a 4 hour test yet in game I keep getting packet loss and server disconnected. I have verified my speeds are more than adequate (1 gig down, 100 megs up) and nothing else has changed. I've reset modem and router, reset pc, flushed DNS, even tried a new network cord. I've tried auto region as well as selecting all low ping USA servers near me. I'm at a loss. My wife is on the same connection with no issues at all when she joins game. we are both running 32 gigs on a samsung evo 860 ssd with 1tb on it and its maybe 1/4 full. idk what you mean by page file. im in the south eastern part of the USA (Tennessee) and i have it set to southern area of that which is like 40 ping, i have tried others and all of the yield the same getting kicked stuff. even tried letting it auto select. i just made it through a scav run without issue so i'll let it regen (about 8 minutes) and i'll tryin again. i have to extract on lighthouse 4 times anyway so i'll kill two birds with one stone.

i haven't played with anyone from a different region

and i have the problems regarless if she is on or not.

but yeah she had a normal raid and i lost a kit on shoreline because i couldn't stay in raid long enough to get out

I had it bad for weeks. The my solution was to have my ISP change my connection from dual stack lite to dual stack. Do you know which you have?

when you run out of ram your ssd starts to be used as virtual memory

i know that they did a region update a few days ago and i'm like 80% positive that is what caused mine. i had such bad packet loss that it would disconnect me over and over until raid ended

my fix was either because they ended the event or the fact i finally did a fresh install so idk what your solution could be. i would do a manual packet loss test on your computer first to confirm that it isn't because of your ISP

if it isn't then there are other steps you can take to hopefully clear it up.

shrugs maybe close programs that aren't needed? i know the corsair keyboard program that is needed to control colors and keybinds on your keyboard has to be closed to play on PUBG and some other games because they see it as an unfair advantage and it force closes those games until you close it

it's more fair.. they don't instantly turn 180 degrees to shoot you in the eyes. If they're looking away, they don't turn around.. which makes sense.. unless you shoot
and they do miss some shots

tarkov bosses (including raiders & rogues) basically have aimbot, and hit you within a half second.

tarkov is now unplayable for me, as i used to be fine with italy servers at 100 ping with a very stable connection, but now i can only select southern europe servers altogether and i get 180+ ping with a HORRIBLE connection
