Mosin man would just bring out a mosin with this somewhat easily accessible round, and just thorax a chadded up dude, and if fragmentation occured, it was practically a one shot.
So the thorax was given 5 more hp to avoid shenanigans like this, mosin was made more expensive, and LPS was locked a little higher on the trader levels

They will be added to the game roaming on maps when seasonal characters get added to Pvp. But we don't know if it's for seasonal characters only
