I build computers for fun and can fix most user problems with Windows, but there's still a bunch I don't know and I'm here to learn. Even in the basic lessons I'm learning a few things that missed having studied Windows 98 thoroughly back in the day, but not thoroughly studying anything past Windows XP despite using it daily. I've never worked in IT despite doing IT stuff and helping two retail small businesses setup and maintain their network and computers.

My goal is to get a piece of paper that says I know something and get out of my current job where management refuses to maintain equipment and this results in injuries. My felow employees are to stupid to see this as an issue.
