I already had lots of lots of patience with scopely. My patience ressources are almost used up.

Honestly, all the screwed up things (events, delayed scoring in events, even lost scores sometimes, patches with some new features and introducing regressions and new bugs at the same time) they deliver actually make think one thing: they don't care about customer satisfaction and did not understand at all the close relation between customer satisfaction and business success.

Until recently, Defensive platform buildings scored a very high points in Station events and by building one I could finish off even Limited Station Event SMS, so I usually built them so they would finish when the event was scheduled to run. After update a month or two back, the Defensive platform points was changed rather drastically and they now provide very small amount of points, so not even first step in SMS would be finished by building them. The change in scoring for Defensive platforms was not mentioned in patch notes. Was this intended and will the platforms stay at this amount in future, or was that a mistake and will they be fixed and provide same points as they used to?

The best way would be to award prizes to those with scores when the last event ended. Make this one running a new leaderboard.

The best way would be to see what everyone got, and make sure everyone gets 1 free set, then have the second run be a clean and separate run. Award the top tier of the SLB to all, Award the Top tier of the SMS to all (make sure all got it)

That fixes their mistake, without unfairly providing opportunities to some that they took away from others

But that’s not going to happen based on track record. We will get 100 lat and a sorry note.

If you have Borthas at T7 and you are Ops 29,30,31 you wont get it. After you going to OPS 32, it instantly appears. Because at ops 32 there are new fighting Ships to build. Happend to me.

The 15 max refit shards are silly enough, needing four of these events that run once every 6 months is a 2-year wait for the refit, but we cant even earn enough to get the 15.

Events that occur between battle passes should be bountiful... an opportunity to advance something while FTOP (and single shards or partial unlocks don't count).... and lots of something if you're dropping serious coin. But.... like any armada event... it's about the $$ store to source directives. We should enter the next month's battle pass feeling accomplished and excited for what's next... not haggard and "bullied" to spend cash for a wee bit of nothing.

Do you play the game, @pseudo rune? If I recall correctly from your introduction message, you were new to the game. If you don’t, I would strongly encourage you to do so. Because if you did, you would understand how pathetic all of these “gifts” and “rewards” from Scopely really are, especially when compared to the high prices that Scopely charges for everything. I don’t think that anyone is asking for Scopely to hand over the keys to the business, but a shard for a couple of characters, which may take months to get and then months to advance is like giving a penny to a homeless person. Yes, you did give something, but was it meaningful? No. That is one source of a lot of the anger/hostility towards Scopely.

Here's the thing: say I do ship my 700k Sally out, spend my last transwarp cell, and just get one tier of the event? What am I going to be able to accomplish with 750 tokens and 25 recruit draws? nothing. Absolutely nothing.

So in all honesty, I may as well just pop a 3 day and tell my alliance only to bother me for TC and raid defence.

But we still get those that don't follow and show up last second. Can't totally avoid it.

A 2chest gives you 4 rolls on the dices, a 3chest gives you 6 rolls. All equal changes. It’s your own choice which you wanna do or how much raws you wanna throw at it.

If someone opens only doubles 100 times they get 400 rolls, if they instead open only triples they'd get 600 rolls. On average they would get 50% more common, uncommon and rare.
The additional amount of raw required is a bit steep, but it is for the time saved (and as you get higher level it becomes less work to mine enough for triples).

By mid-30s, mining enough raw to keep the refinery at full capacity is pretty easy. Up to you if you want to do it, or not.

And I don't think it's bad to have a way for people to earn more by putting in work.
The real problem is that amounts required for buildings and ships can be a bit insane and definitely geared towards an expectation of buying multiple packs instead.

The refinery is like a better 10 minute/4hr/daily chest, only you have to mine for it. It's also marginally better than the generators.

These things give you something to do, they don't make a huge difference. The events are where the rewards are at. Focus on them and ignore the refinery.

Be patient. Those that didn’t score in the Turf wars event got their chests much much later than those that did. With many not having received yet.

That seems, uh, more than a little underwhelming for a character as prominent as Q. The captain's ability is strictly worse than using a Lower Decks officer as captain, since at least then you could fill the other two bridge slots with useful abilities - and while the officer ability isn't useless, it's just an upgraded version of Vemet's ability as captain.

Should being the right word.. i have a ticket open #7565073 because yesterday everyone in my alliance got the 2 mariner shards and 120 lower deck officer credits... I opened the ticket and today when I got the same gift everyone for the 2nd time got the same gift... So i simply won't get the same gifts as everyone else for whatever random reason. Really bothers me that something as simple as giving out a gift can be so inconsistent

Why can you give Borg armada directives for this event? Need a way to eat them weekly or daily in Borg tech refine. Also mega cube event needs to be revised. It’s boring. Provides little benefit. And not worth effort
