Actually I think I found my answer. Lower levels can do daily events but the larger events revolve around the Stella. So to get into that space it appears you need to be mid 20s. So no point in using rewards on getting to open up those events in there is no chance in participating. Best use them for Franklin which is extremely useful for low 20s. Please feel free to correct me.

yes, lots in this Arc is around the Stella, so those Events are for 27+ since that's when you can build it. For the daily events, at least for the last Arc, when there were Events that required Stella, we got different Events in their place, like generic Hostile Hunts

It is advisable to spend store tokens on a 2nd stella. Keep a perma stella, and a scrapping stella.
Ahrix is a superior captain for exchange.
Sesha and Tiza work well as officers on the bridge.
Sub in Goon for Tiza for leveling your stella.
You can run Ahrix (capt) Sesha and Tiza as your hostile farm crew on stella instead of the normal hostile crew setups.
Eventually Tiza mitigation is a wash, and we feel like New Mudd will replace him.
Sesha Captain, Tiza and Goon could also work until you get Ahrix
focus this pack for your keys first. ahrix is an absolute game changer.
the whole concept of the "Heist" is Smash and Grab. Fast kills. Ahrix will have you criting 16/32 or more of your first 32 shots for big time damage. My highest was 25/32. Sesha boosts your crits so this pack is the perfect compliment

@twilit imp really like the event store again. Only comment I have is the amount of frequency modulators - shouldn't these be 50k in a chest. My Franklin is Tier 6 and to get the modulators to upgrade 1 of the major components will cost 110k in heist loot and yet I can get enough DVor parts to upgrade the 5 remaining components (currently on Tier 5) for around 40k of heist loot.

And fyi I'm on a newer server, capped at 39, average ops is about 27, there are a lot of disappointed population that can't take part at all.
It's good to see events for the higher/stronger/older players, but it isn't ideal to leave all the fresh young ones out, a lot of these players couldn't contribute to borg either.
There are maybe 8 at ops 39 on the entire server.

i'm a 31 ops (13k points in event). now i was a part one 31 armada and started 4 33 armadas and one 31. and it gives me only a half of points for my solo armada event. to reach final milestone i spend my epic directives. not all players reach Scoundrel rep in rogue faction (i get this only in sunday), so for many of us this event is very difficult.

No, they are pretty rare. I've done two, the third just spawned so far. Which one you clear might matter, but one of the three spawned after an uncommon too.

First Alpha Particle comes with the Anarchist Weaponry Research and then allows you to choose the top or bottom path. Once you complete that path and get to Eclpise Defenses you get a Beta Particle for one path on the next leg and a second Alpha Particle to go back and do the other path on the previous leg. If you want it earlier, you can purchase another Alpha Particle with $$$, but that is not the only way.

Yeah, the more I think of it and how you have to clear uncommons to find the Epics, we are all going to run out of uncommon directives soon since there is no $ store option for them and it's only 400 every 3 days from the Rogue Faction Store. Eventually every Eclipse system will be a bunch of uncommon armadas that cannot be started.

There are lvl 33 epic's but they are hidden under the rare lvl 33's so you have to defeat a 33 rare and hope it respawns as a lvl 33 epic ridiculous system but as I don't need the epic credits yet I have used my epic directives on the big lvl 45 just for the 7,500 points for the event but didn't send my ship to battle it

Yes, that's likely happening on every server. It's not just the packs either, you do enough uncommon or rare armadas you get a decent supply of Epic directives, and the spawn rate is so low people have resorted to popping the Penumbra one.

Don't think my alliance can kill one using stellas anyway - 2 of us bought research packs, and with those 2 we can kill 31 rares, with 1 it's dicey, with none we don't scratch them. Vs 33 rares even with 2 research packs we don't do more than 20% health, so can't imagine 33 epics will go well..

yeah great so they don't offer events for low level players and if the alliance scores well you don't even get that rewards. But the store has nice things... like jelly BPs etc

@abstract gate Same place one who did contribute would, same place you do for the Heist Loot you get from BattlePass....Event Store
Heist loot stuff is mostly for lvl27+
