In the past few weeks i filed multiple tickets on the topic and other than the usual diplomatic (automatic) response “the team is aware of it and we are looking for a fix” we haven’t seen a true response or a working fix either. This whole year you promised QOL improvements. A stable platform would be a noticeable QOL improvement. Thank you.

I've not had the rewards for the waves I have managed to complete, even though they were recognised on the wave season pass. The whole thing is a shambles and Scopely flat out refusing to even call it a known issue shows the utter contempt they have for their customers.

I have to ask, does scopely truly thing the number of AT currency in the active events are encouraging participation? Because 100 AT currency, heck, if it was 1k currency, its not worth doing. But 100, its 100% not worth the time or energy

Waves have always had major bugs and a tendency to crash the client. But the inability to rejoin after a crash or reboot (which had been the way to avoid a crash) was introduced with LAST month’s update.

And the salt in the wound is the lost start mats which isn’t that much of a bummer in group waves but EXTREMELY painful with solo ciphers which have always had an unreasonable and unnecessary governor on them

Please bring back the end of arc event stores, they were superior to the Ferengi exchange pass. If you want to continue running the Ferengi exchance pass during other months, that would be fine, but please bring back the end of arc event store.

Right now we have: regular battle pass, ferengi pass ending, syndicate pass started before that was over, wave pass, territory pass. That's 5, even though it probably should have been 4 but overlap. It's literally to the point where my players who usually buy the battle passes are going "I'm not buying them because there are too many and this is an obvious cash grab"

It's literally de-motivating my people who usually will toss $20 at the battle pass to not.

Submit a ticket to scopely, they will put the mission back. Had it a couple of times, seems best to work doing 1 at a time and not to start multiple. So start one, claim the mission kill hostile, collect reward, and then the task will come back. If i tried to do multiple, something broke and didnt put a mission back.

Selecting an upgrade will see the costs. Rare SP are needed from some of them

Doing the titan-A daily boost and complex nanotech exchange from artifacts section will give you parts to refine into Rare SP to upgrade said commanders

One question. In the Alliance Tournament, there is a task to acquire 1500 unusual commander ability points. I have now acquired some in the game in three ways: by exchanging Sloan (Section 31 points), buying for Kirk in the refinery, and switching from fleet commander dust to commander material. And exchanging fleet commander dust for commander material. When upgrading a commander, I did receive green skill points, but none of them counted towards the alliance task. Anyone else having this problem?

Communication from Central Command on the status of incursions continues to be sporadic and incomplete. The habit of vague answers is more disconcerting than a direct refusal; it implies a failure of the network, not just a denial of our requests. Morale suffers under this lack of guidance, a critical vulnerability we cannot afford.

We hold our position, running routine maintenance and performing system checks that grow more perfunctory with each cycle. However, a flicker of hope remains. Sensor logs show that the new Server 706 is still under intermittent threat presenting a prime opportunity for a tactical incursion. With its exposed nodes and weakened defenses, a decisive strike could yield significant data and resources.

I have submitted a new request, specifically for the green light on Server 706. Let us hope Central Command sees the same strategic necessity and grants us permission soon.

I don't think there are any 1* territories (of which you need at least one) on Monday, which may be the reasoning. Looks like all the 1* territories are Wed, Fri, or Sun. That being said, it's possible for an alliance to have 2 territories (Sunday and Monday) which makes it hard to finish the territory pass.

Respectfully speaking, this event has always ended early on Monday and me complaining about it for months accomplished nothing other than scopely telling me it was by design. The only difference is instead of screwing one alliance per server, they hit several. The event always ends right before Abilakk capture starts and I've spent months complaining in tickets and email about it and just being told that essentially it was my fault for owning that zone so.

My last alliance has been demoted with ranking at #5. Nobody at scopely cared about it. They just made nothing and we had to fight back to master by ourselfes.

The problem is always the same and has never been fixed: Some player's scoring went wrong and then there been 2 entries in their table(s). One with the "main" scoring and another one with the players scores which went wrong.

As their queries are stupid they don't get it to at least take the top(1) entry with max score. Instead they take the first result and if it's the one with the bad scoring u get demoted.

U can check at stfc dot pro under tournaments - they have the data...

Regarding my experience with the Alliance Tournament and the incorrect downgrading of the Liega.
Several tickets were not answered.
Then a ticket was answered and the Master Liega rank was restored. However, there is still an error. This rank jumps back and forth between Master Liega and Expert Liega. So sometimes Master and sometimes Expert.
After I reported this again with a ticket, the only response was, “We are aware of the problem and are working on it. Please follow up on Discord.”
What is that supposed to mean? We are being left in the lurch here and are not getting any answers or anything.

Scopely Internal Policy Memorandum 512.1(B) says no Scopely representative may acknowledge broken game features on Arc Release Day once 5 broken events are already noted. They may be acknowledges 1 at a time as the first 5 get fixed.

I appreciate its day one of the arc, but please re gift resources so we can get the building started, I even used the buff material to survive to the end, which now was waste of time.

Click the actual exclamation mark, not the yellow ship.

Just click on the yellow exclamation point symbol. Always works for me. Or you can use the little side arrows to cycle through the 'selected' players/hostiles/armadas/etc.
