This PvP event is still garage…just putting that out there. I gave up. It’s exactly reason why people gave up with the arena, a 40 or 42 (me) CANNOT go up against a 49. It’s not fair or doable! Absolute garbage.

It's a vicious cycle though. The people who got their ranks early don't want to play incase they lose their ranks. And lose access to things. The hardcore PvP players are then left against the others who then get frustrated and don't play. Then everyone loses. Non-arena stuff should not be tied behind rank. Your rank should provide benefits in the mode itself and/or cosmetic things to show off your rank everywhere else.

More people would play all round if they could get access to non-arena stuff from rep only. It will require you to play the mode every week to get your resources to unlock the stuff you want. But you won't get punished. Everyone will win that way round as there will be more teams available

Yeah u‘re in the sweet spot. G5 players struggle until decently leveled rare ships, same goes for g4 and g6. That might be by design and part of the challenge, but how is an OPs50 player supposed to do g5 waves when 53 ships struggle or an OPs60 do g6 waves. I get that it should be challenging, but it should also be doable even if you have not been sitting on 50/60 for 6 months with 3 maxed ships. And even then it would be a challange if even possible.

So… I just took ops50 during recent recruit ladder.
As such, I’m given the L50 solo WD sms and SLB/alb.
this, is fine…
However my payoffs for completing Alpha Beta and Gamma (1/2/3 waves) are 600/1200/1600+125 dust.
Meanwhile my ally buddy on the 45 bracket has payoffs of 600/1200/1800+125 dust.
I realise that I have the additional Delta and Epsilon events, so can score the additional, but actually completing w4 with my ships isn’t currently very realistic. Also Delta pays also “only” 1600..+250 dust..
I find this…. A bit … “unfair”.

The only issue is that the task refresh issue is just as major as it has always been. Folks claim a task, restart game and either A) the task they claimed did not actually claim or (even worse) B) the task they claimed is not the actual task claimed, and now they are stuck with a task they cannot do. This wastes their time and really ticks players off. Until you are able to actually fix the task refresh you NEED to remove the penalty for dropping and grabbing a different task. This would go a long way towards changing the player opinions of Alliance Tournaments. As it is, that penalty is being charged to players for SCOPELY issues and not player mistakes.

I never spend and last tournament cleared 100k points. Just have to be patient and refresh/wait for better tasks. Is a bit competitive to jump on the rare/epic borg/dominion solo armada tasks though.

The AT is HANDS DOWN the best payout of any event in the game right now. Prime credits, Forbidden Tech, Artifacts, Officers... and you can pick which ones you want. Also really doesn't take that long per day, though it might take multiple check ins to get decent tasks.

Hi, does anyone know off hand if the Chest Collective in Ex Borg Research tree has any influence anymore with Amalgam Mastery in Independent Archives? - Once you have mastery the chest pull in Refinery goes away since you get daily pull from IA.

Thanks, so Chest Collective is not labeled as a Prime, so looks like no influence. Just did a pull in IA seeing 1 chest equivalent rewards so this one now looks like a useless research and wasted Ex-Borg credits.

prime and research applies, it does apply to the amalgam but it's only giving 1 towards the exos, which is being looked at

Thank you! I was going to send a email/ticket to review and if wasn't meant to apply anymore maybe lock it out with a message if you have IA Mastery. A daily pull is still better than a boosted refinery with multi-day cooldown IMO.

because the only way it scores is by buying packs, ,leveling the command center or using the titan refinery (which gives a small amount and not enough to complete it)

those are credits, not skill points.

Thses are "common" G4 ship parts (not part of the score). Uncommon have green border/background. Rare have blue border/background. Those would score. What is in your screenshot do not.

normal enterprise is g3 and will never use g4 parts. in the fed line you would need the level 50 Ent-A to use those. At 39, I think your only options would be the ISS Jellyfish and maybe the Voyager (but that might be level locked before them, can't remember)
