Okay so I've figured out that armadas are not disappearing after killing them, and game let me spend armada directives and start against an already killed armada.

So, check the hull health of the armada. Ones with full hull are working

The PVE limit of 2,000 per day prevents players from gaining additional experience, resources, reputation points, or chests when killing hostiles. This resets daily at 5 AM UTC and does not apply to mission hostiles, player ships/stations, and armadas.

Seen many events broke and maybe one emergency maintenance because the game wouldn’t work but not for anything wrong with an event but when the store broke it was emergency maintenance ASAP

You can also put all of your ships into augment space. Each ship is worth 54 hostiles per hour

The lvl 40 dominion system still has the same 2 epics that were present last night and both of the lvl 35 borg solos systems are completely empty. So thanks very much scopely for giving us a comp chest and not fixing the issue. Guess i will just have to grind hostiles to keep my low placement in your slb event and not finish the sms because i need solo armada wins to finish it cause i am not burning through all of my regular armada directives for at 200 points each when I still need 23k points to finish

This was before they broke. They were getting smashed because of the volume of people forced into one system. There is only one 40 for each solo system. So hundreds of people going after the limit 5 solos

If you're in the 30s your not likely winning against anything higher than 40/41. But you've also got the people in the 40s hitting them as well.

Honestly the event isn't Hateful. It's a bit much on the 24/7 alerts about Armadas starting. But there aren't enough solo systems to have it be an event.

This same thing occurred for me Sunday July 16th. I completed one of the Sunday Swarm events and claimed the reward for fulfilling the final threshold. The in-game notification to claim the same reward popped up again. Claimed the same reward again (additional items of the same reward did NOT, however, credit to my inventory), Notification repopped again... and again... and again. Notification did not stop reappearing until event reset on Tuesday, July 18th (24 hours after the event ended). Submitted a ticket to Scopely. Was closed without resolution.

So, if your situation is the same as I faced, the repeating notification to claim the rewards should disappear at midnight, your time... tonight... 🤦‍♂️ 🤷🏽‍♂️

I am not sure. I know that when I had ablative armor on my pilum and I looked at the armor upgrade, my power and stats went down. (Didn’t do the upgrade) took off the FT, THEN did the upgrade. I “might” put the FT back on, but honestly I am finding the whole Q thing a waste of time vs effort for not a real value 🤷‍♂️. Not sure if you already did the upgrade with it on what will happen. Knowing scopy, you’re probably borked. And they will say it is your own fault. 🤔

Yes and it shows how broken the chat system in itself is. Also on EU Servers where you have a lot of guys with mixed locale clients the Armada start messages are in all sorts of languages, because they are generated clientside and not serverside with a token that would localize them in the correct way. It's just bad.

The rewards arent that great, so its not the end of the world, but you need to address how the content creators could have been so misled when they advertised this event for you last week... @everyone As disclosed last week, today begins Part 2 of the Summer Hunt in which you will spend the event tickets you earned through the first 6 days. Be aware of the scoring mechanics:

a Rookie Bounty will pay 200 Event Store loot, and 200 points in the Killing Game SLB
a Journeyman Bounty will pay 400 loot, an officer shard, and 500 points in the Killing Game SLB
an Elite Bounty will pay 700 loot, an officer shard, and 900 points in the Killing Game SLB

Entry costs are as follows:
Rookie - 1 ticket
Journeyman - 2 Tickets
Elite - 3 Tickets

You can spend event store loot for bonus points in the killing game, if you really really really feel like doing that don't do that

There will be 3 Rookie Bounties per day, 3 Journeyman Bounties per day and 2 Elite Bounties per day. Plan your ticket spends to maximize your loot, SLB points, and/or officer shards. Daily Events WILL ROTATE and will not be the same each day. So if you do'nt like the events today (for solo armadas for example) then wait and see what procs tomorrow.

Honestly, the lack of comunication we are getting is tsking me back to the old days.

I'd hope they are trying to figure out what to give in the chest. Some people couldn't finish the SMS, some couldn't compete in the slbs everyone had less opportunity to get tickets for this week's events. They fixed armadas with an hour left on the last days events so some people got the raw end of the deal if couldn't be on at that exact time. Figuring out what to give is probably quite difficult.

we will probably get some more armada tokens to replace those lost from further ghots armadas over the weekend, a handful of those tickets to run 1-2 of the elite this week. and some more resources tokens would be a guess based on recent comp chests

They aren't the same. Solos has changed, but yeah, Sharpen is the same. However, it's not guaranteed that any will be the same day to day. The Journeyman ones are all different. And not every level will meet the reqs to see the events.

The upcoming events are a surprise to me too, but I have enough information to work with. There'll probably be 2 elites, 3 journeyman, 3 rookie ticketed events per day. Some elites will be level-restricted, and most events will rotate, but there's a good chance Sharpen will be a regular elite-only option. Hirogen probably won't be making mining bounties. And you will not have enough f2p tickets to do everything, but have enough that selectively picking the easiest/highest payouts will give you advantage.
