Most people with a 600pt req will probably fail to finish that one f2p unless we get some income. It's possible to do it, but you'll need to fail 4x upgrades from what I can see. Lower levels only have a 400pt req.

The problem is, this event didn't score on the common that they gave to us. Most of us upgraded it without knowing it wouldn't score points. Instead of leveling up the torpedoes we got from the 3 trial branches. It just piles onto the bad feelings about this entire release so far.

We have another member also at 25 with hostiles not scoring. I at 23 do score (note, only lvl 10-26 are in the scoring range). Current speculation is that perhaps at 25 it’s presenting kill hostiles but actually only scoring in eclipse. They’ve not yet had opportunity to do eclipse to verify or reject that speculation. If you do one and score I’d be interested to hear.

Edit: And yes with other members at lower Ops, there was a short delay. This however is not the case for our Ops 25 individual. Been hours since what should’ve scored.

The event series is intended to only be completed once. It's a rerun from at least 3 months now, and many have already completed it. If you have, then you won't get the full set of events.

Further progress won't be possible, and you should ignore it.

The things we can affect that I can see are more exchange refinery pushes, fewer FT upgrades, a win in the ALB, and maybe a lower level.

I wouldn't blame yourself too much on this one; I think the ideal resource management for doing the loop in general and for the events in specific wasn't common knowledge day 1; I'm not even sure I'm doing everything ideally for it today. The rewards from this SMS are nothing irreplaceable, just some gas and dilithium as far as I can tell; I'd like to get farther but it's not any unique cosmetics, fancy officer shards, or anything really rough to lose out on.

if you're taking the events that seriously; it's worth making sure you've seen the upcoming FT-related events in #💫-event-information. Specifically, I'm going to avoid running new trials until the next damage trial hostiles event starts.

I also think I'm going to pause the building & any FT upgrades/tiering until next month's events are announced, just to be prepped for surprises; that may be overkill, but I'll wait the month to make sure I'm as stocked for surprise events as possible.
