The problem with designated systems is people complete quickly then bugger off. Leaving those of us who can't get on at the start stuck waiting in the designated system twiddling our thumbs.
I know this time there's a PVE element that can complete it, but that's no different than completing dailies.

Well that was a giant ‘sucks to be you’ to all who have not done the PvP event yet.

Do it early and you can kill 20 floaters randomly anywhere to complete the event but do the event after people whine and you change the rules then I have to waste time sending a ship to be killed by the ships 10x my size lurking in the system that is not their bracket.

Think through your events prior to launch and do not change the events providing groups of players different effort/cost expenditures for the same reward.

ICYMI - the designated systems are bracketed. So, there shouldn’t really be much of the problem with giant whales killing all the little guys. Mind you, they didn’t bother to list the brackets and systems, so watch out in your travels. Accidentally popping into a whale bracket system will definitely get you bashed.

Honestly I don't know how to correctly handle DST, as DST is broken by design. Events are Synced accross US<->EU it's not scopely's fault DST starts at different days. There are also areas where there is no DST at all. So it's just complicated.

The mats have changed from time to time, especially since they've tried some new styles of lockboxes with fewer tiers. The best way to see your lockbox level might be the price of the paid rod in the cash shop. If it's $5, then it's the lowest tier lockbox, and if it's $100, then the highest. You can also keep track of the number of Optical Diodes, the f2p box has less than a couple hundred, while the max box has nearly 2k.

Who was the brilliant nicoompoop that decided destroying at least 40 exchange level 40 traders while cerritos boosted with only two systems that slowly spawn said level 40 traders was a good idea for a reasonable event? Especially when we don't get enough cerritos boost currency as it is, this event is just crying out to frustrate and annoy players. It's completely unbalanced and uncompletable.

From an assumption that this channel is reviewed for ideas and to help identify aspects of the game to investigate, how does one know or learn whether an issue they raised is being reviewed?
I have to believe I'm not the only community member that's shared frustration regarding the hostile quantity and spawn rate in Penumbra. I feel ignored on this issue.
Exchange hostiles are a regular aspect of events. Please please please, encourage more Exchange systems be added =/> 40 or request the spawn rate and the number of active hostiles permitted in the system to be elevated.
