Yeah best keep it as it was for now then. It will get better as the cargo goes up anyway. Mine holds about 11k with just the two Stonns. Level one in that cargo research will help and I'll have it Tier 3 and the next cargo piece tomorrow night.

It's actually just over 11k, not quite what it says because La'an is downstairs.

And I'm saving all my cargo exos to use when I've got a bunch of the warp tokens for a decent boost.

the event shop and much else in this game is a joke for level 50+ players. for me, scopely simply programmed the side events for the battle pass and the event shop 💩. there is not a g5 ship to buy in the sales force shop. I haven't bought the battle pass yet, so I'm not sure if it's worth it. I can't even build a building with the para from the entire battle pass. I won't talk about the rest. the amount of dili is ok. I can start research with it and it's also ok when I kick. I can decide whether I want to research something or repair my ship for a few days. 🙈

I'm just wondering if it still makes sense to continue playing.

I'm totally confused...Scopely pushed out the schedule today having what should have been adequate time to correct the dates so that events and their corresponding date are correctly represented. Second, and I may be missing something but I get approximately 1k red debuff juice to use on: 1 the new dailies introduced with the Mantis. 2. Any pvp targeting for that day. However, the dailies themselves require 2k juice to complete. I've looked both for additional methods to obtain this magical ambrosia (only finding the $99 pack which provides 40, and a $49 pack) i was unable to find a method to reduce required amounts needed. So does Scopely think we'll be purchasing $99 packs every 10 days or so?

The issue is the researches have very small impact once the total buff is over 200% ish. At that point, the faster path to stronger ships is skipping research and using the mats to get to the next ops that will get you the next tier ship.

Yep. There was not a single piece of combat research not done when I reached 40, but you do reach a point where doing literally everything is no longer feasible. Then you just have to find the right balance for you. Since 40 I rushed to 42 to get the Valdore and Kelvin, and I'm spending everything on those ships but mostly the Valdore for a while. Then I'll switch back to research and stuff again for a while. Then back to ships.

On previous runs I was maxing the cargo and getting those activation notices popping up every 30 seconds. nothing this time... Not happening in Azuras either. No indication from the exocomp icon either 0/5. When I look in my log at the hostiles that have the buff icon next to them, there have been no buffs in the cargo gained. Even the hostiles that show a chest have no buffs shown.

Yeah. It's not broken. First understand how it actually works before you claim it to be broken. Second, look in your logs and confirm it's broken before you claim it's broken. You are not supposed to get notifications or anything popping up, that was/is a bug. You will see no active exocomp anywhere. There is no cargo buff from killing those hostiles so I don't even know what you're on about there. When you hit a hostile with one of those tokens, that token is automatically used to purchase the corresponding buff which is then automatically activated for five minutes. No notification, no popup, no active exo. None of the things you've said.

You don't have to be a rocket surgeon to see that if someone upgrades their ship (tier and multiple guns) and you're hitting fewer hostiles and getting less cargo - SOMETHING IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY compared to the last time. If you have to look at nitty gritty details to see that, then that's on you.

Problem is, it’s not just ship upgrades that affect all this. Did the alliance lose a territory buff and not turn it back on? Do you not have the same under deck crew? Do you understand rng and how it leads to enemies not all having the same cargo amounts and there being variability in both damage done and taken even with all other things being the same.
Heck, hit 4-5 more non-boosting actians before grabbing some boosts and you change an entire run.

Relax. Just wait 6min for all the buffs to fade, kill a buff hostile and check the log. Kill a non-buff hostile and compare the logs.

An easy buff hostile to use is the +shot one, it's very clear when that ability is active.
