Where my complaint is where you have a PAY to WIN element. Where you put stuff behind a paywall that has zero sourcing without money that benefits players in anyway especially in pvp. Everything should be obtainable sourcing wise even if it takes 200 days from Day one. All Primes all skins etc. You should just be able to buy them to "get them now" but be able to get them for free with patience.

Support said me that I (and you all) should wait for new BP event and finish a milestone in it. We probably finished current BP event before the point chest sent out. So new BP event first milestone should make it arrive to gift section.

4. next reply from CS is a totally different guy who repeats a unrelated question and asks for more data/infos

I know you're just the messenger so I'm not angry at you but you'll have to forgive me I find it quite galling that when there's a player beneficial issue the game goes into emergency maintenance within 15 minutes with the issue resolved and the resources and research clawed back with a script but "Oops, we reset the BP, now jump through a bunch of hoops and you may get the BP back and if that doesn't work try support who may resolve it if the stars align".......

If you’re focused on being part of the newest content releases, you will experience this “penalty.” On the flip side, you will likely have less competition for officer recruit SLBs. Plus, at some point there are paths introduced to accelerate getting into the band that is that content bell curve Scopely wants you to be in. (Think g4 refinery overhaul, specialty ship loop accelerations)

They’ve moved the goalposts in other ways. The Alliance Tournament changes, as written, look to hurt g4, g5, and new g6 the most.

The new content that starts at G6 will still be there. By the time you get there (if you’re saying you just got to 55), there will already be best-strategies, officers primed for the content, efficiencies, a specialty ship, a defined grindable path fornteh sold solution, or something of the like.

Honestly, a lot of the already available content is enough to take up your time.
