Do you realize that without us players who have been with you since the very beginning, you would not be here long ago? Try to think and look at other games that have been around for years. What events and rewards do they bring to their stable players for anniversaries? You promise years of work on stability and the game experience. Instead, we only get more and more new bug fixes with each update. No game is perfect and I know that bugs are hard to find in a test environment. But have you tried asking us players what kills this game the most? It is exactly how much time it takes to play and instead of focusing on this problem, you bring new things that take up even more time. When a game changes ownership, things change. The direction of the game changes. You can leave if you don't like that direction.

Stop with the "I stay because of friends". Do you still send texts to all your friends from old jobs and high school for their birthdays and holidays? Friends come and go. If these were true friends, you can still keep in touch with them without being in the game. You don't need pixels to hold relationships together.

Merging servers isn't necessarily an indication of growth or shrinkage. Technology is better than 7 years ago. 7 years ago, my PC had multiple HDDs. Now I have 1. If you can condense servers into less now, why wouldn't you?

Well, think you did everything correctly, it's just not recognizing you as 61. I would do the generic "clear localization" in settings and if that doesn't work (and no one else knows), then submit a CS ticket on it.
