Don’t think it’s classified as an exploit, clearly for mining systems the trick is required

warp trick is not the only way to park a chaser by the way...
Other way requires some one to be hunting hostiles. If you target a hostile they are about to attack it cancels your movement path, but chaser will still head to the point and stop moving

You don’t need to target a hostile for this, you can just click a spot, recall cancel and once it gets to the spot you originally clicked it will stop
You can also send in a second ship to die on the chasers, it gets rid of the chaser entirely
That helps from filling up the system with parked hostiles which decrease the spawn of regular hostiles

Scopely doesn't do version control, nothing new there. The G6 release was built on months old code which caused armadas not to spawn in later added issues and a plethora of other issues

At this point, I'm thinking of relying on the grind loop specialty ships (GS-31, NX-01, NSEA, those ships) to carry my way up until I can secure something in that grade.
This is my plan for G4 honestly. The only two faction ships I was thinking of securing was the Hydra and the Newton and then maxing the Newton to carry my way into G5.
Otherwise, the main power behind my base was probably gonna be the 5 Lvl 40 specialties.
Obvious downside to this tactic is I gotta actually get the damn things first.

I know I'm being harsh about this arc but I'm honestly just angry and frustrated at the devs, I can't help but feel they're actively trying to kill the game
Everyone can make errors but that Q&A was downright insulting and anybody with basic reading and math skills knows these IMS just aren't happening
So if they don't realize "hmm engagement is a major issue, perhaps we erred in our design" than that isn't a good sign for the rest of the 6 month period

Oh there was an adjustment, they doubled the points armadas gave. The problem they seem to be ignoring is that the top server didn't even reach 30% on the first run so even with double score they'd still not be close to finishing stage 3

The issues are down to arrogance and/or ineptitude of those making the decisions. The flashpoint system is just a blend of the sarris invasions, silent loop and augments that they somehow made worse despite the clear experience and feedback on those loops

The issues, just like the solution, are hardly new but just turned up to 11 this arc. I will say that while no arc was ideal the disconnect does seem larger since at least in the past we had a better idea what question the arc was trying to answer or what goal it was trying to achieve even if it was flawed. Even the augment arc with its flaw had an answer "Grind at your own pace, here's an officer you can max through this loop and a PVP focused FC". Can anybody tell me what this arcs goal is? Transogen mining sucks but gives a path to artifacts. The flashpoint loop however? Darn grindy, underwhelming rewards and I can't see it give us anything we haven't been able to get somewhere else for far less time/effort before

I just got to 60m rep by grinding it without the ship, not a fun ride but beats the flashpoint loop as at least here there's a reward. Still short on mission pulls to max Joachim, currently at rank 4 with 150/200 shards for rank 5 + whatever is needed to do the final tier. Close enough but some grinding left
