it has now been over 12 hours where my alliance cant attack or be attacked by hostile or players, we cant do any thing in game. Dailys, armadas, kill events are not possible. Only workaround we know of is to leave the alliance.

Working hypothesis is: an Emerald Chain ship buff in level 7 or higher is broken, preventing your ships from entering combat. It has affected everyone in DOOM on s37. We've got a bunch of tickets out since yesterday morning but Scopely's ignoring them. Meanwhile it looks like we're borked out of dailies for a day so far and borked out of the treasury rods from the BP overflow.
Lesson: Do well in the tourney and Scopely gives you a few days off. 🤣

well... we (APAC do) ... how are we supposed to play incursions when the time between hitting a button for a daily claim or refinery option and receiving the stuff that you just refined for or claimed, can already be measured in MINUTES?!?!?!? ... if you receive the stuff at all... just hit double refine for syndicate XP in mantis refinery... the cooldown was triggered, the 7500 syndicate XP never came through - neither visibly nor in the background as the points remaining to next syndicate tier remain the same...

US Incursions Canceled Due to Hurricane Helene
Commanders,
Because of Hurricane Helene's significant impact in the US, we have decided to cancel the Incursions for the US region. While we understand this news may come as a disappointment to many who were eagerly awaiting the event, the safety and well-being of our players and team members is our top priority. We hope that all players affected by the hurricane stay safe during this challenging time.
In light of this, we will be providing compensation to US players for the cancellation and have also extended ceasefire shields to ensure the protection of US players’ bases during this period.
Please note that Incursions will proceed as planned in the APAC and EU regions.
We thank you for your understanding and patience, and we hope to bring Incursions back for US players when the time is right.

honestly i'm still a bit confused about how EC rep works, like, i hear something about an admiral only sms, but like, the rewards seem to be all over the place. my alliance is sitting at lvl3 and others are at lvl11 and inbetween, and like, i get that the diff leagues have diff rewards, but, the gap between 4th place in expert and the top reward should not be 8 levels worth of ec xp.

Thank you Scopley for helping me to play less and to stop spending! With all the mistakes and issues you have had, the lag and problems, the poor execution and poor comp rewards I have decided to slide my time back to next to nothing.
I awesome logging in to being told after the alliance tourney was adjusted multiple times that we were relegated to a lower ranking and here are my alliance rewards... 4 times now.... Not to mention trying to figure out what to buy when it wont tell you how many credits you have doesn't help, or the screen refreshing while your scrolled down to the bottom only to misclick on something you didn't want. Such confident work! @queen jolt @humble orbit @slim sierra @analog pond @mortal elk I'd tag some devs but not surre who they are and honestly if I was a dev on this game I wouldnt put my gamer tag on it.

@queen jolt this comp is unacceptable, officer shards aren't worth much and only 750 for the building. Really, it takes me 5k for one upgrade that I haven't had a chance to even attempt to progress in 3 months. I'm fine with why Incursions is cancelled but the team is out of their Vulcan minds to think this is acceptable. For reference, top 25 reward for the incursions event that pays out the subspace relays is 2 Una shards and 840 subspace relay parts. The team doesn't know how to do comp chests and need to be educated as 10 officer shards spread across 6 or 7 officers hold no value to players and obviously takes up Scopely's expected value charts so the actual comp suffers as a result.
