I think by the graphics for it, yeah. Most of the lag and bugs in the game seems to come from the graphics loading, and how screens actually simply exist on top of other screens and graphics exist over top of the old graphics.

Personally I've found that in short fights Lorca is better, in long fights (armadas especially) gorkon is more consistent

It would have required the entire server grinding non-stop for 3 days, which you cannot reasonably expect to be done - especially when the scoring for hostiles is skewed so much towards 60+ on a server with rather few Ops60+ players.

kinda similar story with the mission key events, only about 2 or 3 alliances on my server end up completing the ams and the sms has no middle point, its just claim 20 keys or fail, instead of having it split into 2 parts, 10 keys and 20 keys. no one, i repeat, NO ONE wants to go to the website, log in and add more clicks and time to their day to get 1 measly officer shard that does absolutely nothing, especially for players who have most the officers maxed already.

this game would have been fast in 1998, in 2024 it's just built in such a way that it has to query everything before it can do anything, its like comparing a mechanical drive to a solid state drive, comparing 56k dial up with fiber. the game performance isn't there, the content isn't there, the gameplay isn't there.
if you were to survey all players, most would say they stay due to the friends they made in or out of game or that they are too far in with the money or time they spent and are addicted and can't leave. the star trek name and the game itself is not what retains most players.

all that means is you are locked into the game for the entire month and can't afford to miss a key claim, which most have deemed not worth it. the rewards don't justify the time, i've asked my alliance and server many times why they don't collect the keys and they all same the same thing, aint nobody got time for that. they want traffic to their website, but their incentives aren't enticing enough.

How is the rlb actually scoring? Just did a run that was clearly not my strongest, yet my score improved. Why?
Plus theres should be a maximum based on the total health of the chimera, right? As in a perfect score would be destroying it in 1 round, for a given level. Right? That is not reflected in leaderboard either

A 62 has combined 61B shield and hull, wouldnt a perfect score be 61B points for a one round kill of a 62? In the 51-60 bracket top score is 166B or so

like i said, the highest scoring round will calculate the points. It looks at all the rounds and whatever scored the most damage will be the points used, the other rounds are discarded.

That sounds good, just reconciling how scores are exceeding the total health of the chimera. And it does look like based on my 3 attempts that the best rounds of each attempt are added for rlb total. The event wording implied it could be one single best round.

It does work, or should. Effects that are specifically armada, and specifically hostile don't work. Those that say non player hostiles work, those that say non armada hostiles don't work, opponent works

Well sorta. Tal used to just say opponent. But they added the player and hostile language when introducing g6 and limiting him to 60 and below.
I’m thinking rather than the language the check is probably simply whether the officer actually works on both.

try swapping internet connections, 70-76% usually means the server has decided to ignore you for some reason, so switching between data and wifi, restarting the router, or in extremis a reinstall of the game will get past it

I've tried not to be too critical but this is ridiculous. We don't know what officers work, we don't know how the events work, we dont know what the new enemy is (Its not a armada but i get alerts on my phone that my Alliance has started one and i've won an armada 🤣). its literally thrown at us with half thought out descriptions that don't match up. These features are months of work but dont feel like it.
