Hi Devs ... Cargo is displayed to nearest million again. You fixed it in the arc update and you have broken it again.

You have introduced a new bug on the main screen. I manually set my preferred zoom, then open a full screen menu such as refinery, factions etc, when I close that menu the zoom on the main screen has changed to maximum zoom in. Please, please stick to the basic user interface design principle of returning to a screen in the same state as when you switched away from it.

I used a stop watch and it took over 15 seconds for my ship to respond to the hostile target I selected to hit. Then after the hostile ship was destroyed by ship stayed in battle for another 23 seconds.

So my question is. Do you ever do any quality and control testing on what you seem to try to fix? Is it a game that the developers are playing to make sure they have something to fix and they are intentionally messing up their code?
It would be nice for a fix to actually not break something else!

Why can’t they fix the glitches in the game play? My ship turn around in circles, fires at anything at all times even my teammates and the lagging is horrible along with the game just shutting down during game play. I have used my repairs up just trying to finish events due to lagging and glitches and we know scopely not trying to replace or refund anything they just want us to spend money. You can’t spend if game constantly messing up.

With latest patch but I can kill significantly less Borg Probes l33 with 7/11(c), 5/11 & 9/11 then before. I believe that reason is that now my Vidar cannot complete a battle in 1st round with same consistency as before the patch.

I have saved some exported battlelogs before the patch and compared with the ones after. In all logs my Vidar is T9/45 with all 350% bonuses from crew. In logs after the patch it has a bit more power due due to research for hull health increase, but attack values have decreased. Since crew skill's don't affect this stats this attack decrease looks wrong.

When looking into details after the patch Vidar's piercing values are lower with exactly the same crew setup, which explains lower attack stats. This also results in Borg Probes mitigating more damage then before the patch. Is this a bug or there is a reason for this drop in efficiency?

If you have a service that corresponds to the decreased piercing stats, that would be the most likely explanation then. If it's on now you should be able to compare the stats to see if it's back up where it was.

It's probably 7of11. It looks like his officer ability isn't actually working, so can lead to cases of overstated health. If you hit any small hostile (basically no damage) and compare the report remaining health vs the ship stats are they lower than should be?

So, today during base defense earlier today my ship entered battle and when the battle finished, a rewards confirmation screen popped up, this repeated with each battle (I was unable to do anything), then it froze and crashed.. I'm on iOS/iPadOS. Another glitch that happened was after joining an armada, the power of my ship dropped by 1M.. I restarted three times and the same thing happened, after the fourth, it returned to normal. I'm also seeing the tags like the screenshot above shows. This update brought more bugs than fixes.

Any chance of actually addressing these issues rather than bolting on more garbage to make this already shoddy code even less stable?

Scopley - you ought to add a counter to the home screen that tracks the number of times we have to reboot the game because it gets stuck. You could have an hourly/daily/weekly counter. Then you could gather those stats and correlate that to how little people are spending on the game. Then…maybe then you’ll actually take some of this feedback seriously.

Yeah i was grindingmost of the night while in vc. I had picked up the new events amd done a few early afternoon no problems...bp was hostile hunt and the pvp event was happenjng again. Bought something from the store at sbout 11 while joking with my peeps on vc when someone commented that their kills werent tracking. By this time i had sent my kumari on seversl runs to 29s to complete the other event and, because i had been chatting hadnt checked my progress assuming id just finished the event and gone into normal mode because the event points werent flashing up on banners like noal..turns out thst when i checked a bit after midnight last night i was shocked to find that none of my kills had registered points for the bp event. I was reassured that it was probably a lag isse and the sytem would catch up.

It obviously didnt. So i found out on the way to work this morning ghat none of my points had gone toward the bp event as they should have, and i had to start all over again with kills. I went through and got all but the last tier done.

Some players seem to have access to buildings with very skewed power levels. Someone mentioned that defence platforms at 22 do this but I upgraded two to 22 myself during this event and they gave me 1250 or 1500 each, thereabouts.

IIRC correctly 100% was the maximum bonus for all ships originally, they changed it up as part of a combat rebalance a couple of years ago and never updated the scale pop-up.

They are still the correct numbers (ignoring a bug we've found with required stats) and relative to the actual bonus amounts though. So if your ship has maximum 300% then every 10% step is equal to 30% (i.e. 10% of the maximum bonus).

Is anyone else having issues with system Constina? It's the level 26 Elite Separatist system in Romulan space? When I select any hostile I just getting the little spinning icon thing, I can never attack it. Then, when I try to to exit the system, it just locks up completely. Support replies late (if ever) then they say literally: " there's a problem and our team is working to solve it but we cannot provide a delay for when that will be".
So on short they tell you what you already knew : there's a problem.
No other details
No actual solution and no lead time they can commit to.
What's the point then to have a "Support" go-to if they're basically useless.

Previously you were able to have completed away missions in holding pattern, some point in the recent past they have changed this so you can no longer have unlimited missions waiting to be collected. So what you need to do is collect one or two of your away missions and it will let you start it. I think they just haven’t updated the message properly to say something like you have too many missions in the que. At least that worked for me.

Not a solution, but try using some jump efficiency officers. Try just Culber, just Stamets, Stamets with Culber, Stamets with other synergy, etc.
The issue should be a number retuning wrong, likely a difference in rounding treatment, so you can usually find an efficiency combination that gets a number which matches for both client and server. Just may take a couple of combinations to find a working set.

I'm seeing an issue with the "back" button when looking at nested events (such as Daily Events). I run a fairly large business and one of my personal pet peeves is my employees, their managers, not inspecting what they expect. This error is somewhat puzzling because no one should have touched the survey icon but apparently someone did. I would suspend the employee who embarrassed my company with lack of professionalism. That’s what this is, lack of caring of what you do. Shrug of the shoulders, its only a video game, why are people so upset.

Might be related, that's why we're going with the account flags first. For whatever reason your flags aren't saving properly. In the past, some players have had success logging in with only one account type, ie. ScopelyID, rather than double login with google/apple

You can't go by the toast notifications, they're only showing a part of what you earned, you need to instead look at the points before and after opening the chests.

As an example this one says i gained 350 points, but I clearly gained 700. And that's ignoring the second notification after this one that was lower.

I sent my Bortas from Yadalla to Devrom. When it got there, I targeted a freighter.
My Bortas set an intercept course, flew to the position, intercepted the freighter, stopped, did not engage, plotted a NEW intercept point about six seconds of Bortas flight time away, flew there, vanished, and reappeared something like 40 seconds outside the system boundary on a course for the new intercept point, where finally 40 seconds later it caught and killed the transport.

In the battle log export, decimal values are exported with a coma instead of a dot (Windows french version), thus breaking the csv format.

I have. After a couple minutes on hold and talking to tech support they offered to send a replacement. Of course shipping took a few days, but that's hardware. Software on their server should take a few moments especially if it's a known issue with documented process to fix.
I have tried recalling, restarting, heck I even Uninstalled and reinstalled. Im going to try on pc later when I can get to my computer. Have had teammates look for and try to blow up the stuck ship. It's not there for them. I've tried summoning with disco. Am going to try to see if I can move systems while it's stuck. I have little hope at this point besides losing time with my best ship instead of completing missions and events and having spent money on this game it's a big let down for something that seems so simple.

When I got that problem go to space map and locate again your ship

I've been round and round about this in support tickets, but my PC client, from the beginning has been stuck in GBP. I live in the US, and unfortunately have never been able to yet visit the ol' island. If I want multiphasics I would be forced to pay a conversion rate on a currency I don't use. I have also gone after Xsolla Support on it, they swear up and down it is a client issue.

The usual major lag when they have events like Faction event..
It was reported several rimes but it just gets shrugged off...
Truth to be told , the behaviour is not amln app bug per say but rather low allocation of resources for a guven sever that suddenly has a peak of activity ( like Faction events) so more users will be active in the same time for a lengthy period.
So ressouces like bandwidth, RAM etc should be allocated accordingly..
But.. I suppose, the aim is to invest less in resources and to increase prices in the store because.. how's one to make a buck, eh?

Ok I will give you "days to a resolution " in some cases. However, it should NOT take and has only ever been my experience with BAD customer service, for contact to take days. I just want to make sure we are communicating at the same level and reaching an understanding of what we each mean.

As an update, my ship is no longer stuck, however I have no indication if it was support or divine providence that provided the assistance.

Every time I get a new crew preset, when I save it it clears one above it. When I got 3 it cleared 1 and 2, Today I got 4 and it cleared 2 and 3. This is very annoying and should never happen.

NC/USA, but I deal with lots of big tech (Cisco, Dell, HP, etc). Meraki has become the worst where you will sit on hold for an avg of 45 minutes. But within 20 minutes they have an RMA and next day air a new unit when needed.
I mean GoDaddy support you'll sit in queue, but once you get a rep, if they can fix your issue right then and there they will.
