When you select a base, there are arrows next to the pop up. That way you can select it.

It’s a visual bug. Your ships is still 8mil power while cloaked. Although can be annoying if armada leader doesn’t know your power and drops you for someone else

I have a ship that is stuck at the sun in the Vindemiatrix system. When i use call back, it goes through the warp animation and all acts like normal but doesnt reapeare in home system. When i try targeting or send it near by or to another system it gives me an error, "The ship can't set a cource in it's current state." Others can't even see it to attack it to get back that way.

Your issue is relatively unique, so I haven't seen it enough to know a work around. You can try this if you're signed into both google play/scopelyID: I'd log out of one and only use the other.

Other than that, contact CS and see what options they have for you.

Can I also suggest trying to add a bookmark and remove a bookmark before and after app restart. If you are on 2 platforms like mobile and PC then do this on both

I’ve done all that and have contacted CS and I’ve only gotten the canned response. The initial release for this arc fixed it, but the subsequent patches broke it again

There is a bug with ships sometimes being able to hold more than their max capacity, but you would have lost the excess from your protected cargo either way (it just wouldn't tell you that it was lost).

It seems that points are now properly coming in, but I did not get credit for either of the things I mentioned previously.

My alliance depends on our participation and this just cost us big.

It happens a lot that the system contents don't load. Stable internet connection at different sites. Samsung Galaxy S21. You need to enter an other system first, then go back before it loads. Scanning icon did show up for about 10 seconds.

My klingon d3 is stuck, been asking for help scence 10 or 11 am sunday, resetting game did nothing, rebooting my android phone did nothing. No one else in the game can see it to attack it to send it back that way. I was told when i first reported it here to go to costumer support. I have and was told i would hear something in 24hs. I have ref #7428307, #7431471, and #7432460. I still have stuck ship, you have events that give points for special ships, like the d3 which is stuck. Could some get it fixed. And di not tell me i can do things without the ship. I have put real money into this ship not to be able to use it. Also you could use a way to use reference numbers to see whats is being done. PLEASE, for the live of god, give me back the use of the ship, officers, the dock its asigned to, the the abllity to move the base.

Anybody else having issues with stfc after most recent android update? My Google Pixel 6 updated Friday and now stfc can't go full screen. You can see the giant bar on one side and smaller bar on the other. Didn't used to be there before update. I uninstalled and reinstalled stfc but didn't fix it and this is the only app doing this. The in game chat will go full screen if I rotate into vertical but once I rotate back to horizontal/landscape the bars come back.

I opened a bug ticket on Friday for it (ticket number is #7422538) but haven't heard anything from support. Not even a "we have received your information" note or anything.

Every time you set a new exocomp, it says the previous one just expired, regardless of how long ago that actually happened.

I am so sick of these screens now, doing anything in game brings these screens up lasting 5 seconds. May not sound like much but it's on everything like events, opening chests, helps, going to any other screen.. combat screens, take over fine. Just don't expect quick changes of screens or helps. It's a recent issue.

I've created a ticket with support, but besides the.. trible-bot and the disclaimer that they usually answer un 48 hours I got nothing.
Otherwise WiFi seamless, 4G seamless.
No both app behaves the same. I.e. like crap.

The thing is that my phone is that fast that I literally could flick in and out of these screens (e.g. helps, factions, refinery) in a fraction of a second, and a very small fraction at that. Like 0.2 second vs 10 seconds now. Don't know what Scopely have done but it's slow to the point of making me question why I am playing and paying for it.

Oh and also, now when returning to the in system screen after such helps etc. the view has zoomed back in fully, which I almost never use. 🤦‍♂️

Okay, bearing in mind I restarted my phone earlier and cleared localisation, just as a further test I turned off WiFi, ran a speed test on 4G+ (37ms latency, 20mbps). Checked in game and was much quicker, not lightning quick but better.

So I turned WiFi back on and the phone reconnected to the router. Speedtest now says 10ms 30mbps and the game is back to being lightning quick. Go figure.

Given that I'm not the only one with this issue I suspect it is how the client is connecting to the servers or the route.

Something was changed in the last app date released 24h ago, several players in my alliance reporting that the number of heavy traders they can kill in Sol/Romulus/Kronos is now reduced. Like one payer used to be able to do 6 to 7 heavies with Jelly with PMT, today can only do 5. We do have the Corva 3* Territory with the “Advanced hull enhancer” ability turned on, perhaps the ability has stopped making effect? (or its due to something else, we can’t really tell). Anyone else noticed a similar issue?

Good Evening, friends of the ST universe. On the freshly merged servers 168/169, today was first „Territory Capture“ day with some huge battles. Unfortunately I mostly fought with a crashing App (iOs, IPhone 7). At times, every other minute. Most kills on my ships were because I was restarting.

Every 1-2 hours has become normal In the last months. But today at TC is was at times every 2-3 minutes.

Anyone else who had this ?

As of yesterday morning, I was 1 shard from unlocking Rom and Quark. Today I finished a mission awarding one Rom shard. I collected the shard. Now I am 2 shards from unlocking Rom.

The performance on server 184 is terrible. The client is not getting updates (or at least very infrequently) about what is happening in the system your ship is in. This results in hostiles being shown in the wrong place, hostiles not disappearing after being destroyed, your own ship being shown in the wrong place, frequently getting stuck in battle, etc. The game is borderline unplayable this way! Please fix this.

For the event store, the items have a 6 hour countdown on them. The prices haven't yet changed within that window. So I'd assume the prices will change when the timer hits zero. Maybe another 6 hour window (in line with daily event changes) but maybe not, if the price is super low. But essentially, check it again when the current one ends and see what the next price and timer is

Has anybody else not been getting their 24h daily loyalty badge? This is always happening to me and it's been 5 days now and I'm still at 5 daily loyalty badges where I should be at 10. Hello Commanders, a few days ago I started to kill Klingon miners to get reputation points for Federation and for Romulans. First time, after my ship get destroyed doing reputation points, I got about 14000 points. For the next ship, I discovered I lost a lot of points, so I got where I started with the points. Next day I tried again and it happened again. From time to time, I am losing about 5000 points. This way, I will never manage to grow my reputation with those factions.
Did any of you experience the same issue? Is it a known bug?

Bulk buying gives you like collective discount, yes. Maybe e.g. 15% for when youd be buying thousands of 3G parts? Why not. But the discount is higher than 50% when buying thousands of 3G parts and growing, that promotes easy upgrade of high lvl ships that should not be upgraded easily.
The logic and common sense dictate that higher the ship lvl gets, the harder it should be to upgrade it - yet here we have the opposite.

1 - When I try to archive or 'star' missions they reappear in my normal log once I boot up my game again

Regarding the 2nd bug. I have:

• rebooted my phone multiple times.
• removed all data from cache

Everyone just needs to relax, the events are not broken there is just a wee bit of lag that has resulted in a delay with the scoring coming through, I'm sure the points will be correctly applied in the coming weeks 😬

Major delay in points not registering as well as issues with ship power decreasing when away from Starbase when officers are not specific two station defense shouldn't your ship power not fluctuate

I was just about to type about todays errors but I see now I don’t need. Have exactly same errors, plus some dailies (read cloaking dailies) are stuck. I wonder what caused all this… I mean, I even updated the game on App Store.

If this game was an 120 fps-3D game and put on let say PS5 and Xbox, and people also payed an monthly fee (GamePass and PSN), it would’ve been rage to moon and back….

I think it's that Cloaked 10x thing. I mean its been policy for sooo very loong to NOT give players any advantage, that there is "Mystery Code" conflicting with the 10x Multiplier.

When I move my survey ship off g3 gas node, I'm getting no score increase for today's event.

It say 10 points for each g3 raw material mined. I'm getting the points from the isogen I mine.

Alright, jic I closed all programs, cleared memory, stopped STFC, cleared memory again and restarted STFC, points are now showing.
Killed another 39, Done.

I have no idea if any of those, the lag or something else was involved. I don't care now, it's done.

The BP point counting is not working at all... with the "Can you teach me a lesson" there is maybe some delay, but the points are counted. But the Master Surveyor BP event it is now almost 2 hours that an mining ship left an node and still no points...

Server 130 currently has a 33 minute lag on points being credited . How difficult can it be, this is becoming a bad joke, it's a regular problem and getting worse.

Server 75 has been lagging all day also. Even my 24 hr PC chest didn't appear for a few minutes after I claimed every other chest this morning.

i've killed 14 hostiles on Sol system. it was more than hour ago. counted in event only 10. clearing the localization and reload the game doesn't help. research event dont counting too.

data mining is still working. get the points immediately upon jumping off the node

so it's not a complete break in the event. it can still be done

Hello, This is not really a bug, but an interface issue for the current lower deck arc graphic, the bottom text color needs to be changed on the startup screen. It’s not legible.
