So to be clear, the price is higher than what I’m seeing when I try to make the initial upgrade (I’m upgrading Disco cargo bay and it jumps from 70mm to 110mm along with other rss)? I really feel like the 3rd rule of acquisition applies here: never spend more for an acquisition than you have to. I really want to pay the price that was on the sticker when I first tried to buy it, because otherwise I feel like I’m being taken to the cleaners by Quark.
The price listed is lower because the client is applying material efficiency research that it isn't supposed to, ie. every faction-specific one to all ships. This isn't allowed by the server so it spits out an error message, and gives you a new updated price.
Buy the upgrade if you want, but you won't be charged more or less than the right amount taking into account the right efficiencies.

And again a stuck ship, if the problem isn't solved, then at least it needs some kind of self-destruct function or something. So that you can solve it yourself. I find it impossible and unreasonable that I have to wait days again for support to take care of it. 😡
CS is usually faster if you follow their guidelines:
Tell them "My ship is stuck" and include the following:
- Your player ID
- The blocked slot (A, B, C, etc.) or a screenshot of it
- The bridge officers on the stuck ship

Try clearing localization and rebooting first.
If that doesn't work, I'd uninstall/reinstall the STFC app.
And if that doesn't work either, Android users can try uninstalling/reinstalling "Android System WebView" from the Google Play Store.
Unfortunately, I have really bad issues with game last 2 weeks ... it's freezing, crashing 30 times per day. Today, I got update from Samsung and I can't get into game on the phone Samsung S20. Never had these problems. Thx Candle, but WebView reinstall doesn't help. I also cleared localization, then game data and then reinstall it complete. I don't know what to do, because in-game support is incompetent.
Now I must play only on PC and tablet ... but it's impossible to be online outside home/work.
Game stops most of times on this screen ... sometimes it crashed on 60%, Social authentication ... sometimes it crashed right after 100% load

If your android device is from samsung, it's most likely the cause of android, not of the game itself

I've raised a ticket and got a response 3 days ago saying they are inundated with tickers at the moment. Haven't heard back even though I've sent then 2 other messages. They give themselves 5 business days. Meanwhile I'm missing out on events, dailies and my battlepass rewards

You have only full shards for the purple pew pew. For the cryonic blast you need additional 75 cryonic blast shards.
There seems to be a bug with your ticket reporting system. I opened a ticket on Friday and nobody has responded to it.

Sorry other way round. You need 75 purple pew pew parts additionally. As you can see you have once 0/75 and once 75/75. You need them because it's the set prerequisite.

i have 4 feesha, 3 are identical, yet with totally different crews, the mine at the same speed, and have the same protected cargo. their values do not improve with the boosters

Seems ok.
Arrock applies his captain maneuver as boring old mining speed, which is the same as the ship ability.
This means the expected increase from using no crew to Arrock + synergy + 100% 10of11 would be about 34k/hour (650% mining bonus X 9600% mining speed bonus X 55 node speed = 34320/hour).
it is not just him that is not working, its other officers on the ship

Not much, no. He's dwarfed by the ship ability. He'll actually do better on a good miner, as the larger mining laser bonus will increase the speed.
i have 4 ships out mining. 1 is tier 3, the others are tier 2 with mining and cargo upgrades

If you paid for him and were expecting more, then yes. None of them will do much for the Feesha really, and he's by far the best increase of them..
Are you looking at Fess? He'll do very little to the Feesha mining speeds, as you're comparing his small % to the ship's much larger ability %..
To me the base mining speed of feesh ×9500% due to synergy is what his ability means

These crew will do very little to impact the Feesha mining speeds on concentrated latinum. They stack directly with the ship ability, which greatly dwarfs them.

I did the ticket via the website and its still been 4 days. Also the email they give where you can reply is stuck in a redirection loop when you click on the link they give. I think they are inundated or have decided to ignore us 😂

The performance and stability (frozen screen, crashs) of the game is worse the last weeks. I tested different WLAN and mobile connections as well as different devices (tablet, mobile phone). In addition, the game was de-installed and new installed, but the problems are still there. I heard from different players that they have similar problems. The support is friendly but did not help; answers are the same phrases. Other games are running well.

11 Days and Counting
My Stella has been stuck in scrapper for 12 days. See the image at the end of these messages. It says Error 2. This is happening on my new iPad mini and iPhone 13. I have made sure that both devices have up-to-date iOS and the most recent version of STFC. I have rebooted. I reinstalled STFC on my phone. Scopely support has told me to do the above many times. Other than that, nothing has been done. The did tell me at one point they would submit a bug report. See below for a list of replies from Scopely. I didn't include all the many messages I have sent.
Here is a summary of the responses I received after contacting Scopely support on February 10 at 9:11am, including the attached picture and a picture of my Id page.
- 2/11/22 2:25 am Central Time in-game support (1 day after problem reported) - Green said force close game and restart device. Check for updates. [This was done by me instantly. No help.]
- 2/12/22 3:30pm CT in-game support (2 days after problem reported) - Victor asked for all details, including Player ID and screenshot. [The details, Player ID and screen shot were included in the original submission 2 days earlier and had been included again in a prior message.]
- 2/13/22 8:21 am by email - Luke asked for details, playerID and screenshot.
- 2/14/22 8:47pm CT in-game support (4 days after problem reported) - Des told me again to restart device and game, clear localizations check iOS for latest version. [I had already done all of that, but I did it again. No help.]
- 2/15/22 4:12pm in-game support CT (5 days after problem reported) - Des said bug report was being submitted. [I thoughts this would help, but not so far.]
- 2/16/22 8:20am CT by email (6 days after problem reported) - said they hadn't heard back from me and gave me 7 days before ticket would be closed. [I had replied by in-game help request]
- 2/17/22 8:20 am CT in-game support (7 days after problem reported) - No name provided. Was told they hadn't heard back from me and gave me 7 days to contact them. [But I had tried to contact them through the in-game customer support]
- 2/17/22 9:47pm CT in-game support (7 days after problem reported) - Tried using Tribble-shoot bot. Selected technical issues. was given ticket number 7262713
- 2/18/22 1:56 pm CT in-game support (8 days after problem reported) - Luke asked for details, playerID and screenshot. [I responded these had been provided numerous times]
- 2/20/22 6:48pm CT by email (10 days after problem reported) Patrick apologized for delay and asked me to try again. Said my report was shared with the team for further checking. Gave me support number (7241763). Said if I needed more help, to send another message. [I replied to the message 2 hours later but got a reply on 2/20/22 at 8:35pm that I was replying to a closed ticket.

Please fix Domitia Officer ability. At the moment, she gives me warp speed boost when my ship is empty, not when it is full.
I'm crashing probably a dozen times a day. Its a no warning no message game closure. No clear patterns that cause the crash, other than on click of my phone.

I have had 3 battles where the battle reports show I survived, but my ship still ends up destroyed. Anyone else have that happen?
It happens if during combat you gained a buff like kirk or leslie that increased your hull
After battle you blow up as your original hull minus damage is below 0

Server 16 experiencing back end issues. No credit on dailies or events.
I'm OPS 39 and have the drydocks A-E + G. When I put my D3 in the new and special drydock G I cannot activate its cloak. The button just doesn't do anything. Move the D3 to drydock E and the button works again.
Update on my ticket
Green tells me that "I checked with the team and found that they are still working on your concern. Even though I can't give you the exact time of when this will be fixed, I assure you that the team is doing their best regarding this."
So at least a decent response. Of course I reported this 12 days ago and I'm still waiting for a resolution. But at least I now know someone is looking at this.

Dailies don't give you syndicate xp
The syndicate symbol only tells you, what dailies are affected by the syndicate bonus
--> Working as intended
And this is why they're busy, because people raise tickets for stuff without understanding what they're looking at 😉

As it was yesterday I suppose your ship was docked in the meantime. As it seems you are missing loot, you have to contact customer support. They can check and provide you with the missing credits.

Apologies if tagging is forbidden but I'm a bit desperate. I have sent a message to Scopely Support almost 5 days ago concerning my jelly being bugged (not able to dock, cannot be targeted, cannot be destroyed, cannot be summoned).
My base is currently located in DS, so for the past few days I have not been able to effectively participate in events. Especially the Jelly Brawl today.

Is there a bug with ship up grades? I just upgraded my shields on my Valdore and the ship parts went up on everything! Warp was 2k and now is 6k. Plus my guns were 7k and are now needing 11k!? Plus the Dil needed went up aswell!?😡😖

You are facing a faction efficiency Research bug where the client isn't able to display the correct amount of ressources and materials. In fact you really need more.
It's going up with every upgrade, plus my warp has completely stopped working aswell.🙈
The bug with the Dilitium saying I need 39k then changes to 59 k I understand, but not the ship parts needed going up.
If I had gone up a faction lvl I could understand it, but this has only been happening since the last upgrade.😔
you're showing too different upgrade components there, are you sure the parts are also increasing?
The parts are and have increased each upgrade aswell. Thankfully the gas hasn't gone up.🤞🏽 I expect that'll be next.😭

The base cost in parts for a Mk6 phaser turret for the Valdore is 18990, that it's showing 11100 suggests a total bonus level of about 71%. What total parts cost reduction for G4 explorers are you expecting based on your research, and what cost is it increasing to for you?
It was showing 7k skip parts for a gun up grade, after I upgraded my shields it went up to 11k needed.
My warp was showing 2.7k then went up to nearly 7k.
My Valdore is only Tier 5.
Yes. You install Mk6 upgrades at T5.
Should the cost of each upgrade now be going up on other upgrades each time? If it shows 7 k it shouldn't go up to 11k because I have upgraded my shield upgrade.

No, they should be static. But it is possible that they are being applied incorrectly in similar fashion to the faction specific bonuses, if I can know your numbers I can maybe confirm if this is the case.
No. Base costs are noticeably higher still so your research is still being applied
You're essentially looking at 171% down to 71% (ish) parts efficiency. So if your correct bonuses work out to roughly 71% (exact is hard to say due to rounding in provided numbers) and your other parts bonuses work out to roughly 100% then we could instead say that the higher shown cost is correct and that the clients are also showing the benefit of some parts efficiency bonuses incorrectly. Need your numbers to really say, but I'd say this is likely what's happening off-hand if you're seeing such large swings.
Yea, OK. so 71% is what you should have by that, as predicted based on your displayed costs. This is the correct parts cost for you.
The lower costs look to be incorrectly including parts efficiency bonuses for all 3 pure parts regardless of your ship type (which the server will ignore and do the math correctly). Though I'd say your warp costs were probably showing more like 4K than 2K (a 2K difference maybe).
When I was upgrading tier 4, nothing went up each time I upgraded a part if it was 4k for a gun it was still 4k after I upgraded the Armour or shields, which makes me think its a new bug.
@earnest crest might need to add pure explorer/interceptor/battleship parts efficiency to the list 🤔
Going up is a thing in it's own right unfortunately. The client has been showing efficiency bonuses that aren't actually included for the last few months, understating costs, and will switch to the higher costs (without any faction specific efficiency bonuses, including the correct ones). It doesn't always go up though on the display, and many people don't notice if it does or that it's taking more as it's only when it throws the error back at you that most people pay enough attention to it..
I'll upgrade my warp in a bit and see if everything else goes up again, I don't really want to until the problem is fixed tbh, as scopely rarely refund losses.😔
Well that's the thing, you're not suffering a loss. The price that is listed on those components above is 71% efficiency, which is the correct amount based on your research.
If you're seeing lower costs than this then it means that bug is broader than previously realised, and those lower costs are incorrect. Scopely will not refund you for this, as the correct costs are what is taken (and calculated independently by the server, with no regard for what your client might think it should cost).

7K would be incorrect, 21K would be more than base cost 😂
11K would be correct, and if you note the amount taken (regardless of what it shows) you should see that it is 11K (11105 specifically).
If you can get screenshots of it at lower costs it would be good for the cause though (the cause of trying to get Scopely to fix things).

I finally researched prime ore refines, it glitched and twinned the research in my q. I completed one got the extra refine but when the second one completed I lost it entirely. Support is way behind and unable to help so here I am

If you use an Android you might find the option within the settings of your phone not in-game.
Something mustve broken behind the scenes when the server tried to process the second prime ore refining when it finished. I'll wait for Scopely to reply and compensate me for the lost time and resources its cost me.

I've filed a number of tickets over the past month (eg: 7265069) but have not had any resolution to my problem. I am not getting any push notifications (attacks, armadas, etc). I get timer notifications (0 node, research complete, etc) just fine. It is not an issue with my device's push notification settings for the app (again, I receive timer notifications just fine). Support suggested that I quit the app rather than suspend/background it, but (as expected), that doesn't change anything. I haven't gotten an armada notification not attack notification in weeks!

You don't need to. The Meridian ship ability is a mining speed bonus, as is Airiam's captain ability and so they just add together. As the Meridian ship ability is so relatively large the smaller bonus from Airiam is not much in comparison.

Chang works in a very specific manner. He applies a +1 to the reload time of a weapon, if it isn't already in its reload cycle.
So in order for his ability to work it must be a weapon that fires in the same round and after his ability triggers.
I see your point, but the problem is that it’s triggering at the end of the round, not at the onset of the crit. So in effect, it’s useless.

I am hitting level 51 traders in Federation deep space to gain both Rom and Kling rep. All of my research regarding rep is maxed for all three
If I hit a level 51 Fed Trader with a HeghTa, I get 36,600 Klingon Rep. If I hit the same ship with an Ent-A I get 40,992 rep
If I hit a level 51 Fed Trader with an HeghTa I get 58,560 Romulan Rep. If I hit the same ship with an Ent-A I get 81,984 rep!

All research maxed across the board. The difference was 5 of 11. I didn't know that drops from hostiles included a bonus in Rep. The moment I switched ships with her as captain, I was seeing MUCH higher kling rep gained using her on the HeghTa
I also had issue with the gift exchange not showing up for atleast 12+ hours since completing the events, i contacted support and got the basic bot responses and told a real person will contact me in within 24hrs.
this last restart of the game had the gift exchange appear so 6 to 3~ hours ago maybe a server check?

The real problem there is that you're fighting something that only fires once per round. On hit abilities only activate after both/all ships have (essentially) had their turn. If you attack a station for example, every single ship and defense platform will fire weapon 1, and then any on hit abilities will activate.
Chang is still pretty useless, but he does work and is even able to apply multiple delays to a weapon, but you've picked a case where he has no possibility to do anything unfortunately 😬
Your logic is sound, however this trigger behavior has not been consistent at all. There have been times in the past where on attack abilities trigger when they’re supposed to. That’s the only reason I used him at all. It used to work
The trigger and application is consistent. He will never work on the first weapon in a round, has been this way as long as I'm aware, and due to his specific requirements is even considered by the officer guide that Scopely continue to promote (player made from a long time ago) as not working 🤷♂️
Given that customer support aren't actually here and no one here can tell what your points were previously, you might be better off contacting customer support to review.

There are 3 officer pieces that affect efficiency: rare Stamets, Culber, and a synergy for Stamets. Try every combination to change the efficiency %.

My pc is double my total cargo hold?
It's the research, as it effectively increases the base protected cargo and is then increased by your % bonuses. The effect is less noticeable at higher tiers though.

Lots of people in my alliance have been reporting not getting push notifications when their station is attacked. It just happened to me too. Luckily I randomly logged in before I was cracked so could stop them. But this bug really needs to be fixed

I'd try uninstalling/reinstalling first, but if that doesn't work, you'll need to file a ticket with CS. #👽-how-to-contact-support and wait for them to fix your stuck ships.
CS is usually faster if you follow their guidelines in the ticket:
- Tell them "My ship is stuck"
- State your player ID
- State the blocked slot (A, B, C, etc.) or a screenshot of it
- State the bridge officers on the stuck ship

WTF! It has now been 18 days with my scrapper Broken. Despite hearing this had been elevated last week and that they were working in my concern last week, today Trevor asked for picture of my Stella stuck in scrapper. So for the 4th or 5th time I sent pictures in. I have really been screwed by this. I haven’t had Stella particles for this 18 days which really made doing these Dominance events and other research events difficult and more expensive in materials since I couldn’t do any research requiring Stella particles. Plus, I was blocked from trying to acquire the feesha during the arc and missed all those events.
I usually buy a materials pack today. I have to decide if it is worth doing given That my game is broken and one has to question how many more arcs will pass before they fix it. If they ever fix it.
I was hit in mira while opc. I had 413k g3 gas. 41k was taken by the opponent leaving 372k. None of that is in my refinery. It shows only 11k witch is what i had before sending out the miner

You are facing a faction efficiency Research bug where the client isn't able to display the correct amount of ressources and materials needed. In fact you really need more.

Nah, your research is working and exactly that's what the client can't handle but the server does. So, be assured that the correct amount is taken. And yeah, at a first glance the higher costs look "better".

Excellent I can now report the warp speed bug the officer buff bug in regards to warp speed helvia and domitia, and why warp speed drops after the ship is attacked. I can report the cargo hold bug which doesn't fill your cargo it's either one unit shy or one unit over total capacity

So, a player attacks my ship mining C.Lat (not OPC) with a weaker ship, loaded with cheap stuff. My cargo gets above the protected cargo limit. And he attacks me again, this time with a stronger ship. As expected he takes the cargo above the protected cargo level, BUT the contents is partly the C.Lat I was mining and that was in the protected cargo.
This can't be intended functionality?!?

What you see in the box is incorrect. When you look at your screenshot from the lost battle, you see in the lower left corner that you have lost only some stuff. To me this looks like the 44k.

The higher costs will be wrong too.
The client is flipping between all faction efficiency bonuses (so Federation and Romulan as well, which is wrong), and then no faction efficiency bonuses (which is also wrong).
The higher ore costs will be correct, the lower crystal costs will be correct, and the tritanium and Dilithium will be somewhere in-between the two.
How much cargo did you gain from the first hit?
It's been reported that in special scenarios that ships will actually go over their max cargo (conveniently a bug seen since the introduction of the amalgam) and may be related to the weird numbers you're seeing.
Please fix this in veisa, only way to see refreshed mine is to restart game. Mines also move when done, so you can lose mine when you have to restart, then run across the whole system to get to respawned mine
Go to galaxy view then back in. If that doesn’t work move another ship.
That mostly happens when the connection is unstable from having the game in the background
I've moved ships, galaxy and back, hi to station, do 10 minutes of hostile hunting and come back and is still there. Plus only see it in veisa, where the mines move. None of the other lvl 46 4* systems have moving on refresh

I have enough resources to upgrade my operations to lv 34, but it keeps giving me an insufficient resources messages. I used latinum twice to get the necessary parasteel and it keeps giving me the same error message
There's a known error with upgrades. I believe there's a pinned post about it. Team is aware but no ETA on a fix.
It happens all the time, even on a fresh load of the game. I’ve been reporting this bug for years, and support acts like it’s new.
Sometimes it just doesn’t seem to go away lasting a full minute or more. Resetting the game usually works, but that takes a good 30sec.

I managed to get some more and remedy it, though I'm constantly out of Parasteel these days since I needed to upgrade all my drydocks and defense platforms to level up. Luckily it is easy to earn more through events

If you look closely at the screenshot you'll note that there's a selected ship right next to the node. Likely they are having the bug where the client locks your system to another system that you've been in recently, and then tries to send every ship there instead of where you're telling it to. A restart of the client is the only fix that I know of (though no point suggesting it if it's been more than a few minutes, as they've either lost the mine already or figured it out already).
eu 184 server is just dying.... too much lag...
Oddly, it let me move off the node (without warping the ship halfway across the universe), but then it refused to let me back to mine. Usually it just says Occupied by Ship D when Ship D is the one parked next to it.
This one is more fun. It's trying to send you somewhere else entirely, usually a system that another of your ships is in by my experience. No warp range being better than when it warps off suddenly to this other system 😅

I have an alliance-mate with a nasty predicament. He started after the Outlaw arc, so never acquired a Stella. However, he acquired 5 Stella bps from an event store, so now he can no longer get them from the Outlaw faction store. So he's stuck at 10 Stella bps (5 from event store, 5 from Outlaw store) for the foreseeable future. It's my understanding a player should be able to acquire one full Stella from the Outlaw store.
There is a bug where if the rogue rep is increased passed the first rep bracket (forgot name sorry) the bps vanish. He should contact CS in game with proof he owns no Stella and has 10 bps and they will give him the rest

Fed up with this android issue now, I get scopely seem to be saying it's an android issue - but every other game and app has been working flawlessly since the update, other than...STFC.
Webview BS doesn't do anything for me either, tried the Dev version, tried the beta, tried deleting it, but no variance to the outcome.
Game crash on launch every time which has got worse over the last week and now cannot launch game to be able to submit a ticket to support. Have reinstalled and cleared cache and restarted device. Sometimes it will crash during the start screen, but normally it occurs after everything loads. Was able to submit a bug report through Google app store with logs etc. which may help. Other apps ok and phone fully upto date.

You are facing a faction efficiency Research bug where the client isn't able to display the correct amount of ressources and materials needed. In fact you really need more. Probably not the displayed amount but somewhere in between.

It does the same to me with ALL my ships ever since the Ferengi arc started, never had the issue before. If it was out by a a few k or 100k it would still be annoying but not massively so, however I’ve had it do it where it goes to several hundred uncommon rss missing and I’ve also had it say I’m missing several MILLION trit or dilithium, at the moment for example I have this on the feesha (I had to get more trit to reach what it said I needed) but I’m still getting the insufficient rss popup and the game isn’t updating to show how much I actually need
Actually the bug was reimplemented some updates ago. And yes, it affects each and every ship as faction related bonuses are applied to all ship independently from their faction or non faction association. It might also happen that the client doesn't include them at all. Anyways, this is only a display bug. The server calculates the correct amount needed. So you never pay to much. I would recommend converting tokens until it works. In case you are not to short of green or blue stuff...

Anyone noticed an increase in battery usage? I have all audio turned off within the app but iOS tells me that the app has used 81% battery for STFC audio…
Other team mates that are on Android have noticed an increase in use battery too.
I haven't noticed the battery issue, but probably because I haven't been able to play. I can log in and see my station, but it'll crash if I try to go-to galaxy view. Been playing for a long time, almost time to walk away.

81% proportion of your battery goes to STFC - meaning you play way too much STFC. Audio means the app is playing audio when in the background, this tbh is a Scopley issue but the audio won’t be contributing to the proportion much.

If you see issues with your actual battery life in a cycle I would recommend checking how many cycles you have done and your battery health and maybe getting the battery replaced

1M2 reputation farm per day, since 2 days, I hardly hit 700k reput... reallly painful and boring that lag...
I’ve been reporting this bs bug that won’t allow players to upgrade ship parts they want when they have all the resources and materials . Now for over 2 month’s this year and several months last year. I still keep getting the same error messages. You supposedly fixed this issue once before were when it says your missing xxxx amount and you spend either the amount in resource tokens or in lat for the xxxx amount that your missing. It is completely bs to talk to tech support on this because they sing the same song and dance claiming oh there is hidden addictional amount when supposedly it was fixed where you can’t spend more then what is required. I’ve been playing this game pretty much since it launched so don’t give me the bs run around. This issue was fixed twice before for the exact same issues that are going on now. Fix it!!!! Quit your lies scopley and fix it !!! This is number 1 reason I stopped spending money on this. The number 2 reason is your way over priced pricing for things that are no more then cosmetics. Y’all who pay for everything no matter what are being ripped off!!!
Actually you aren't ripped off. The issue simply is that the client isn't able to display the correct amount of ressources and materials needed whereas on server side the correct amount is known and only this correct value is taken from your stock.
Several member's of the alliance i am in including myself, have all had issues of our battle ship being locked in battle, after the battle is over. This has been know to last, for myself up too 5 minutes.

It depends on the clients mood. Sometimes it doesn't show any efficiency at all which would lead to the situation you state. 🤣

the way they explained it to me is like this, my upgrade cost 10, my buff is 2 but to do the upgrade i need 10 to get given the 2 back, that about sum it up? So I have the amount need to do the upgrade at the reduced buff rate. But the game has an issue thats not been resolved?
This might happen. If you want to know in detail how much you need to upgrade you'll have to do some math. Cost = base cost / 1 + sum of your researches

No you don’t have the resources. Open your ears and eyes. The calculation on clients side are incorrect the server has the correct value, therefore you do not have the resources required and as suggested, increase your ore amount and then you can upgrade

The client has had problems displaying the actual cost for years, but the current iteration is a different problem than years ago
Let me put it in easier words for you. You click on a phaser, the client shows you some numbers, you click on upgrade, then the client asks the server for his feedback and the server says you are short and cannot upgrade. Then the client is showing some other numbers again. If you want to know the exact amount you need to upgrade follow the math.
Hope paraphrasing fixes the understanding...

The client isn't able to determine which faction the ship you upgrade belongs to. Your ent is a fed ship but the client calculates all faction related instead of calculating only the relevant bonuses.

Anyone else lost attack notifications on iOS ? I raised a ticket and it got auto closed. It looked like they were blaming my device however same device worked fine a before and the devices issues quoted weren’t relevant.
I haven't consistently received notifications in 3 years.
I’m getting mining ones only. Just no attack ones. Really annoying and also potentially RSS depleting.

Was just doing some tests and it seems like even though Battle Reports show that TOS Kirk's morale activates - it doesn't trigger anyone else's abilities
you're only going to see an officer activate once per round, so if you and your opponent have the same officer, expect to only see one of them in the log even when both have activated

in a round where both morales are triggered, only one kirk will show in the round's log, and only one spock will show

I can't say that's a bug, it might be intended to reduce the size of the log. You can always ask for more log info in one of their surveys
IMHO - that's a bad notion to just have a "player understanding" when we're trying to test crews and etc. that if one side activates, that it just does for the other when it might not even be true. There's no real baseline or proper logic to follow by not showing all the data from the fight. Allowing battle reports though to be exportable would be awesome to look at later. Both ideas are already on my giant list of things that Scopely should work on 🤣
Even better when it randomly shifts focus to another ship to warp it off to randomtown. It was even worse back when we couldn’t stop warp.

Disconnection from Internet. Went back in to game. After that when killing enemy ships about every third or fourth kill I would get no credit as nothing happens no popup to see battle results and items won.

When are you going to fix the issues with push notifications? Multiple times now I've received no push notifications for my station being attacked, even though I did continue to get push notifications for smaller things like being Zero node

Just wanted to update on the android 12/Samsung issue, I tried all the webview stuff and versions with no luck.
But the Samsung update alongside updating and using the Canary webview is now a lot more stable so far. Still had 2 crashes but managed to play for a solid hour too.

If you want to know the exact cost of the component you'll need to add up all the applicable efficiency mobs and put them into the efficiency formula along with the base cost.
We've already ascertained the client doesn't show the correct amount in the first screen, to confirm the information in the 3rd one would require testing, and it's just not worth doing when fast estimates can be made
Is that the ISS Jellyfish? Then the higher stated costs will be correct.
Lower costs include all faction efficiency bonuses, higher costs exclude all faction efficiency bonuses, ISS has no applicable faction efficiencies.

You do not keep the excess from your protected cargo with PvP, only in PvE.
The battle report actually details what was taken, not what was lost, which leads to this confusion.
