The event fails to state that it’s a 72 hour event. I received the shards on the first day of the event but none since. I checked my position Sunday Morning and I was still in second on my SLB and thought that come 12:00 I would receive my rewards. When the events rolled over I checked to see if I had received the reward. I had not. Thought that perhaps it was a two day event but no rewards received.

If you're talking sky the loot chest? These are only a guaranteed drop for the person who started the Armada, there is 1 additional crest randomly awarded to 1 other participant.
You're share of the credits for regular Armadas is credited directly to your inventory, though got exchange Armadas it is kept in your ship as cargo and needs to be recalled (and could be stolen by another player if OC.).

With roundabout the same amount of players we got less a little bit more than half the amount of points we usually do.
I counted the ships and compared the difference between 1 minute and we got exactly as many points as there were ships.

I have a problem that’s going to prevent me from completing The Who’s the Officer event. Part 2 is Mudd and I need to use a speed/up on a building. My problem is that I am camping at level 29 to achieve certain goals like fully tiering out my Saladin and having all of my skills trained out before starting iOS 30. I completed building out all of my buildings prior to TNG Arc 1. Part 3 of this event requires spending 1 parsteel. Since parsteel is primarily used in building construction I can’t complete part 3 as well. Does anyone know a work around so I can complete this event?

I have tried using other speed ups to complete but they do not work as the event requires you to use a building speed up.

Seige Warfare requires a shit pot full of crystal to train + all of the crystal needed to train specialized Federation/Klingon/Romulan Skille on your Combat and Galaxy trees. I have all of my Sally Modules built out to tier 9 now with the exception of the two weapon slots and the impulse engine. Hold up for these is the amount of crystal and titanium to build out and train out. I've a cure tally hit build the next ops center before and somehow it another always seem to hit the complete button once the ops center has finished building out. That always causes problems as you end up moving up a level before you are ready.

Looks like the Jellyfish is incorrectly increasing cadet Scotty's officer ability. Put Scotty on side to see real warp range.

The Jelly is only supposed to enhance his captain ability; not his officer ability. Either way, something Scopely needs to fix.

Looks like you were right, though. It was falsely bumping up his officer skill.

The least it could do, if it's going to have this error, is actually apply the enhancement it says it's applying.

I wonder if it's doing this for every officer ability.

To answer my own question, warp speed is 10.6, as opposed to 8.5.

It appears the issue is your home base is in a system the Ship in question does not have the warp range to reach, therefore, it cannot go to the lower systems because it would not be able to return to base. you would need to base in a lower level system to have it go to those areas.

Except that his ship states that it has a warp range of 28 and he is showing that only 27 is required.
Issue was that the Jellyfish ship ability is incorrectly increasing the stated officer ability, Cadet Scotty's warp range in this case, much like Pike does. Warp range with Cadet Scotty as captain is listed as 28, when he's just on the side it's listed as 25.

This bug has been plaguing my alliance. It seems anyone who has hit level 25 since the most recent patch is unable to refine Grade 1 iso. We're at the point where buffs are dropping because half of our level 25+ players are affected by the bug.

We have improved Iso 2 active although not for much longer because of the first bug mentioned, i suppose its possible there was a slight gap? Our takeover was yesterday not sure how that mechanic work when it takes effect, but it was active as far as I know when my chests refreshed today

They need to activate it every week after takeover finishes, so gaps do happen, especially if someone forgets 😬 (though I believe that it also allows you to refine an additional time, so it can be worthwhile to deliberately not activate straight away, give everyone a chance to refine the double chest before activating the service and switching back to improved version that operates on a separate cooldown).
If it was definitely active though when you last looked, will need to send it though to CS (maybe with a screenshot of the service active too), though you already know how fruitful the can be..

Refresh now button is still broken. This happened twice during Wesley event. Restarted the game for 7 times, cleared localization and reinstalled the game for once, neither work. More than 12hrs before the event over, my plan was to refresh until I have 3 more 12hr rare events (have 5 mission slots in total) and I can get 750 more points without using speed ups. Now I can’t. And This will affect my ranking for sure(currently 2nd place but can drop to 3rd even 4th easily). Pls fix it.

There is a bug in the game with the cargo of the ship. Found it on Stella using a bunch of Stonn and Pike. Stonn increases the maximum load and Pike increases the team's abilities. Visually, everything looks like this with the volume of the cargo, but in fact, it is impossible to completely fill the cargo! Look at the screenshots you can check it yourself.

Well, not exactly a false alarm Kyle.
The Fed Officer's Exchange event: I didnot get points whenever I put my ship in hostile faction hunting mode.
However, if I actively hit any hostile, then it works ok.

And its kind-of unfair of Scopley to do that actually...no matter who hit whom, I brutally obliterated my hostile by torpedoeing him + in the process, one red shirt was also killed...so I should get the points.

TNG Officers - Strength in Numbers events: I got points on the first pull of officer shard sets for the monthly alliance event but didnot get the points for the same for the solo event....even though scoring parameters for both events are the same.

There seems to be a bug where people are getting bumped from armadas. In this instance, with less than 10 seconds to go I was "in" the armada. However there was no battle log and I checked with the armada leader. Even though the 4slot queue was full, and there were two people in waiting, this armada was completed with just three ships.

This ended in him finishing the armada and me getting nothing but loosing my tokens. Happens 3 times with rare armadas and once with epic. the last two times I made screenshots. the thing is, that's not a bug but a feature... to prevent the other armada hitting before yours, you have to make sure their armadaleader is not within the area.

I'm pretty sure you are meant to have a warning when starting an armada that is already started, in cases of lag these warnings tend to fail (and you can even start an armada that your alliance has already started, something the game won't actually allow).
Send your screenshots through to customer support in game and tell them that the armada wasn't started when you started yours and that no warning was given. I can't promise that they'll refund you, but I have heard of others getting the directives back before.

Actually, if you can build one of the listed ships, it’s an easy event. You also get points for tiering up a ship. Just look at it this way - some people don’t even get the MilSup event. I used to get every month with CoW but I haven’t seen it at all at ops 28/29.

So , they gave us double events to make up for the missing event. But for #3, we ended up with both versions. One that gives 1 point per hostile, and other gives 2 points per hostile.

Take Pike or Picard off of the captain seat and then hit those hostiles again, then compare the damage and let me know if they're not working.. The removal of Pike from the battle report was part of a change made to list only abilities that effectively activated during combat, does not effect how they actually work.

The way they work is this. The pack only contains warp parts you have already unlocked through the normal mission chain.

It’s the same with the basic Franklin pack. If you got your Franklin through all the levels to t9 because you levelled ops and did the missions, then the pack will contain all 8 warp parts so you could build a second Franklin if you wanted and tier it to t9. But if you are say ops 24, and your Franklin is only t5, then it will contain only 4 parts

So pack content is entirely dependent on what ops you are and how far along in the missions you are. You cannot use then as a quick way to upgrade a Franklin or Franklin a for the first time

No, the data on ship strength is not from the armada it is from two sources. The battle log after the armada and from clicking on ship and looking at power. I know about the armada power display glitch and my screen shots do not rely on that so you are mistaken. While CS cannot fix the bug they surely can compensate me which is what I am asking for. The epic armada event rewards.

Note the battle log and ship strength. The 1.120 ship shown 1st should have been in not the 1.106 ship. Both were in armada circle and joined and no stars were used

So, there is another player in my alliance that I regularily bump, our Ents are very close in power, so much so that if I do a different setup and don't max my below decks bonuses my ship actually falls under thiers in power, HOWEVER, they still get bumped over me. Events have always been removed after a short time from finishing, usually the following day I would say.
Customer support may be willing to send them to you, but you need to contact them in game and wait until they respond (advice is up to 5 business days).

@regal rock That is the Alliance LB event not, the Alliance Milestone event. @slim tide Switch your view to All Alliances, not My Alliance Members or look at the main screen for the event. Only the top 50 alliances (at least on my server) will get a reward.

Oh, I was just looking at the second screenshot 🙈. The Alliance LB event really has no bearing on the Alliance Milestone event. It is rewarded from everyone in the alliance completing the Solo Milestone event each day and earning trophies.

Now they dont get back what they donated. it just gone, like they never did it. but there is no way, according to Daniel in customer support for the alliance to get this back.

When unlocking the Stella with research you have to kill Eclipse with a different ship (cause you have to earn bps). you can only kill so many and takes forever, so i decided to speed up the process and buy the Unlock Stella (which is limit of 1) once i built the stella the option of opening the chest to get bps went away. Really do not think that is right as now there is no way to unlock a 2nd stella.

I just finished scrapping my maxed Mayflower which took a week approximately. When I clicked on the icon to receive my rewards payout ,an error code flashed on the screen. Now my Mayflower is gone and I have received nothing for it despite restarting the game several times. This isn’t some extra envoy we’re talking about. This was a very costly ship to buy and upgrade over a long period of time ,and I need those resources to upgrade my Enterprise. I put in a help request in the game but that rarely seems to help.

HARRY MUDD. When fighting eclipse armadas when he doesn't activate I'm firing 16 shots in the first round. When he activated I'm only firing 20 shots in first round. Shouldn't it be 32 shots?

Firing pattern in 1st round for a Stella is Kinetic 2 and energy weapon 1. There are 2 energy weapons and 1 kinetic. It seems that according to logs the kinetic hits 8 times and each energy weapon fires 4 times totaling 16 shots fired for 1st round.

Now when HARRY MUDD has activated it shows 10 kinetic shots and 5 shots per energy weapon

This should be 16 kinetic shots 8 shots per energy weapon so this equates to 32 shots in first round.

Clearly a bug @Moderators for the devs to look into

You're overlooking that you already have 300% bonus shots vs eclipse enemies. He isn't doubling your bonus shots, he's adding to the bonus on your base shots.
Doubling shots means +100%, so you're essentially going from +300% to +400%. Kinetic is 1 weapon that fires twice and energy is 2 weapons that fire once each, so round 1 base shots is 4, double that is 8 (increase of 4). 300% bonus is +12 for total of 16, and combined it's +16 for a total of 20.

It’s a shame we can’t test and contrast Harry mudd on other ships, but I guess it wouldn’t matter as there’s no other ship around that has the same inherent effect as the Stella vs specific enemies

Because to me, Stella fires 1 shot that lands 4 times. Not bonus shots vs Stella enemies as Order described it. But a quad shot… a MIRV in effect….I didn’t remember ever reading a real description on Stella when it first came out on how this worked. Or the way it was intended.

And in that case, mudd may double the weapon shots, but the doubled weapon shots are not treated as they should be, as quad shots, and instead are solo shots

So, subject to interpretation, Harry mudd IS bugged on exchange enemies as the extra shots he provides are not ‘enhanced’ in the way that they should be

Tho ofc, scopely will always interpret reports like this based on whether they actually have to do any work or not. So if we do even hear back from the devs, they are bound to say it works how order says……

The research to unlock the Stella provides 300% bonus shots against eclipse enemies. Unsure how you would not interpret that as bonus shots against them.

The only way it would be bugged is if you expect them to multiply together, which considering how pretty much everything else works in the game you'd be reaching a bit..
As per pretty much everything else in game, increases are on base numbers. Doubling the shots of the base number, 300% bonus of the base number.

Let’s say it like this then:

Weapon mount = fires once (charge/recharge defines when)

Each weapon mount usually has 1 or 2 shots

For Stella, vs exchange, this weapon mount becomes a weapon mount with 4 shots

So again, subject to interpretation, mudd doubles the shots of all the weapons for the first round

It all depends whether you consider the weapon shots bonus before or after mudd ability kicks in

It’s not unreasonable to consider mudd ability last. It’s not like it would be exceptionally overpowered either as it only happens vs exchange for the first round

For example:

We have crew abilities that increase weapon damage, and we have crew abilities that just say damage, and they do work in different ways. Stuff that says weapon damage we know is only applied the the base values listed when examining weapon mounts

If mudds description actually said ‘doubles the weapon shots’ instead of just ‘doubles the shots’ then I’d agree with you

But it doesn’t, so it is ambiguous

Damage increasing officers are either % of base or flat value with no increase from other bonuses, so I don't see this as an argument as neither multiply with the other.
Bonuses increasing bonuses is the exception, not the rule. To assume that these bonuses would multiply with each other when the norm with these mechanics is that they don't is silly..
And it has doubled the shots, the base number of shots, as is typical with bonuses.
And many things in the game are ambiguous, but again general rule of thumb based on almost every other bonus in game is that they don't multiply each other. Protected cargo, total cargo, warp speed, impulse speed, damage bonus, mitigation bonus, piercing bonus, damage reduction, hull health bonus, shield health bonus; all on base. There's a small number of flat value increases that do get bonuses applied on top of them, everything else is on base and it's very reasonable to assume that double shots and +300% shots would also be on base, to say that it's a bug because it operates in this very standard way for this game is not reasonable 🤷‍♂️

For the pledge your independence event, it appears that the 150% bonus is not being applied when attacked by the automated ships that attack you when you are at hostile status or worse

Edit if I attack it instead of waiting for it to attack me then I do get the bonus

If I am on a mining node and I get attacked by a hostile, I do not get any cargo from it. If I am not on the node I do get cargo.

Running into a bug involving Armadas, I’ll join an Armada be on the list, the count down occurs, but Nithibg appears in the log and no damage or animation occurs to signal I was in an armada. It seems to be tied to Exchange Rares not uncommons. Extremely frustrating when you are trying to build up your Stella as well as help your alliance.

Your alert system sucks. I was under attack for 27 minutes before the first alert popped up. Distracted by your survey no less. Truly aggravated. Both by the delay, and by the fact that the reserve savings isn’t reasonable for gameplay. It takes so long to assemble materials, that you effectively question if it is worth bothering to return to play. Hello all, posted this in general chat, but I belive it is a bug. It appears the new Battle Pass has given me 10 TNG.PT 2 mission keys instead of the new TNG.PT 3 mission keys. I purchased the Elite pass and points to get the mission keys, and just checked my inventory and confirm that they are the wrong keys. Unless Im missing something lol.

Warp path shown defaults to most direct available, or if no path is available then just most direct (based on where your ship is currently). In some cases there multiple paths in to a system and they can have different warp range requirements, this means that the most direct path can also be a higher range path, but when you get a ship that can take the indirect lower range path this now falls under most direct available, or if you change where your ship is coming from you can change which path is most direct and cause it to show the other path this way.
