In my opinion weather ya may like to hear it or not but ever since the launch it ran fine. Every new event being made or a new patch being put out or anything that deals with server related issue there is always a problem the server would run a good month til someone files a complaint about something that goes wrong weather be the graphics, the ships, missions, or any part of the detail in any such of a server is breaking down one way or another. I respect the company but i'm thinking it's more than just a server issue. I think having more than 1 account per tablet or phone or emu to each user is more than sufficient either from google or apple. Yes i realize that the company is doing it's best.

I missed the Flash Event at 1900 EDT because of the issues with the game connectivity. Since you guys chose to not shut it down, I'm now in 4th place when I was in 3rd. I've been getting a gold medal pretty consistently, so it's reasonable to assume I would still be in 3rd. These flash events are absolutely ridiculous, but I've been busting my butt regardless. The 2000 EDT did not show for me either and now I'm in 5th. Garbage. Absolute garbage.

So here's a random question for folks as I've been complaining to scopely for the last 3 weeks does anybody else constantly have the refinery pulls as a multiple of 7?! Every refinery pull i do the turn out for uncommon mats is the same 99.99% of the time!!!! 0, 7 14 and 21. Always a combination of those 4 numbers. Yeah when you submit a ticket they say and their response that the refinery is chance and cannot guarantee what you're going to get funny enough I can guarantee it's going to be a combination of one of those four numbers always!

My Ceasefire shield disappeared! I had not attacked anyone, and I was fortunate to have noticed before someone attacked my base. I double checked my battle logs. There were no PvP attacks initiated by me, nor against me.

I’ve deleted the game off my phone due to being raided under a week long shield four times and since I’ve deleted the game three weeks ago I get notification on base hit. So yesterday I re downloaded the game and now I no longer get hit notifications I’ve had several people test it by hitting my base. Just to be clear back to Scopely, this “initiate the attack” concept is a fail. You can’t control this in a PVP space and not awarding the proper points to the winner is just poor.
Not to mention the fact that there is no way to tell who initiated the attack or how to reset and attack. Oh, or the fact that there’s NOTHING about this in the event description. Poor.

@lean ivy that's 20% bonus to the -30%, so -36% critical. if you check the info page you should find a critical damage %, you subtract this from that number. So if the ship has 150% critical damage then it would reduce to 114% of regular damage.

Hi. For months I have been having trouble translating the skills of the characters in the game into the Brazilian Portuguese language. The abilities of all characters are switched. With this problem it is very difficult to play. Because when I get a new character I don't know his real abilities, so I can't mount an efficient tribulation. I sent messages months ago and so far no solution has been offered to me.
I have already reinstalled the game. I cleared the cache and local data on the android system. And the problem persists.

I would like to ask a question about one of what I understand is the older of the bugs.
If it is a bug, what is the current status of the bug preventing the 'backup' ability for armadas?
If it is not a bug then what are the conditions necessary to invoke the 'backup' ability in the armada?
Since this is not a graphical error but instead an operational problem, I am hoping for an appropriate response.

Potentially another bug. Recently every time I send my Discovery to Netron Omega space, it gets stuck in one place and indicates travel that never graphically occurs.
Every time I attempt to move or attack a hostile it remains in place and travel is only indicated by time.

I am on step 3 of the mission “Permanent Silence”. The step is titled “Close in on the trader’s location”. The mission step is directing me to the Beta Paldorios system, and I have no way to reach that system.
To the best of my knowledge, ‘Arena Warp Cells’ haven’t been introduced yet. Also, the mission is listed as Recommended Level 8, and this is an odd place for a L8 ship to be directed to.

It appears that pike's captain ability is glitched. Giving examples, when used as Captain on Northstar with common Scotty as a bridge officer it btings thevwarp range to 45(instead of 44 without pike and just scotty) but trying to fly to a warp 45 system gives me an error. In addition, when raiding a base with stonn on the bridge and pike as captain the cargo hold will only fill to the capacity of what Stonn would give without the additional benefit of pikes ability. Im sure there are more examples, but those are the most easily verifiable.

@quasi loom Chang does work, in a very specific manner though. He only works on weapons that aren't already in their reload cycle, after a weapon has fired it is too late to apply the delay.

@quasi loom Chang increases the reload time of weapons, but he will not add anything to weapons that have already started their reload cycle (which happens once they fire). Each weapon has a value for reload time, Chang just adds 1 to it when he triggers, but the value is already used by the time Chang triggers and so he can't do anything.
You need to have Chang trigger before the weapon fires and in the same round that they fire. You can even add multiple delays if you can get him to trigger more than once before it fires (not an easy feat). It's an awful design, but he does work.

The primes never say that they'll give you good or better outcomes either, you just get 2 additional rolls with the exact same rubbish odds. Over the long term you should expect to see more uncommon and rare on average, but you'll get more trash too 😴

I noticed an issue lately where the stella's power or details don't get counted when you are docked... I've known this for a while but realised it even impacts the warp research... I was going to miss an emada by 20 seconds but I warped in anyways... But I was 30 seconds early

@dim crest It is because it is a rip off. They make you pay outlandish resources to supposedly upgrade it, but there is no upgrade to the outputs. It's simply whatever they feel like. This won't change because they simply do not care. The economy has been broken since day one and basically anything above level 35 is not worth doing unless your wallet is so full it hurts to have it in your back pocket.

Question; why is it that when I tiered up my D3, my attack capacity actually decreased? At tier 7 I could comfortably attack 4 lvl 37 in one round. Now with a tier 8 D3 I struggle to kill 3 of the same targets.

Upgraded to an iPhone 12 and the aspect ratio of the game is all messed up and buttons are cutoff. Oh yeah, lost 200mil of parsteel because the notifications just don’t work in this game. My old phone told me when my base was hit, when my miners depleted (usually well after they had but at least it did) and most of the time when armadas were started. Now all I seem to get is notifications about my miners, so thanks scopely for the no warning at all on me being raided. Guy only hit me 100+times without a single warning/notification

When selecting to receive Rewards of any kind, for example when finishing a tier Daily Goals, the Rewards screen comes up, without listing the rewards, and then freezes the game. After restarting the rewards have been applied but it is frustrating the number of times the games must be restarted.

LOL, we had a non-sanctioned Event on our server starting yesterday.
One of the big raiders of the server quit and left his station to be publicly raided.
He was a level 37 with around 8 Billion Tritanium, 9 billion Parsteel and 2 Billion in Dilithium Crystal's (at least when I finally saw it)
Virtually everyone who could hit him did, and even then they didn't finish up till this morning.
The server was apparently having so much trouble processing it that from what I saw, they finally turned off the graphics to his station to reduce processing overhead... or maybe it just couldn't. Is that a bug. Lol

I updated to the latest Android release 2 days ago, around this time i noticed a drop in the protected cargo of all miner ships, For as long as i can remember T5 faction miner with Tpring gave me 54k protected, this has now reduced to 51k i have checked all faction miners and look like the base protected cargo of the ship has dropped by around 10%, Is this something that has been raised?

I did start an Armadas and everyone did blow up, but also the armadas target. The result was still shown to us that we have been defeated and no rewards was given - i assume my Augur using the burning crew caused the issue - all ships did blow up but in the very last round the burning effect might have caused the 1% hull damage to finish off the base also - but in that case it was not counted as victory, where i actually do disagree

Support is too dumb to understand this bug because they keep telling me there is nothing wrong. In the middle of building my shipyard I got credit for completing a build in my dailies. My shipyard was not completed that day and was started several days before that. They say the log shows my hangar being completed that day, which is impossible. It couldn’t have been fast completed with lat since the build includes uncommon crystal.

So last night while I was trying to do some armadas with my Alliance mates. After about 15 minutes of thinking I was just being ignored by everyone I figured out that my messages were not going through, and many of the ones from diff conversations in alliance chat we being omitted from me feed.
That was like 7 hours ago, then while reworking some crews I got booted again and when I came back all of my crews had been changed to what I recognize as old configuration. After I got that worked out I got disconnected yet again and now my ships have no crews on them, and 2 have been destroyed as well... and when I attempt to recrew them it won't take the changes.

For the past week I haven’t been able to kill Borg probes. I’ve wasted 8 Transwarp cells trying multiple systems. I can travel there with Vidar but when I target a probe the game totally just shuts off and automatically reboots. Very frustrating. This is just one of the multiple reboot scenarios that is transpiring since this Arc began. Very frustrating spending 80% of your’ time watching the game reboot, reset, show you a Discovery ArcII that you must tab through then as soon as you attempt something it just goes off and reboots.

I am RadiomanJoe on Server 14. I have had a problem to with collecting rewards from events. Every time it says winner on the event button I click on it and it goes to the screen to collect the rewards then freezes before the rewards show up. @coral lotus it's bonus to base damage, not total damage. You can check base damage by looking at the weapon information in the ship upgrade screen (subtract the green numbers if you haven't done the upgrade yet). The issue is that the Franklin has a very large existing damage bonus to swarm.

A lot of people did 😅 bonuses to base is par for course unfortunately, but as you progress the bonuses of the Franklin get very significant (my D4 can't even come close to my Franklin vs swarm).

@native oyster It is not a bug... it is how warp range works...
Warp range is like how far your ship can jump... When you warp from sol to andoria, it jumps from sol to wolf, from wolf to sirius, and sirius to andoria
If the jump distance is greater than your ship's warp range... then your ship cannot jump there...
But if there is another path which needs more jumps, but still the jumps are smaller than your warp range, your ship can take that path...
Imagine a frog sitting on a leaf(wolf), and each system is a leaf on a lake

Think of it like this... the ship deteriorates and loses ship structural integrity slowly with time... if you keep warping for too long, your ship will tear itself apart....
So if your ship has warp range of 40, then imagine that the space there is filled with some nebula or low density gaseous cloud and your ship has to use put more pressure on its deflector dish... And deflector dish slowly becomes inefficient as you are routing lots of energy through it...
if you push it too much, it will blow up and you would lose your warp drive and be sitting ducks
And if you want to push it beyond the limits, then you gotta manually override the automated shut off sequence which can be done from Scopley servers 😅

I would much rather attack equally strong players, this would relieve the low level players! I've posted it here a couple of times, and piggybacked on som eothers getting the same problem. I'm on an iPad (newer model) and ever since the last big update for Discovery Arc 2, I've had so many times I go into the chat window or events or gifts and when I come back out to the system, all the tags are gone from ships/stations and I can't click on a node to start a miner on it. Has this been addressed by support that they are aware and working on it? The only way to fix it is to restart the game and it's happening a LOT. Thanks

My Horizon was travelling to the Yarda system to data mine. The travel timer went to ZZZZ but the ship had not appeared in system. I used Locate and the screen showed my ship in the green 'Out of Bounds' region. I found that I had no control over my ship there. However, it was then attacked and destroyed by a Suliban Bounty Hunter in the 'Out of Bounds ' region. The combat record does not mention 'Out of Bounds' just Yarda. A bug which dumps ships in the 'Out of Bounds' region needs urgent fixing.

Client incorrectly calculates bonuses. I'm not sure where this is a stumper. There's two systems at play, front end (client) and back end (server). The client calculates many things so that it doesn't have to check everything you do with the server, but it's coded wrong in many areas. Server does all the real work and so that's what actually happens.
Pike only works on abilities that activate during combat, several other abilities show as working in the client but are not coded to work on the server.

@peak crystal the battle logs only show one when multiple activations occur at the same time, but they all activate as per normal. The reason you took 19 rounds to "activate" was because someone else's had priority in displaying and for yours to show you both need theirs to not activate and yours to activate.
You can easily prove that it works by: 1) noting that you have shield despite the lack of activations
2) counting up your shield damage received compared to shield health
3) having an officer that is active on morale that is unique to the Armada. You will not see the morale or Spock activate, but this unique officer will.

@native oyster by design, they "tailor" packs offered to players. Typically this is a spending history one, as you buy more packs they slowly offer less of the cheaper ones and more of the more expensive ones. Eventually you will only see the Elite Daily pack of the three.

Last night, my 8 hour shield went down after under 6 hours. My ally had a similar issue where his shield unexpectedly went down in the middle of the night. This could be related to the time change. This is on server 32.

CS says i either put the shield up at a time that i didn't (or a shorter duration shield) and it elapsed or i initiated an attack while i was asleep and immediately cancelled it, causing my shield to drop. I also had 2 CS reps in a row each give me both responses to the same event. I am currently being ignored now. Also, i believe the shield bug (which does exist) could be related to surveys being hit overnight while the shield is active. No definite data on that hypothesis yet.

Anyone else has connectivity issues? Game is updated, wifi is stable. Must be server related (server 162). More people are complaining about it. Also, the list with bugs has grown in the past few weeks. The ridiculous chasing of scouts is my biggest frustration at this moment.

They are trying to tell me there is no issue but the simple fact that the +rep is 5000 and the -rep is 3750 proves there is an issue. Negative rep should be 50% of the positive.
The spread between the two was much closer but it is slowly growing over the past few weeks

I tracked the completion of the tasks and the increase in rep. It increases and decreases exactly as shown. So not a typo
To my knowledge these increases were always the same based on your level in the text of the daily quest. The discrepancy I believe appeared just a few weeks ago.

Server 141 or 142 is experiencing massive lag and glitches this morning. Freezes after every action.
Ship gets stuck in attack after every hit of a red.
Clearing a mine and moving off it says the mine is still occupied by the first ship.
Have to move a ship, or jump out to galaxy and back in, after every single action. Almost unplayable

@regal juniper the point is that there wasn’t an adjustment. Dailies used to reset at midnight Eastern. Now they change at 11 pm Eastern. If you have a job, and a family, then late at night may be the only time you have to play. But thank you for the unnecessary judgement.

Graphics bug showing miners at full capacity/sleeping on nodes. I have seen this with empty miners a few minutes after putting them on a node. Removing from node shows actual cargo, but when replaced on node will show same error
