@cobalt galleon I've had it checked out and the reason you're no longer seeing the conversion option is because you've gone beyond the conversion limit.
Players were informed and encourage to spend all their Epic Borg Tokens prior to the chest that gave us all additional tokens to convert in this store.
It appears you still had a few left but because of the communication surrounding the topic, those cannot be converted as well.

For the 3rd time now I have clicked to join just the Federation Reputation event, and it's joined me in ALL 3. Because the other two factions are locked, anything I spend will now lose me Federation Reputation. Reported it to CS 3 times now and no joy. Last time they told me it was my fault. Explorers are built on shields, Yuki ftw every time (except against Enterprise, that's just as broken as the Sally). I suspect that morale crew is not very high rank. Enemy crew is kinda trash, yuki is in the right place but spock is useless without kirk.
With a better morale crew you probably would have won, you came very close to begin with.

Today I had the issue at almost every click I made: - Click on "Daily Containers" => Crash
- Open up Events => Crash
- Open "Alliance Help" => Crash
- Switching systems => Crash
- Even in the middle of swarm hunting out of nowhere => Crash
- Renewing shield => Crash
Game is on the newest version, I clear the localisation cache after every update and my device gets a restart regularely

@native oyster it's warp 26 to get there, envoys go to warp 22 + up to 5 for cadet Scotty.. so you can get there before 20. He also can move this station to one of the systems around it and then he can mine there with lower warp again

so i’ve been using this every day since it became available. around the time i leveled up to 30 it disappeared for most of a day but then came back. now it’s gone again for 2 days while other members still have it. Support is telling me i’ve reached the max amount i can convert but i don’t believe it’s true. i’ve converted the max amount once per day and then there’s a 22 hour cool down down before it can be used again. other members have used it every day too but they still have the convert.

@cosmic nimbus I really don't think khan is better vs a sally, as you'll be dead before khan can ramp up, whereas uhura's boost to accuracy is a direct counter to dodge, also, the issue there is yuki, not the sally
and he probably got lucky with a crit or 2, then combine that with yuki's increase to damage against your romulan ship

Refinery is THE WORST! Something has to be done to fix the so called random draws. I’ve tried doing 3k, 15k, & even 50k. I’ve tried alternating between them at random & nothing works. The last THREE cycles I’ve ended up with a grand total of 24 uncommon. Last cycle I did 3k crystal & got 8 uncommon, I did 15k gas & got ZERO uncommon, I did 15k ore & got 8 uncommon. This cycle I did 15k on all three & got 8 uncommon crystal & ZERO on BOTH the other two

My auto shields didn't raise. I had a 4 hour shield up - this expired and I was attacked - but no auto shield came up. I kept checking evry few minutes fter shields sropped and was devasted to see when I checked that that I was being attacked an couldn't understand why my autoshiel hadn't come up. Raised shields but in those 6 minutes lost 85m Parsteel - and on my birthday. Please send compensation Scopely!

After you unlock the Borg armada main hub then additional system do you have to keep using trans warp cells to get to the ones already unlocked, I had to use additional trans warp cells to get back to the systems already unlocked and for additional ships

@hollow orchid you need to use a cell every time you take a ship there just like farming the borg drones. It’s not a key to unlock them it is a item used to actually get there.

@native oyster it doesn't change much really, just means that you need to do the research. But that's just a grade 3 research, so you can easily spend the materials or earn them freely after you're into your 20's.
But.. no, I wouldn't have suggested buying a grade 3 research 😅 the time and cost reductions tend to be less than most people expect too, for reference the formula is: base / (1 + bonus_1 + bonus_2, etc)

I am a pawn with the Augments and was happily mining data when suddenly my screen flashed that I was trespassing and they sent a ship after me. I am still a pawn according to the faction stire as you can see but when I click on one of the systems in Augment space it says I am untrustworthy. I worked hard to build reputation with Augments. This game doesn't even work, it's hilarious.
I point out that this bug occurs systematically as soon as the guardian appears. Before that it works, but only for a few seconds. As soon as the guardian is there, it's dead, the game doesn't work anymore. Bravo Scopely, another brilliant demonstration of your intelligence.
This bug was reported in April 2019... a year and a month later, they still haven't widened the display field to read the ship's letter. Bravo! They're very smart and very fast at Scopely...

It isn’t a bug if you switch alliances but you have never scored any milestone in “War Effort - Alliance Milestone”, you get absolutely nothing for 14 days? I mean, I would understand that hitting one milestone with one alliance makes you ineligible for scoring with the other alliance (as first milestone is way different), but no milestone at all in 14 days? There’s no way I can restart counter or anything? Please? It would make a huge difference as I could get Vi’Dar and participate in today’s events

@worn oriole it doesn't matter how soon or how little you contributed, switching Alliance part way through the event locks you out of the rewards.
Also if you want to plead, try lodging a request with customer support in game. Best you will find here are the volunteer mods.

Very, very broken Scopley. Report says my yuki activated 15 times but look at his shield! 100% shield with no shield regen crew on board! This is so broken it’s laughable. It seems his yuki is working just fine! Can this bug be fixed ASAP?

I was annihilating this guy with this same setup last week. His ship is still the same power as it was then. The only difference is my yuki isn’t working against him now.

You also said he has no shield regen crew on board, one of the draws of the enterprise is that you don't need shield regen crew; only morale crew, which they do have.
Perhaps there is an issue, I can't say for certain either way, but he has plenty of shield regen capabilities there 🤷♂️

Enterprise regenerates through Yuki draining, whether that's a bug or intentional I can't say, but it is known.
There's also random elements to the battles, such as the percentage for abilities to activate and critical hits. An end result really doesn't tell much of a story. How many rounds, how many procs on morale, how many hits while under morale, how many procs on his Yuki vs your Yuki, how many crits, plus the factor of silent bonuses when he has morale..

@bold pond Don't use Yuki again the Enterprise. As Order is trying to tell you, the Enterprise ability regenerates shield with Morale (Kirk) by itself. While Yuki takes down 15% shield each round, that Enterprise is recovering 36% each round. That means yes, Yuki is not having an effect, but it's not broken. (except inasmuch as the Enterprise is was OP)

@main wraith Battlelogs save the last 3/4 Actions that the player last did. Then the remaining 27 or so just get over written - it’s a problem with the logs.
So if someone hits a players station during a raid 60 times, you’ll only see the last 27 hits or so

@polar wagon @sharp ermine you need to look inside the actual individual battle logs and and the actual attacks to see if you were indeed destroying any of the defense platforms during the attacks. Depending on ship and crew vs base it is possible that the ship does little to no damage to a defense platform. When you attack a base the defense turrets always fire first. If your ship is vastly overmatched by the base, it is possible to be destroyed before it even gets off a single shot or it only gets one or 2 off before being destroyed.

According to my base all cannons need to be repaired but when the battle starts they are all live. No ships just cannons has killed level 30 player legionaries and higher. I don’t care my level this is clearly a glitch and scoply is just steaming peoples money

It seems there is a dock/ship glitch. I cannot repair or do anything with the Dock A crew because it does not recognize it as docked. My best officers and ship are now locked out to me.
When I attempt to locate it, the app sends me to P'Jem. I have cleared localizations and rebooted the app several times to no avail.

It has been stuck since appx 1730 CST, 5/19/2020
This has also made the base immobile.
Uninstall/Reinstall did not fix the issue.

This armada event has again proven the absolute shit state of the app's notifications. After a couple notifications it stops sending notifications — INCLUDING RAIDs. Now that's insane.
Also always great when you start the app and it doesn't connect. 👍 Tried to shield half a dozen times, eventually switched connections and then killed the app and restarted. I've asked for my resources back before, but it's always by design of course, we all know they won't refund.

So I figured out how to force the bug that causes ships to dance about the screen so that I could hit an sshle that keeps hitting my alliance because he doesn’t like someone we took in (for being a woman no less). He has even changed his name to a disparaging remark about said person but Scopely have not done a thing to stop him harassing her (his name and alliance is harassing by their own rules). What they did do is fix the bug that caused him to dance around because now it doesn’t work despite several days of trying. Nice job Scopely - antisocial people must be good for business right?

But you won't stay there as long ... somebody will come and kill you for the overcargo.
Its the reason on the second screen the number is slightly lower, because the node will get empty before the ship is filled. Try a node with 20000 remaining. The time shown will drop.

I don't see the issue. One is time to empty the node, other slightly longer time is time to fill your remaining cargo hold (which is less than node amount, and close to node amount of the first one) 🤷♂️

Scopely didn't realise that there are plans and that a ship can be in front of the one in the rock. Just like the name of the planets that can be clicked on, which prevents you from selecting a ship that goes behind the name, it's even more ridiculous to make clickable writing. For reference that Borg probe is a gold mission hostile, they're special creatures. Similarly Chen/T'laan would be ineffective. Morale crew probably better.
Standard borg tactical probes have a consistent firing pattern with the exception of the 29's, which are clearly bugged.
@minor pine there is a bug with the battle reports where the first couple listed (seems to be 1 per dock) are generally old and should not be there, essentially reducing your number of useful reports.

One day shields used to cost 200 tokens and 7 day shields cost 1100 tokens. That’s a deal. So Scopely changed the one day to 100 tokens but left the 7 day at 1100. 🤪 So what can we do to get the 7 day shields down to like 700 or less tokens?

They're meant to be more expensive for longer shields, and they actually discounted the 3 and 7 day shields before the recent adjustment to costs (probably in response to the global situation), so I don't think you can compare costs fairly without going back to more historical data. So I usually have to reset the game several times a day due to various things like my ship is not where it's supposed to be, hostiles not where they are on the map etc. But, this one hacks me off the most, my miner gets to zero and I leave the node to reset but when I tap on the resource node to go back it says I'm still there. I have a question and complaint. I used in game support until now. 3 months ago I reported a bug. One that is serious. Because you click on a node with a ship. Node says MINE. And in fact when your ship arrives it attacks. Support keeps closing the conversations. I was told back then if I could prove the bug. I would get my rss back. Now support says something different when I proved the bug. And others have complained. I lost rss due to the fact that I shielded. Sent a miner to MInE. But due to the bug it attacked. And shield dropped. I’m not getting anywhere it’s in game support. And tired of them brushing me off and closing the conversation.

Feedback: last night I placed an 8hr shield on at/around 23:00PST. When I awoke at 08:20PST I found my base raided but battle records show that the attack occurred 5hrs ago in which my shields would have been up. Is a sustained attack causing my shields to degrade and drop or should you be protected during the full duration and not allow another player to attack you?

Having problems see the actual level of bases. I will zoom in and look at levels and for example see a bunch of 14/15 and when check status they turn out to be 25 or any level really. Making it harder and longer to check vulnerable bases to raid.
Constantly losing all p2p messages even if the game has crashed which it does a lot but I assume this is due to me using an old iPad Pro 2016.
Clearing cache and local memory or uninstalling and reinstalling nothing to solve these issues.

@ember jasper could be crew. Buffs from crew abilities, like morale for example, activate during battle and buff stats but end when battle is over. So you lose the buff after and stats return to what they would have normally been. So often you will win the battle but die after the crew buff ends.

@chilly mesa because you could earn the rewards multiple times, my Alliance maxed out the event several days ago for instance. It allows actions that aren't desirable in the game, unfortunately the solution they've give with locks you out entirely. Maybe there's a better way that stops the exploitation without punishing players, but for now this is what we have.

there is a bug in the server for the past couple of days ( that i know of ). I was affected by it this evening. I returned to base, have 700k base strength, 3 ships all repaired. someone sent a 40k envoy and immediately was able to raid my base. No 10 minute peace shield came up. No battle. No battle log. And they repeated this for 5 minutes before I noticed. I have screenshots as proof
I'm also not the only one this happened to. I know of one other (also with screenshots) that the same thing happened to.

Here’s a good bug to report. Mined a Latinum node in a rare borg system. Took 7 hours 50 mins to mine 100885 Latinum. Completely filled my tier 6 D’vor up. Yet upon arriving at my base the entire load disappeared!!!

We had a case in which one horizon 275k with miners crew open a 11mln base. The auto protection shield doesn't start and we have not 10minutes of protection from raid. It's a known bug then? Or a cheat?

As people have commented on your Reddit post already, the issue is that your station is already cracked and that there is an issue with the logs. You can only view 30, however when you log in the last few will be replaced with older logs (seems to be 1 per dock), this effectively reduces the number on visible logs. There's also an issue with notifications not working properly..
@timber plover sounds about right, they used to tell me only inside 🤷♂️ unfortunately this is intended for some reason, been this way since I started playing..
@chilly mesa that's effectively just making it a one day event, not a good solution for larger content like the Borg arcs have been 🤷♂️ maybe pop it in under #💭-suggestions though.

@keen surge but this is not our case, the previous log was of 4 hrs before and we have many of that "Borg cube" logs (so there is no possibilities that were more than 30 logs and goes away), I post the screenshots, this is really a bug, IMO

One dud report per dock I said, 4 dud reports 🤷♂️
Usually they're to do with each dock, but it fits the pattern and so it looks to be the log bug to me still.

I’ve just got the iPhone 11 and I’ve noticed that the game keeps freezing up I have to keep going out of the game and come back in and it’s cost me my ship’s and resources that’s been out mining or I’ve gone to put up a shield on my base the game has frozen up and I’ve been hit Is this just a iPhone 11 problem or the game in general
