Easiest way to do is to get a warship with non-mining crew, back out the research bonus, and then use the base mining rate for the node itself in the formula to see expected mining rates with all of the bonuses.

Had the game claim I needed transwarp cell to take the node next to me. Restarted and all was well. I had been jumping back and forth with a borg system immediately prior.

@autumn socket contacted support and they could tell me that I had a shield and some time later attacked someone. Luckily, I've a battlelog which states that there was no attack between my shield and the attack on my station. I'll see what that means

@jagged crescent seems like a big difference.. but, you're expending Tribbles in order to get more, so your points will always be higher than your stock unless you never refine them.

In the Borg mission Sterling Example, it has you go to Roda alpha and kill 8 tactical probes. I killed 3 then got destroyed. When I go back I get killed by the first one every time. Something is wrong. I have other players with similar experiences. Seems to only let you do up to 3 kills and won't let you hit any more. 1 player was killing lvl 32s in another system. After 3 kills he could do no more. What's going on?

I have a combat report where arkady gives me 3 rounds of morale after my shield is exhausted and in the other rounds, my shield remains exhausted and does not absorb any damage.

Well that's not entirely true ๐ค advice for a long time, including listed in the officer guide, is that rare Spock's ability does not work on depleted shields. More recently it's been discussed that it does work, but it takes an extra round to kick in. So in theory you shouldn't have any shields for at least a little bit.

I have been hit 3 times in the past couple weeks with no battle log on my base being taken out and ships destroyed. I have lost 10s of millions in all three RSS.... To make matters worse Iโm not receiving any warning message till AFTER the attacks are done.....

Battle reports are not always accurate and I would not depend on notifications at all. Best practice is to stay shielded if you have rss to lose

@runic creek dont use arkady with spock it wont work. Spock will recharge your shield but cant recharge a depleted shield. Kirk and spock are the best combo for morale.

@lyric aurora your battle report will always show you the last report for each dock when you restart the game. This can mean you wont get a report for the attacks that crack your base. You can contact support for a full log report of the raid.

Itโs well known that there is an issue with notifications that is being worked on and not yet fixed. So depending on them is not wise. Same goes for battle reports.

Chased a romulan scout around the system from the time it spawned until it disappeared again and I couldn't attack it. My ship kept stopping at the supposed combat point which was always the spawn points, even when I got ahead of the scout.

@native oyster can only hold 30 reports properly find the reports when your was cracked are a lot more then 30. Message support and ask for full log of the raid it will tell you how many attacks you had

If I ask questions that I deem pertinent to assisting you, then it'd be a helpful if you could just answer instead of dodging or being smart. If I can reproduce the issue, it goes further along the pipeline then when I cannot.
Using Pike in combination with Scotty could give you a false indication as for your ability to warp because Pike is intended only to work in combat. Hence it has everything to do with it.
Where your base is located matters to the paths traveled and so also, has everything to do with it.
But again, please take your victory here and take it up with CS. If you refuse to help me help you, then why come here at all. ๐คทโโ๏ธ

Unfortunately, although it isn't stated, it's well documented that Pike only works in combat. Visually, it appears he boosts non combat abilities, but he does not actually.
It's already been recommended to the team that they clarify this in his description.

Hello - not sure if this is a bug. I wanted to test Ten of Ten's mining capabilities, so I did a test using a Horizon, with and without him. There is a definite increase, but I am not sure if this is 80%, or what component of the overall mining rate is affected.

Ive been looking at the borg tribble discussion....I get the points both sides have made...but it comes down to CLEAR description doesn't it? Had scopely been clear in the description about the borg tribbles abilities...same with a lot of "offered" officers that ONLY are available via packs.....most would've not purchased the packs. Dont get me wrong....I'm thankful for any edge I can get...but in the instance of the tribble...this is clearly false advertising. 80% means 80% regardless...

Even worse are the few that read something like "Destroy the hostile explorer" and it's a battleship... or the dozens of missions you get in relatively low-level systems that you can't even think of completing until you're 10 levels stronger (and funnily but not problematic, missions in HIGH-level systems that you could've done 10 levels earlier had you been able to reach the starting point - I Just had one I picked up in warp-40 Fed space that required me to kill a 100k ship...ridiculous)

Reply to shield dropping after asking for shield log. No explanation as to when it dropped. I didnt go to attack another player so couldnt cancel an attack as there was no attack by me to cancel. Also doesnt explain how a ship went from a mine to the centre of the system onto the sun

Please explain this. System says that it requires a warp range of 47, but My D3 with Cadet Scotty has a warp range of 41 and has no issue with getting into it.
The same with my Mayflower with Cadet Scotty.

Again, personally, I think it should be open to everyone and every server. But so far, Scopely has been pretty cold when it comes to why some people have the privilege and others do not.

I was recommended to contact panic but I have had an ongoing bug since march 2019. People can raid my base through active shields, or my shield simply bugs with a timer but doesnt activate.
And I've had enough of the piss poor responses we get from then support in game.
They have confirmed the bug and promised to fix it many times over he last year. And nothing has happened
I have lost hundreds of millions constantly being raided and no matter how much proof I send support I get what appears to mostly be copt and paste answers

Clearing localizatiion usually works for most bugs, but I agree, it shouldn't be something that happens every time we open the app. Or code it so that it happens when we open the app.

Since others have posted the bug. I will only state that the โLive long and prosperโ and the borg event are not combining scores or adding them at all. The borg event is give 5 points for a lv 29. The Vulcan event will give 5 for a rare Vulcan as captain. Iโm only get 5 points for killing lv 29 borg probes!

The Vulcan event is giving 15 pre kill of borg probes. The borg event gives 5 points. Just watch as I killed 6 probes Vulcan event went up 150, borg went up 30.

Instead of all these game updates for new events etc. Can Scopely get around to actually fixing the faults on IOS iPads in particular that have been bugging for a year now and seem to get worse with nearly every update they do.
The game drops every 5 to 10 mins at multiple different times, attacking, clicking in ships, clicking on mines... pretty much for anything these days.
Also some events I win. It isnโt giving the correct rewards, chat keeps blanking out or the path of chats just disappear altogether. The list goes on and on.
Yes I originally put in logs to Scopely months ago but got sick of nothing happening about the faults. Yet, the borg, the new areaโs the swarm etc have been brought into the game. Yet these faults are still there.
COME ON SCOPELY. Sort out your faults in YOUR game first before all these other introductions into the game.
And itโs not my internet either. This is the only game in my arsenal that does this.

It appears that the fix today did not fix the "Retrieving..." bug where event name/requirements text never load.
The lag issues seem slightly improved, but after about an hour with the app open, it starts to crop back up again.
but they did sneak some performance improvements in. They always tend to include more in updates than they say. I guarantee there's more to this app release than what they stated in the release notes.

I had that yesterday on my phone, had to clear Localization to fix it. Kept stating retrieving everywhere. Did you try that?

Officers show a 0 box for recruits instead of no box, and upgrade on ship doesn't show a 1 box even though there is an upgrade available.
and yes, cleared localization. Usually have to do a hard reset of the app after clearing localization to make it work, but it's annoying to restart twice to fix a bug.

one is max lvl for its tier (25) while other is still โgrowingโ and already higher at lvl 30. As the ship levels up it affects the ship hability which is โLatinum Miningโ.
Even if drill difference is 110 to 130 the lvls are not maxed yet.

I have run across a bug that impacts protected resources while being raided. I've been on the attacking side of the raid and watched it happen. We had so many ships attacking that station that collisions occurred, resulting in multiple ships hitting at the same time. At the end of the raid, my 2 ships hit back-to-back. My 1.3M cargo capacity K'Vort hit and didn't fill its capacity but grabbed about 1M dilithium, so I thought that my 700k capacity Antares would come back empty, but it ended up getting 600k dilithium and leaving our target with 0 dilithium. It took every last crystal because the protection calculations apparently happened before my first ship finished attacking, resulting in no protection whatsoever.

When your station gets attacked, and nothing shows up in your battle log. So you can't msg the attacker telling them you're online...
And yes, I checked all the way down my battle log.. The attack is not at the bottom.

Actually they tend to be there still in a lot of cases, just not showing for you ๐ฌ sometimes you'll go to pm someone and there's a history there that's not listed, other times it'll be blank until you send a pm and then it suddenly populates with past messages ๐ถ I suspect the server still has all the logs, but there's an issue with the client/server communication (again).

After last update (Android on Samsung S10) buttons for recall etc. are humongous. Lot's of buttons are much bigger now.

the bugs in the game after the update are enormous. the screen can no longer be moved and freezes. Ships get stuck in battle and do not come loose when a second ship moves. Npc from other systems are displayed. The loading times when switching between the screens are extremely long (15 seconds and longer). All of this requires a restart every 2-3 minutes. The bugs exist on all devices I use. (Smartphone Andoid7, Galaxy Tab Android8, Laptop Bluestacks, PC with Nox) All in all, hardly playable at the moment.

Yesterday's update managed to worsen everything that was not already working ... the ships do not return to the station, they lock up in battle or they cannot lock the targets, the timers are wrong, the crashes are very frequent and continuous, etc. ... etc ... at least this is what happens with IOS and, after a year, that you are still in this situation is serious ... the game is beautiful ... but if it is not playable, it is condemned to abandonment ...

When looking at the upgrade to the mining laser on my North Star, the effect on the details section to the right does not display the 90% correctly, I only see the 9.

On Server 31, Augment Space, Yarda System, there are two nodes present, but only one available for use. The southern node does not allow anyone on it. Whether it is a bug or deliberate, we would like to see both nodes functioning.

I have a player that hasnโt been into borg space yet, all the systems are locked, requiring him to complete โThe Art of Missdirectionโ which requires the collection of inert nanoprobes to complete. How is he supposed to complete this mission to get into borg space, if he needs to get into borg space to collect nanoprobes for the mission? Seems like a catch 22 conundrum. Please dont say the answer is collecting the 100 inert nano probes every day because his transwarp cells are full. Thatโs a 30 day adventure collecting 3000 inert nanoprobes that way to access borg space.

@native oyster Just found another error. With a maxed horizon and ten of ten as captain with one of ten on the bridge, I get a dilithium mining rate of 8382/hr. Placing Cadet McCoy on the other bridge slot does nothing even though his bridge maneuver says "Psychologist - Cadet McCoy increases the effectiveness of the captain maneuver by 12%" He should therefore boost ten of ten's Multiplicative Extraction ability. Could you please fix this error?
@native oyster You are supposed to have access to the Borg missions even after the Borg arcs are completed. To get into Borg space, you need a Vidar built. To get all the blueprints for a Vidar without paying, I completed ALL the milestones in the arc II main mission. The last 3 milestones provided blueprints. While some players cannot build the Vidar yet because of their shipyard level, once they do, the missions will still be available according to Panic.

I tried to mine and my ship just hung there like space debris, when I gave the mine order again and again all I got was "request in progress". A restart fixed it, but similar sync bugs don't always have fixes.

@sleek fern yes. He has a T2 vidar and max transwarp cells. I personally did the same as you, i have completed all borg tiers from the start, so that is how I also got my Vidar. No one seems to be understanding this problem, assuming I must not have an understanding on how to get into borg space.

For the last pictures there's no bug, but I just don't understand the choices there, it was fine before, know there is some texts that are big, others littles, too much space between them, etc.. ๐

I just joined the romulan reputation event. Just that, not fed, not klingon, just the one romulan reputation event. It's simple, one click, 'Join Now'. I spent resources on research to advance that one event, the only event I joined, with one click, not three seperate clicks. The expenditure advanced all three events, resulting in a severe hit to my romulan reputation. For clarity, i did not join the fed, and klingon reputation events, i made one click on 'Join Now' for the romulan reputation event only. I want my romulan reputation points back please.

well usually the decisions made for this game is made without any quality check or testing, and i think they actually are blindfolded while making their stuff, since these things are so obvious, that even a 3 year old would have seen the glitches and errors.....
If I delivered such a crappy work, i would get fired from my job straight away and yes i am a software developer, and i can't take the incompetence anymore, so i left the game some days ago, the game just made me frustrated instead of relaxed and happy... Only the smaller things get's worked out we have bugs and glitches dated back a year still not fixed ๐ they should start with those.

Ships freeze way more often with the ultimate patch. Moving another ship helps, but only when the second ship has completed its route or its fighting against a hostile. Getting a hostile event done is painful.

I cannot proof, but I think the drop rate of badges on PVP has a bug
I'm playing since a year and have 10 k player ships destroyed and never won a badge. In asked top 10 power destroyed. They couldn't keep track because they bought packs, but couldn't remember to have won a badge from pvp. They have destroyed 10 times the number. As it is a probability it never must happen, but as a player in would suspect that the drop rate is too low, or maybe forgotten.
Either the description is wrong or the change is so low that after a year playing I didn't won 1 badge out of pvp in 10 k won fights. Or other rules apply for winning the badge
I raised this question several times on my server but nobody could say it. Is there any track/ log if somebody has ever won a badge over PVP

Im in a legionary and the federation killer perk does not seem to be applying to my damage. I kill the same amount of fed ships as i do kling or rom ships before i have to go repair. if I truely had 68% more damage to fed ships i would be able to kill more before i have to repair. I have 2 daily events Faction Reputation Events for fed and Klingon.
Iโve only been participating in the Klingon one for a good while now to build up my Klingon rep. With the new events UI today, I only tapped join on Klingon event but it joined both.
Iโve spent a lot on research today in one go and now Iโm after getting a lot of negative Klingon rep.

A member appears in our alliance and takes up a spot but hes not a member, and in fact was a member of another alliance for months and is now a dead account in no alliance, yet he still wastes a spot in our roster. We need this fixed! The costs of upgrading alliances is in the hundreds to thousands of dollars if I did the math (too lazy) at our level so every spot is meaningful.

Annoying new bug...the game has started to have me in the faction rep events even though I am not joining them. I am dual faction and I have not joined a rep event in weeks as im trying to keep my rep down to manage dailies. For days now the game has opted me in when I have not joined the event.

I just completed a research item โModulated Federationโ lvl 3. Supposed to increase shield deflection on all federation ships.
My saladinโs power has not increased. (Entered and left station multiple times, swapped crews back and forth etc)

@steady meadow for frozen ships, starting a fight with another of your ship was supposed to have the frozen ship reset. Have you tried and attack? Even when sending a ship to attack, then recall to stop it that should reset the frozen ship.
But this bug seem not the same.

I have also noticed that there are issues with how the client comes out of suspend mode on my android device since the last update. I regularly set a ship to warp to a system and put the phone down and check back in 5 mins or so after the ship is due to arrive. The client seems to have no idea where the ships that were in motion were. An action such as collecting a chest or similar is required to force the client to register where ships are.
The stuck in battle is very glitchy especially when your ship gets destroyed. It can be sitting there for ages. The move another ship trick doesnt work anymore it needs to be a more substantial action like collecting a chest etc.

It's not abuse from scopley. It's well known if you leave/get kicked from an alliance you font get points for alliance based events when you join a new alliance. Otherwise we would all be leaving our alliances to join the top one every event

I have tried dealing with scoopley support for months and they are absolutely useless, they clearly do not understand basic english.l sentences.
I have a bug which has randomly happened over the last twelve months where my shield and station are bugged. I have SS and a video
The scenarios are :
1, when I activate a shield I have the timer but around my actual base I do not have a shield = resulting in my base being raided
2, i activate a shield but nothing happens so I have to use 3 or 4 shields for it to work.
3,I activate a shield but scoopley say the logs does not show I did so again I'm raided.
4, when I have 2 or 3 hours left on a shield and activate an 8 shield it doesnt work and my shield still drops after 2/3 hours
5, even with photo and video evidence support only compensated me 5 million res when I lost 400 million ( I bought packs only hours before my station bugged) happened 2 weeks ago
I have multiple SS of tickets where the support team confirm the bugs and promise me if will be fixed but nothing happens
So I am left with a bug and no idea how to fix and each time scoopley confirm and admire they are aware of the bug and I'm in the right they talk shit about affecting the balance of the game.
So even doh its not my fault I still recieved 0 comp
Over the last 12 months I have lost over a billion res with empty promises of compensation once it's fixed
I've never recieved anything
As time has passed with constant excuses they have now switched their responses to they need new incident SS to investigate

Since this last client update, I've been having issues where a ship which dies in combat from hostiles and other players will say "in battle" for long afterwards, some 10-20 seconds. The classic "move a ship" or "open a chest" does not alleviate the situation, I have to reset the cache or the game, or just wait.

I got over a 1 000 000 Federation reputation and I am a consort. However my faction reputation events for Federation are stuck on earlier level and I have no options to cash in Klingon messages (dropped from Klingon scouts). I have had the issue for over 2 months (ever since I became a consort for Federation), but the problem does not seem to fix itself. Is there anything else I can try besides removing localization data or trying the game on another device? (And those 2 methods have not helped)

Same as skitz, plus ships not docking. When you do recall it a second time and error is thrown up, then you can no longer target anything with the ship. The game has noticibley more lag. Base ops levels are not reporting correct. This is the worse update in a while.

I agree, more bugs than ever, everytime I check chat I need to reboot, last night, trying to defend a base raid, I had to reboot 7 times.. Couldn't lock ships to attack them... And so I had to do kamikaze defense and hit bases, that made me loose a ton of rss in repairs. Because, sadly, it is impossible to crack a base a force a player to shield when he is online. Very sad.

@mild plaza It sounds like you may not have a strong internet connection. I know the other mods are following up on this, but here is my advice.
Whenever you set a shield, wait a little bit (just 10-15 seconds) and force close the app. Reopen the app and make sure your shield is up
THere have been a lot of issues where there is some disconnect between the client and server and the shield doesn't register on the server. Your issue may be bigger than this, but something to try in the meantime
I always do this and take a screenshot of my shield before I get off for the night

In one picture I have around 6 mins left on a shield and still mo bubble after reset thats why I took the video, because it was alot longer than 15 seconds

Zero node, I jump off. Can't reset as apparently I'm already mining. Also, node reset to 4900 but not counting down as if being mine. Second ss is after closing and restarting the app.
While posting this, someone else hopped on, apparently node reset to 8500 and all is fine, just not for me.

My federation reputation daily event is stuck. I have romulan and federation at equal reputation but the fed event requires double the expenditures. i've tried raising and lowering my reputation for several days now, but the fed level never goes back down while the rom level does.

Iโm not for sure if this has been already reported. If you are doing a raid with a single ship the ship stucks really often in battle on the opponents base, sure this is not new but if you use multiple ships it also happens after recalling the ships that they stockpile each other on your base till the last ship is home

After the latest update ships getting stuck in battle! Aaaargh, more than ever and it is not possible to solve it using help/gift/items or move with other ships. Very annoying! Mostly happens when fighter approaching! Fix this and forget about some events tab update which for me at least is not so big headache. Also please add server times to logs.
Also adding time from reading zero node for other players to see would be so much appreciated! So something for the play to be enjoyable more than annoying. Thank you

New glitch if you are using a vidar the full battle animation is not shown there are only green points which explode at the end
It is just visual, but teammates have the same issue

@agile bolt file an ingame ticket with ss. There have been times where it takes a little while to show up due either to game lag or syncing issues.
Was he promotable before you opened the chest?
