Have the same issue, already provided a lot of screenshots, then they claim, I got them and counted them the last days, which yes is my current amount, but it was the same weeks ago.
Yesterday I got 100 fragments, so they closed the ticket and today again didn't get anything, but ticket is closed, so need to open again and have the same discussion.

I have to admit I'm not a fan of the removal of the password option to login. Don't like using a 6 digit number code to login. Combined password and code is one thing, only having the code is horrible and sending the code even when you want to login using the password was a horrible system. Doing away completely with the password option.... wonder how many players you just lost

Seamless is typing in my email address, then typing in my password, or using a password manager to do both and then going about playing. 6 digit code via email requires window tabbing or the equivalent which is the very opposite of seamless. Still missing Ferengi points and so reward from Ferengi BP overflow. I saw the store was extended, but my ticket is not responded yet, and reward is missing. Time is shortening. For "protest" I renamed myself in the game as "1015missingFerengi" until I get missing rewards. Otherwise I see no point in playing something, while reward is being taken away by bug. @jaunty light. Events are only scoring for about 66$ of the hostile kills completed. This should be the one fundamental part of the game that you actually get right since most event scoring and daily scoring is based on this. Game is completely useless if you can't get this right

Fix shields so when a player presses the button, the shields go up. Recent web worker changes causing the item events lag, regressed the working shield states. As it currently is, to shield, requires a reboot.

The amount of times I've lost full recruit pulls to this error that freezes my game are too many to count now. It happens on every single Discovery recruit pull, at least the last half dozen in a row now, and now it's also happening on Galactic Recruit pulls, I've lost 1000's of recruit credits to this now, it's getting really tiring. But with the week long response times, to typically just have my tickets auto-closed anyway, support is just as frustrating and useless. PLEASE FIX THESE BUGS!!!

V'ger Ilia bug: the officer ability doesn't trigger in round 1 against outposts/retaliation when another ship applies hull breach or burning with Lorca or Georgiou.

Alright, through some trial and error on the Breen event I have figured out a work around. If you destroy 1 Breen. Then wait for the 4 events to score the kill THEN kill another it scores each time. If you use your queue like it was meant to and kill another before the 4 events scroll through the banner you won’t get credit in the Breen event ONLY.

Event and dailies not scoring correctly. Killed 81 lol 28 swarm clusters to complete my 50 lol 15 or higher swarm daily. Registers as only 12K in crucible of war should be 17K. Away mission not actually starting. Chuck starting but then come back later to find it not started. Claim screens coming up blank now and then, killed ships not disappearing but stationary unable to attack again but you can click on it.

This isn’t the type of bug you say “oh we’re aware and working on it”. This is basic functionality that makes the game unplayable. It’s a take down the server immediately and fix issue.

I don’t think that “send in a ticket” is an appropriate response to the current problem. We need a VERY amazing comp chest to make up for the fact that both my dailies and MACO are not scoring correctly. It is going to impact the entire rest of the MACO Honors SMS and RLB. This is a major loss of rewards that many of us should have.

Simpauly, the problem is not fixed. In fact this all started yesterday morning when everything stopped counting. You all partially fixed the problem, but it never went away. Last 2 tickets to support have gone unanswered, so don't try throwing that carrot at us. The problem is growing worse, not better. It is obviously a server issue. So shut it down and fix it

The scoring issue with daily goals/events where hostiles count for a little bit and then stop counting was raised earlier in the day, and is currently being investigated for the cause. When more information is available it will be shared.

The weird thing with Trials & Tribblations is that I have 409 points scored, Bellhopper I have 400 points scored. I did 3 Q trials before the daily reset, 5 after. The dailies scored properly. Bellhopper at 400 means only scored the bells, T&T looks like it didn't even score the bells this morning (the rest are from before reset, including hostiles)
