using stfc.pro helps. You can see if tasks are active and who holds them. Yes there is a bit of a lag but good for a guide and to see who is holding onto tasks for hours

This is going to be a long one. Get some coffee and buckle up.

For hours now, starting this afternoon, there has been a missing task in the list. See image in post. The missing task carries some of the best rewards (10k points, 4,400 store credits).

Normally there are 2 - 20,000 pointers and 3 - 10,000 pointers and each of the 3 - 10k pointers reward 4,400 credits.

However, three is now two (Control Core and Sphere Parts) and the “replacement” 10k task (Epic FKR) rewards only 825 credits.

Is this intentional? It really diminishes expected rewards with fewer re-rolls as there are less slots for truly profitably 10k tasks to appear.

There is no way refreshing the task page fills in the blank task. Clearing localizations, now called clearing cache, doesn’t change it and neither does reloading other game windows and coming back. It doesn’t change after other tasks are claimed and replaced.

Taking away of the better reward tasks is a big blow to scoring and store rewards. I don’t know if this is a bug or intentional so don’t know if Support is the right channel to put this in.

for the 87,000th time in the last several months since this bug was introduced, my ship state after clicking "Repair" and briefly seeing the "Ask for Help" button before it goes back to this. Clicking either button gives an error, clicking "Repair" gives and error and then after a few seconds finally shows the "Ask for Help" button. If I click nothing it just stays like this indefinitely, this capture is after walkign away for 5 mintues to see if it does anything on its own. Switchign ship selections or doing anything else does nothing. Only clicking the invalid "Repair" button fixes it.

And I have members that chat completely disappears, in game play view there is no chat in the top middle and clicking that area does not bring up chat. They have to close and reopen the game several times to get chat back.

Since my post I have been reached out by your support once and they covered ony 2/5 points. Along those 3 days there was a 6th point with aditional 10k missing AT points and rewards, totalling into 20k AT score.

Wenparticipate in events to get an advantage over other players, alliances. Delivering battlepass and switching off help desk at same time (that’s what I have experienced) is handling nothing.

You have changed last days into ongoing march through stress, frustration, helplessnes and stripping players from dignity while asking or vegging for basic customer support to be delivered.

Below you can see how 103 more people were punished by your support team who did not correct the score even while acknowledging the error - this dialogue took place on May 7th. <@&509690795536941056>

It's a gameplay issue, but that sub-section only tells us about existing known issues, and doesn't permit reporting a new issue (we can't view into a specific territory system, even though we control it, and have ships present). Apparently it's a known issue with no ETA for resolution. The way I "fixed it" is by using the transogen forge and got the ship loop pulls every day to get enough parts.

So they don't warn you that following the loop as intended will screw you over...and aren't doing anything about it.

Frankly you need to cancel these wave events, everytime my alliance has tried to do a duo waves with two players we immediately go red and yellow for packet loss, both players on different sides of the country, that's sever side issues. If i can't even target from packet loss what is the point. You are ruining the fun of the game. It is actually worse with two people than with one. I do better solo.

Q Trials -- huge increase for interceptor. I'm level 19, just started Q trials a few days ago. My win/loss ratio is about 50/50 so far. Today's interceptor was 67.6K strength. When I won, the next interceptor jumped to 83.0K strength. That's nearly a 23% increase. Given the increases that I've been getting day after day, that is extremely unprecedented.

Oh I'm sure it does go on for quite some time. That would make it just like most other systems in the game. That's not my issue. The increase is ridiculous and an obvious bug. I ran a test against it and not only did I lose, the other ship still had half its shields and the vast majority of its hull health. That is not normal. The idea behind the trials seems to be an ever increasing challenge, not a let's just blow you away so bad you won't win again for the next month. The increases have been from 0.5-2.0%, not 23%. It's a bug.

Relativity at tier 10 is requiring sigma trit to repair it. I’m ops 56 and I do have sigma mats from Relevant scrap. But if T10 is requiring sigma mats, then it should either be ops locked to 61, or the using of sigma mats for repair is a bug. I can’t see my sigma mat in any inventory, but can see it when repairing or upgrading the Relativity. I have been forced to mothball my relativity until I can get a clear understanding. I’m ops 56, server 108.

its by design, u must have used mats from revenant to upgrade it to t10. Only option is to use relativity for arenas now, unless you want to spend lats or base raid for the sigma rss
