• In DUO WAVES, it is quite difficult to read the hostile types in system view because of how they are bunched and how the tags display. mouse-over or Scan during waves is not practicable because the game response is simply way too slow for it to actually work in real time. A player really SHOULD be able to look and see what they are fighting in a tokenized event without having to rely on looking it up on an external site for a chart, or going through the event multiple times simply to document what should be easily seen.

Please fix this lag collecting my daily chests was painfully slow even by normal laggy Star Trek standards, I’m at the end of my patience I’m so ready to archive atm. Fixing things that benefit the player base but allowing this game destroying lag to continue unfixed is unacceptable. The slap in the face is that the monetisation of the game continues full steam ahead. I honestly don’t know what’s worse a company pushing a broken game with obviously no intention of fixing its most major problems or the people that keep buying $100 packs encouraging this behaviour.

Strange occurrence recently. When I try to reset the node, I can't go back because it says it's occupied. What's more interesting is that it's really actually occupied. If you inspect it's another player (can see name), who must have been there simultaneously with me because it's impossible for him to just appear out of nowhere instantly whenever I reset the node. He wasn't visible until I reset, so it almost looks like there are several instances of same system (when there is high activity) and they get mixed when resetting the node (also the node doesn't get drained when that ship occupies the node). I can't think of different explanation but it's unrealistic..

Hmm. Something strange happening. Crewed up my reliant (slot C) and sent it to exile space. Then checked and ship A was en route instead, and ship C had no officers assigned.

Recalled Ship A.
Checked Ship C, all officers magically assigned again.
Sent Ship C to exile space.

Looked again, Ship C docked at home, so sent again.

While sending, got incoming chaser notification (so clearly already in-system).

That's because you both send out your miners to mine that mine at the same time and your ship arrived first. When your ship then goes off the mine his ship starts mining automatically. You can do this too when changing miners, if you have an opc/almost opc miner on a mine take it off for a short time, send a still docked empty miner to that mine and put your opc/almost opc miner back on. When the empty miner arrives he starts mining and the opc miner goes asleep

The empty spot cannot be claimed as a task nor can it be refreshed

I get this game needs to make money, but why does every single event have to be p2w focused? We had a few events that kept players around and spending on battlepasses whilst their general interest in the game from events like COTA, AT etc remained.. my alliance received a task that requires a single member acquire 10,000 Premium Mirror Dust to complete, but there is no way through normal play to acquire more than 1250 throughout the duration of the tournament and no other source available. In the store there is a $99.99 pack that yields 5,000, but this is limited to a single purchase. It appears that this task is impossible to complete, and further that someone who doesn't notice that pack is limited to a single purchase and is willing to pay $199.98 to complete a single task is going to get burned.

Thanks @karmic crown . It was the 20k task to acquire 50k in pioneers crest. There was also another task with the same rewards requiring you to acquire 100k in pioneers crest. I assume the 50k task was released in error and then pulled back while people had already started it making the task disappear along but also taking away one of our daily chances. I know @burnt warren posted in this channel that they encountered the same thing with the same task.

The travel time does not chance before and after activation. Travel time before was e.g. about 4 mins to 54 VGer Space, After activation (increase 85% warp speed) travel time just stays about 4 mins instead of being somewhere near 2 mins.

Doesn't work like that. The 85% is on your base warp speed, without all the other warp research and boosts you have done.

So, if your current warp speed is 1000 (imaginary number), the 85% boost will not give you an extra 850. Your ship base warp speed is 100, so it adds 85, so after you activate the 85% warp speed boost you will not have a warp speed of 1085.

This is how many boosts work in this game - except all that talk about "efficiency". Then it gives even less in real numbers.

Excelsior's ASA for VGer Fighters doesn't properly go on cooldown on non-mobile platforms. The icon stays lit up as though you can use it again, but the backend knows it's on cooldown so you just have to sit there for a few seconds until you think it's back off cooldown. I haven't been able to replicate this on mobile so I assume it's PC-only?

my maco counted some of the artifact upgrades, but not all. same with my AT task, counted some but not all (i was sitting with a calculator). the at task counted again when i tried something cheap. but scorings are very inconsistent

It looks to me like - for example - hostile events count, but events where you spend materials or parts don't.

Alliance Tournaments is broken for me. I completed 2 tasks, and then the 3rd won't start. Also, when I look at my Member Score, it shows 4/5 done instead of 5/6. So, perhaps the last completed task never registered. There is something wrong with the reroll conversion and the daily roll-out and the tasks and the amount of money you need to do the tasks. And you only get rerolls for specific tasks we should get 50k more rerolls for any complete. Also im gonna need a borg mega cube event yesterday. You need to stop phoning it in with the lower levels with the maco events and have something related to this crappy arc for the below 60+ crowd. You need to hire a new crew. You need to stop and fix something. Making it worse is not fixing. Rerun old battlepasses from the beginning for below 50+, move all the 60+ to their own server.

1. Repairing ships still redicilous buggy. I cannot count how often I hit the wrong button cause it cannot decide which state the ship is in right now and jumps back an forth (2+ Months now!!!)

3. lots of PIPs appearing since last update that I cannot find what they are correspond to. Mainly Refinary and Events!
4. Zoom jumps back an forth on iOS. It used to remember what I last viewed but not it jumps back and forth
5. When zooming out, it sometimes stops before it is zoomed out all the way
6. Kirshara is incredibly buggy in the new duo wave defense!!
7. AC is hangings 3-4 times a day and only can be fixed by rebooting. Also PMs are disapearing more often than before!
8. Lag comes and goes, probably when more players are online. Points 1 and 6 get way worse when the general lag is increasing!

Solutions? No group gets relegated first. Second, we definitely need a better task board. Ours has 2 20k and 2 10k tasks at any time. Should be at least double since rerolls are so limited. Those who are trying to do tasks have little chance of getting non-paid tasks. Third, scores should never be a challenge in a game built on simple math.

We appreciate Scopely is a corporation and needs to make money. Most of us begrudgingly support this. But the illusion of not being a money-suck is an important part of the sales pitch.

Recruitment Drive has "Spend 1 Trait XP | 1 pts" and scores 1 point per trait upgrade.
Either the latter scoring method is a bug (that periodically shows up in events,) or it is intentional and not well described.

I just completed the galactic recruit task for 8000. You have to spend 14,000 credits and I did that, but I have only been given credit for 8000 credits spent. Where is some support here

missing 10k task, 2 tasks retrieving and for the one i took only 2/3rds of the things i did (turning artifacts into temp disruptors) scored ...
