Lets fix it so the F2P track on bp actually helps F2P players with progression instead of taking things that actually helped with progression out of the bps. Lets fix it so Quality, of Life improvements, which are usually not improvements, don't result in a "pat on the back" video telling us how wonderful you all are and how we value the player base. I could go on but i'll likely reach my limit of words/letters soon. So lets prioritise these things. not fixes that stops folk moving forward i.e helps them complete daily tasks that you continually make more difficult than needed (like the brand new hostile loop which means F2P aren't actally gonna progress for weeks, if not longer. But i do expect too much....so lets start with fixing it so my guy can at least get back in the game...without closing his ticket and telling him he's not responded despite the fact he has and there's both an inc game support a trail and email trail to prove he has.

Our starbase isn't broken, but there was an alliance on our server that had theres break. They couldn't get a response out of scopley for 6+ months and had to delete there alliance and remake it. Which caused them to have to drop terry and pick it back up.

Something’s broken with the krenim formations. We use to easily beat the 70’s with two max relativities in each leg. It now is failing and giving partials. Something’s not functioning.

Your game is unplayable. Arenas are broken. Unbalanced matches by orders of magnitude and then terrible matches that would be possible if the game didn’t break mid match.

Those received damages are graphic bugs, after restarting they vanish.

They are NOT graphic bugs. We shouldn’t be losing armadas. With MAX speciality ships that anchored them two or three weeks ago. Nice try. It’s BROKEN

Officers are not working properly. You lose because of it. If you don't believe it, calculate the the damage you get from those fake numbers. You will see your ship would have blown up way sooner if those dmgs are real.

based on what happened on my second account, if you completed todays battlepass event earlier in the day, before they kicked out the comp chest, it doesnt send it, as doing that event is what triggered the chest for it.

In Arena, rebuild should be only 2 minutes. Arena glitching and not allowing me to attack the arena hostiles also.

What is the expected state of the Battle Pass?
Because I'm hearing more and more from members of my Alliance that they are at 30k points from the Unity SMS, without a chest under gifts.
From the communication I'm expecting everyone to receive an additional 70k points. So anyone not at 100K is considered to be missing points?

Yeah, same here. SMS completed, no comp chest, no 70k points. Some people in my alliance got it, some not.

When on a 0 node I move my ship and then return to the same node only to find that it has gone back in time and have to mine the same node again for a minute to get it back to 0 node. Thus was not a one off it has happened 4 times this morning

If you think about it the longer the delay, the more people will buy packs to get to the next levels on the BP - they purposely make mistakes to encourage spending - and now with the rumour of the server hacking and card details being compromised I would have thought people may have realised this by now
