The community is absolutely livid, really livid, and it seems as though you couldn’t care less. The main thing is that people are spending money on packs for a game that’s completely broken and, at least it feels like it, gets worse with every patch.

Personally, I’ve been playing for a few years now and have let you drag me into a spiral of addiction when it comes to buying your completely overpriced packs.
The way paying players are treated is truly an utter disgrace in every respect. Legally speaking, at least here in Austria, the business model is highly questionable, but of course, personal responsibility also plays a part here.
By now, and I’m sure many here feel the same, the breaking point has been reached, and on our server, a great many players are quitting, despite the previous investments, some in the four-figure range and even beyond.

I hope I manage to make the leap too, as the willingness to keep playing and investing is dwindling with every patch.

It's about time something was done. I don't understand why we can't revert to the previous version. It makes you wonder if there isn't enough money in the bank to put a backup copy on another server.
