Trying to upgrade our Starbase and when we click on one module displayed on the 2nd screen you end up in a dead end. Unable to upgrade or go back. Can’t even see the name of the module! TDI Server 717 … this has been reported previously and tested with the same bad results on PC, Mac, and iOS! Please fix!!!

You would have had to claim the final reward in one of the tracks

click the icon in the bottom right

then click all alliances at the top right, click the my alliances and then show your score

I am like a lot of others. I can only go to the station screen. The only functions that work for me are the shield and Help all. Anything else results in the endless PREPARING eternal spinning wheel. I cannot even get my player ID from my profile to report by e-mail and the Chat bot is less than helpful. It says do you weant to leave your e-mail for someone to reach out to you. I types Yes and it said I will have someone reach out to me and totally stopped responding.

Once again, the group Temporal armadas broke. Our alliance does one and when ALL THREE LEGS respawn, it says we can't do because not all the legs are there. Tried moving up to the lv70 system and all 3 legs are there as well but still won't let us start it because the ever present bug says one of the legs isn't there. You guys at Scopely have such subtle ways of telling me to log off, stop playing and go spend my money on other games.

Obviously there is a bug in the system that causes gold peace shields to be made active by Scopely instead of them going into our free gifts section where we could apply and activate them when we want them to. I lost count of the number of shields these golden shields have cost me. Please fix this so my Shields quit getting wasted.

Greetings: I'm Commodore William from [SRNT] Aliance. Ive had to reboot my game 7x, tried repair tool, and nothing is working. It started after STFC did an Auto-Update. I even downloaded from hard drive to CD-ROM as if that might help, but nothing changed. I sent 3 emails to the 3 email addresses aboutthis problem, and am still waiting for a response. The screen freezes, interrupts chat, blurs the screen whn trying to open rewards, or changing screens from a solar system to my space station, Zero Bahamut. If I uninstall, and reinstall, will I lose all my ships, and 2 years worth plus money invested on my station?

I believe the correct thing for them to do is hand over all the event loot from each day that this is broken. I do not want the emergency rations. I have progress that is being stalled from this mess. Then roll back the update that crashed everything. This will give time to fix the code.
From the looks of it the new expansion that was in the update was not synchronized correctly with the rest of the base code.

But what do I know. I am only a person that worked tech support for a little bit.

The prem dust in Terran is a limited time only stock. It’s not unlimited, you have likely just used up all the stock as you can see in your SS for platinum III you have a limit of 175 claims on that bundle the other 2 also had limited claims

The Meridian Archives ISO boost from mining is broken. When leaving a 500K node it only gives you 585K, but it should be giving you 600K since it totals up to a 20% boost. One of the 3% seems to be not counting because that 85K works out to only a 17% boost.

I can log in, and even play, but my ships are unpredictable. (Server 104, I'm using Android)
Jumped to a system, first it looked like the ship is arriving at the system where it came from (where my base is).
For second time hitting locate for the ship, it was in the correct system I jumped to.
I shot hostiles, got some visible damage on the ship, task was done. I hit recall (not jump).
My ship was right back at my base, unharmed.
Restarted, cache cleared, it's still there, I can even use it.
But I'm really not sure it will be still there next time logging in.
Make a stable game!
(And the ghost help button is still there since yesterday, fix that, too!)

We urgently need to reset the augment systems as soon as possible.
There are almost no hostiles left to attack, as they are all stuck outside the system.

I have same problem as of around 4:00pm UK time this afternoon. Game was operating OK, and as I changed screen froze as above. I now only get to home view of my station. Can assist alliance members, recall ships and managed to put on a shield thankfully. But anything that requires screen change game freezes. Have restarted tablet, powered off and reinstalled the app but still the same. Have had to recall miners as cannot refresh nodes, d ok daily events or anything useful. All these issues are getting very frustrating.

I'm also in the same situation as you, the only thing it lets me do is help the alliance and put up shields but as soon as I want to leave the station, do some research and level up a building or anything that requires a loading screen it stays on the Star Trek fleet command sign that says preparation and I don't do anything. He believed that it is a general problem because several of us are complaining here.

the only way to fix this game is to shut it off for a week or 2. i get why they don't. if i were them, why would i shut it off when we are getting money for a barely functioning if lucky game

but imagine what could be gotten if it worked as intended at least 75% of the time, instead of the .075% of the time it works proper now

You are not the only one, I have been entering the game since 0:15 am Argentina time and with the same problem as yours, I can't do anything except withdraw the ships, help the alliance and put up shields. It seems to be a general problem from what I'm seeing here. We depend on scopely to solve it as soon as possible (although we know how that ends, bad, very bad).

Temporary solution for me is that it if I start the game and let it stay open at the screen that shows my base for 4-5 minutes without clicking anything then I am able to click on events, gifts, officers etc and they load without problem. Then I move my ships to the systems I want to mine and farm hostiles but the moment I kill any hostile ships then the pages don't load again and it is getting stuck to that "preparing" screen so when ever I need to click on anything else other than the hostiles I have to close the game and repeat the same procedure again.

ongoing issue unrelated to recent issues. Server 717. WOK chasers and suliban chasers in transogen space being glitched and remaining in system. in WOK space, its reducing the total number of actively spawning hostiles, making it more difficult to farm and reducing how many loot ships spawn.

in transogen space, they get stuck on the transogen nodes. happened to me once, all of these hostiles become unavailable to attack and stay there for weeks.

Unsure if this has been reported in the last week or so, but wanted to share an issue I have been having for about 10 days now. Whenever I go to the Recruit Tab and say I have the option to pull five (5) Ultra Recruit. If I pull all 5, the game freezes up on the display portion...like the first officer starts to come up, but before it reveals the officer, the entire game freezes. I'm left wondering, did I even get anything for the 5 that I pulled. The only option is to close the game down (playing on PC, hit the X in the window to close the game) and bring the game back up.

When I return to the Officer Recruit tab, the Ultra Recruits are gone. I don't know if it paid out or not. This has been happening for about a week to 10 days now.
