I thought I was locked in on the FED reputation above 10M. However, I was close to 15M in FED rep. As I started working on my ROM reputation, FED reputation has decreased and now down to 11M. I believe this started with the recent update.

The lock is a floor, you can no longer go below 10m rep. You can still move up and down rep.

I have an issue collecting refinery items. When the chest i open with item(s) from the refinery comes up and the button done appears, i click on the done button and nothing happens. It won't do anything. I have to force close the game and reopen to move onto the next item. I thought it could be my internet but no that's fine, so I thought it was the game being its usual slow laggy self, not that either. So i tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling and still have the same problem. The problem started after I got to level 51 last week. Is anyone else having this problem or is it just my version of the game? I play on android.

I've got a weird one..... Whenever I try to swap crews on my ships using the presets, I'm getting a message about Unavailable Officers due to being currently unavailable or on a deployed ship. Thing is, all my ships are docked and I'm not running any away missions. This is happening for every preset I have. It just started doing this a short while ago. I change up one of my presets with three new bridge officers, and now all my presets show this message. If I take all officers off all ships, the presets work, but the minute I have all my ships loaded, if I try to swap crews, I get the message.

Bugs, bugs, everywhere. I did a Xindi mada in Torgoth, was in the circle, as my Cube was highlighted purple, so I sped it up, and it cancelled on me. I got no rewards for it, and it didn't show up in the battle log.

I just suggested.
You might also want to first: state that there may be differences in quality for mined materials. Second: provide a means to detect the differences. Three: Adjust the randomization of refining so that players have greater control over the types of materials they are wanting versus the rank of the materials used. Completely random results is ridiculous considering the technology we currently have and the technology that should be available in that future.

Not sure if it's just the one event or more but my Xin Deep event stopped tracking score around daily reset time. As you can see, 31 total reptilian kills, yet the event only counted 17 of them. The second run through of these was at daily reset and none of them have been counted.

Do Scopey ever rectify this broken Field Training, The Support Numpty I spoke to advised that this all part of the game and requires luck when opening recruitment boxes. epic transogen mining is broken! refreshing a node somehow assigns it the ID of a different node being mined by someone else.
that means refreshing a node causes you to attack someone who is on a completely different node on the other side of the system!

Here is another bug, I have no outposts attacks going on. Tried a game restart. Then after a 2nd game restart I could finally begin an outpost. I give this game until the end of the year before it is completely unplayable.

Yep, I would be mining a transogen node, it goes to 0, I leave the node to get it to reset and return to it, and get message if you attack this ship your shield will drop. I then restart the game, and behold, a ship is on the node mining it.

Looks like there is a bug with the Infrastructure Push rewards. It's showing that rank 26-50 will get 2 Officer shards while 6-25 do not receive any shards, then 2-5 only gets 1.

Side comment: Only 2 Rare shards for getting 1st in an SLB seems pretty low to me...but I'm just the new guy. 🤷‍♂️

They had an event and everyone including me was 99.9% sure the rewards were for vidar talios shards exchange loot. They seemed have swapped,out the rewards at the last minute.

I'm ops lvl 47, I maxed my 2nd Meridian and the Archives was showing I could do something right after I did. I looked and I was able to max the Meridian Archive, I paid the Archive Data Shards, I wasn't paying attention to what it said just clicking the buttons.

It is an individual issue and not server related. Open a ticket at customer support and they can re-activate it for you. Please check beforehand, if the enemy is dead and your mission is not somewhere archived or still in progress. Scopely introduced the cooldown for that to reduce the probability of this bug happening.

Nope it runs Monday to Sunday , and challenge track resets 1 HR after daily reset on Monday, so if you did dailies at reset, by Sunday you will be 100 short.
To get back on track just do the basic 100 point one between daily reset and challenge track reset on Monday, and then when challenge track resets collect the 175 points from big task and you will be back up to speed. Sorry this reply was too late as it's about to tick over.

I wonder why we didn't kill the armada? I can't read anything from it at all. everything is written in the first round and practically nothing in the others. If I had damage to my ship like the first turn I would have survived. You can’t score on the excelsior event without an exelsior. You’re probably just hitting the wrong type of hostiles. You have to hit vger fighters for the event but you hit vger gorn. Only way to get vger fighters is summoning with the excelsior. That’s not new it’s how it’s been since launch

EU 107 is very slow and I've had issue tring to perfom solo amardas ships go into attack show as attacking the hostile and hostile carrys on as if not being attacked. The problems with the game mis-handling mouse clicks are EXTREMELY annoying and have been reported countless times - at least dozens of times by myself. While I agree with your sentiment, I wouldn't be too hard on them for not knowing. They only 'know' what they're told. I'm just glad that they even acknowledged that there is a problem, so we at least know that they are aware of it and not ignoring us.

I also say all of this knowing that I'm probably disliked by most of the Scopely employees on here. Focus the attention on the company, not the random CS-adjacent employee, just doing their best.

yeah, he's not a developer. He's a community manager. The liaison between us and Scopely. I'm not being critical of him, I'm being critical of Scopely, and as the liaison between us and Scopely, he can pass on my critical feedback. Furthermore, the developers don't set their product development cycle, their product manager does. I think their product manager's priorities are not aligned with the playerbase's wants and needs. That core game functionality has been broken for months and is not being prioritized for a fix is, to me, completely unacceptable.

I appreciate everything the community managers do, but in the absence of being able to directly chew out Scopely for the way they disrespect their players, I'm settling for the next best thing.

Reality is, fixing battle logs don't make money. It's why we now have tasks to acquire New Ship parts. Because someone will spend money. Nobody is spending money on battlelogs, so they don't care.

While there may not be a direct monetary relationship between the players and the battle logs, the brokenness and unwillingness (or inability) to commit to prioritizing and fixing it is just one more piece of broken jank for the game. It contributes to an overall feeling of slapdash hackery for a money grab, and it has a chilling effect not just on player spending, but player retention in general. The more polished the experience is, the more people hang around and the more opportunities there are to sell them things.

How often would you go back to a restaurant with delicious food where 25% of the chairs are broken and the tables all wobble? It's all part of the customer experience and it doesn't matter how shiny the new ship is if significant parts of the existing ecosystem are broken.
