Hi I am not sure if this is a bug or it is simply something that is not working as intended in the DTI faction store. What is the point of having a slider when it limits you to a maximum of 50 chests the same as the highest available button. Shouldn't it allow to bypass that limit and redeem like up to say 1 bill, which would actually save you time, instead of wasting our time with endless clicks ?

I dont know what yr set is, but I do know there were a whole bunch of updates released yesterday for everything including GPU drivers. so I'd first make sure all your updates have been done, including the game client first off and then try the switch ports if it still isnt working. After that to eliminate it being a scroll wheel issue, try a dif mouse and see if it has the same issue.

So i just ran 10 rare lvl 60 Xindi armadas, and only one gave me the precious kemocite. is there a limit to the drops , i only got it from the armada i started it don't say i have to start the armada just defeat it so should i put in a ticket or is this another "it don't mean what it says" type thing?

I updated my system including the graphics driver. I tried a different mouse attached to a different USB port. I tried disabling "Extended Zoom." I tried different screen resolutions. I tried Repairing the client. I tried clearing localization. I tried Uninstalling/Reinstalling the client.

None of these fixed the zoom issue. It's stuck zoomed in all the way. Even a hotkey to zoom out would be an ok workaround, but as is the game is unplayable and I'll have to switch back to my phone when I can.

I'd do a clean install.

Locate the game folder (this folder has the prime.exe file)
Uninstall.
Delete the game folder.

Then reinstall from a fresh downloaded copy of the launcher from the website.

Power is a misleading indicator of performance. You shouldn't use it as the sole determining factor on what you can kill. Things like crew can be a many magnitude multiplier, and change an outcome. In this case, their power is a reflection of how much hp they have rather than shooting power.

I have a similar issue with regular Vi'dar in the lower bracket (I'm lv 27). Here I think the "Defeat Borg Armadas" points are not calculated

I defeated an uncommon Borg armada in system Protari using the Vi'dar, and now have 800 pts.

Defeat Borg Armadas: uncommon armada: 200 pts - this is missing, or the others are not calculated correctly
Bonus for Defeating with Vi'dar: should give 400 pts.

Total rewarded should be 1000 pts using the Vidar. I'm missing 200.

Different types of NPCs are tied to a single mob limit in the system and are not separated. Again.
If you kill all the visible NPCs, their place is taken by invisible ones, with no limits.
The game is six years old. How long do you plan to implement this algorithm in each new content?

They respawn, but instead of regular mobs, invisible mobs appear, which can be summoned with a special ship. You must not view or update the system for a while for it to reset. Well... I mean, all players should not view the system at all. Invisible mobs can despawn on their own, but they need to make several flights between spawn points

Scoring for the "Resonance: Break the Formations - SMS" isn't working properly. I am getting only 7500 points, when I should be getting 12500 points. Scoring says 5k for spending Uncommon directives, 2.5k for destroying armada, 5k for using a Vi'Dar Talios. I am using a Vi'Dar Talios, but it doesn't seem to be registering that fact, and only credits with 7.5k points, not the expected 12.5k.

Hi all; sorry to bother you with this, but I’ve asked a few times and haven’t gotten a response.

Since the most recent update, the game has become essentially unplayable for me. Core mechanics require regularly claiming items from the claims store, refinery, and faction stores. However, after the update, my game consistently freezes during these actions.

For example, I’ll claim a Charged DTI chest, click the Done button, and nothing happens. At that point, I’m forced to exit and restart the game. This occurs with virtually every item I try to claim. Over the past few days, I’ve done my best to keep up, but it literally takes hours to get through everything—and I simply don’t have that kind of time.

My main questions are:

Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

Has anyone dealt with this in the past?

Is this something Scopely is aware of?

I did submit a support ticket, but the response was the standard troubleshooting advice (restart computer, clear cache, reset router, etc.), along with a note that the ticket would not receive a follow-up response.

I’m asking because I want to continue progressing in the game, but I’m unwilling to keep investing time into something that may not function properly. If anyone has insight or experience with this, I’d really appreciate it.

It’s not quite that bad for me, but the latest client update definitely made stability and performance a lot worse.
The connection/lag is worse, I have to restart more often, I get randomly kicked out of the game, chest pulls sometimes take forever (endless loading spinner), and it shows things as ready to collect when they actually aren’t, etc.
Honestly, it hasn’t been this bad for me in a very long time.

i dont know if it will help, but if you have not deleted and reinstalled the game in a while, the game file size can get HUGE and take up a ton of space especially on phone. I suggest, copying down your GamerID like you need to submit a ticket (just in case). and delete and reinstall the game. That sometimes fixes things due to game taking up excessive amounts of memory and storage.

Anyone else find that the Resonance Expansion Cube Directives task pays out the full mission goal of 1000 Points instead of 100 when spending 500 Expansion Cube Directives. I spent 500 Directives and instead of getting 100 points towards the completion goal of 1000 points, it gave me 1000 points which earned me the Task reward of 500 Expansion Directives. I tried to report it as a new release bug, twice, but they give me an automated response that the known bugs are being worked on and to have patience and closing the conversation without allowing me to let them know that there's a different issue.

It will occasionally bug like that. An indicator that it has bugged is when the numbering of legs is off, eg. one of them shows 4/3 and starting a formada doesn't work. If that happens, it often repairs itself when you kill some hostiles in the system.

Good question. I'm just going to go ahead and dump my problem right here anyway though:
With windows client, game always opens on primary monitor when using dual screens. When I try to run in windowed mode instead of full-screen so as to be able to move the application to my other monitor for multi-tasking purposes game always crashes and then cannot be reopened. Only way to resolve is to change display settings back to single monitor and launch on the screen you want it on then re-add second display in windows display settings.

Tried that but it still freezes anytime I switch monitors. Think it may be because they are different resolutions and aspect ratios 2K widescreen monitor vs 1080 normal aspect (16:9 maybe) laptop screen. Windows knows they are different resolutions/aspects and other programs adjust but this client probably has to be opened on the one you want to run on and geeks when you switch. When I move from one to the other everything is squished or stretched and it immediately goes to not responding and can't be opened again until you disconnect the other monitor in windows display settings.

Ok, finally figured out that if I manually set the resolution in game to 1920x1080, the resolution of the smaller laptop screen, I can resize and move window normally between monitors. Little lame that I have to always run it in the inferior resolution even on the better monitor, but I can live with it. Resolved as far as I'm concerned.

Correct but I’m spending to compete in the event but getting no benefit from the skill tree abilities or relevant power. Lorcas first does not activate to what it should after upgrading it

That one's actually easier to test. Dock your ship, and SS your current impulse speed. Destroy a hostile, and SS you updated impulse.

The power rating in the profile is irrelevant, the update rate might just be slow or delayed. The impulse rating on the ship is what matters.

Ka’shara will also do this. When it’s activated. And you check on your outpost. It’ll engage this and try and pull your ships. But why would they fix what’s been broken since launch day?

Ka’shara is seriously broke too. I’d click a hostile, que a second. And it would unque the second right after. And would remove the last queue randomly. On top of occasionally sitting there.

And seriously don’t try using the artifact with two ships, or while running an outpost. Serious problems occurred.

Was there a change to the cooldown of cloaking? After activation it showed more than 10 minutes for cooldown. By the way, hitting a hostile while cloaked did not count for the daily as well. Clearing loc did not change anything.
