I'd try some basic troubleshooting while you wait:
Rebooting the device and router
The repair option in the game's launcher if on pc

There's only temporal disruptors which you get from refining currency gained from defeating silent enemies

Any armadas count... IE. Solo armadas 1min 30 timer possible to speed up, gives same rewards as starting group armada, 15 mins timer, or even krenim formation 10 mins can't speedup.

It's probably fine, but you can try changing language settings on your device, it's a different method to clear localization, and seeing if anything changes with regard to your tasks. If nothing problematic shows, I'd just change settings back, and go forward with claiming a new task. You have the SSs to send to CS if something bad happens. And it's not very likely that you could do an invisible task, if that's what's happening anyway.

If you are participating in a Wave Defense and your ships refuse to move or hit hit the wave hostiles (ship jammed), hit the Hailing Frequency button. It fixes the issue.

It looks like hostile chests and outpost chests occupy the same bucket. Even though they're separated in the loot chests inventory screen they will overwrite each other if you have over 1000 combined outpost/hostile chests.

I have a member of my alliance that is being accused of cheating by using a bot by other alliances. He says he's not, he was using the kirshara artifact and had a poor wifi signal. I'd like to know if it is a bug or a glitch or if it was cheating. Sending video soon.

I have only Khan Level 5 available after doing Lvl 1 and Lvl 2 several times in one-minute intervals.
Level 3 and Level 4 are sitting in my system cause I took them by mistake thinking I can beat them, so I guess I'm stuck with them there permanently.
But I don't have Level 2 or 3 in my Mission log, in my Archive, no ships in my system, and no option to buy.
Is this reportable and needs fixing manually? And if so, is this going to happen every time so I will have to get manual fixes every day?

I'd try a clean install on pc.

Locate the game folder (this folder has the prime.exe file)
Uninstall.
Delete the game folder.

Then reinstall from a fresh downloaded copy of the launcher from the website.

I typically never crash on pc, and would classify the behavior you experience as unusual.

I really appreciate the game thus far except a few bugs I've encountered such as lag spikes when chatting with other people in game, glitches when looking at events where they keep fading in and out when scrolling side to side and strange interferences when going into other systems playing armadas and interferences with mining as well as strange moments where warping to other systems other than that I really like the game a lot keep up the good work that you are doing.

I think I know the problem. After the quest is completed, you get a pop-up with a checkmark to accept the completion. But the new one is available in the store already. If you buy the new one before you "complete" the previous one, the new one is not started and the purchase option disappears. Horrid programming, that's the reason.

My issue is as follows: when I take the Khan's Trial (level 2 but that's not important) and do it several times, if I happen to not click the last "completed" checkbox button, and I buy a new one from the store (same level), the quest disappears, it's not in the store, it's not in my mission log, it's not anywhere, and the only way to bring it back is to send an email to your support. Happened to me twice, it was restored twice, I'm waiting since the morning for the third restoration.

The effect is that I originally had enough to do this quest over a 100 times (great game design by the way... so exciting), but around every 20 or less, I have to send an email to your support and wait for it to be fixed, only for the same thing to happen again when I try again.

I asked your support to simply manually convert the "input currency" to the "output currency" without me having to click 5 times 100+ and wait 100+ minutes in total for this to be completed + the time required for you to fix this every time, but I was told "it's not fair to other players". As if it's fair to me to be stuck on this for third day now.

I'm glad to provide you any more information that you need here, especially since this affects other players and was said is a known issue.

Oh mister wise, if you actually read the thread, you'd realize that I noticed this as being the most probable cause after the last time it happened. I do not have any confirmation from Scopely that this is indeed the cause and as they still have not fixed this problem for me, I cannot even try to continue while paying more attention to make sure to click their buttons in the very carefully selected order every single time, as if I was making sure I'm cutting the right wire on a bomb, because I am responsible for making sure that their bad programming does not affect me with bugs. Title: Login Stuck at 91% on Server 401 Bloodwine – All Devices Affected

Hello everyone,

Since November 23, 2025, I’ve been experiencing an issue on Server 401 Bloodwine where the game gets stuck at 91% loading. This affects all of my devices (2 PCs, 1 laptop, 1 Android).

I have already:

Uninstalled and reinstalled the app

Deleted the STFC folder

Followed all recommended support steps

Support Ticket: #28052611

Peace Shield was activated (initially until Nov 27, currently until Nov 29), but the issue persists

Resource losses occurred due to missed events and Battle Pass rewards

I’m asking here in the community to find out:

1. Has anyone else experienced the same issue on Server 401 or on other devices?

2. Are there any working workarounds that the support team hasn’t suggested?

I want to make it clear that this is not a device issue, and I hope to hear from players who may have faced a similar problem.

Two of our alliance members can no longer collect the Khan Champion chest that they want to, despite the system of tokens etc and the one minute cooldown, it has bugged out on them again.
They’re running their chests in order to get khan fc skill points for the CotA underway.
Of course they have now written to support to unblock this, but won’t get solved in time for them to do what they wanted, and given this is STILL problematic, is it not time now to eliminate the pointless additional step of donating the results to obtain the chest with the winnings?
Please just make this as any other mission yellow - when you defeat it, you get the mission rewards, simple as that.
The measures put in place to solve the issue have NOT worked,it’s time to address the issue properly.

The event planners have screwed up so bad they need fired. They made the milestones and points requirements so high for the event. I will never reach it in a day. And there will certainly be domination events every day for a week. Remember when those would happen same day.

<@&509690795536941056> I believe that based on observation I found the reason for this bug, so forward it to your developers to get their stuff together and fix it!!!

The logic of the mission is:

1. You buy the mission from the faction store, it auto-activates and is added to the mission log
2. You defeat the champion and click DONATE, the mission target is done but the reward is not yet picked up
3. The mission REAPPEARS now in the faction store so you can buy it again BEFORE you pick up the reward (not everytime but sometimes it does, I still haven't figured out the exact condition when it is so and when it's not)
4. If you did not buy the mission again, you can collect the reward (either by quickly clicking the small window with a checkmark or by going to the Missions screen)
5. If you did not buy it in step 3, you can now buy it again starting from step 1.

SOLUTION:
Solution for programmers is to make the mission available in the faction store only AFTER the reward is claimed. The condition in the algorithm now is clearly that the mission reappears after Khan ship is destroyed, and that creates a paradox where, upon buying it again, you would have TWO active Khan missions on the same level, one completely fresh, and one with the target destroyed but without a claimed reward. Then, when you claim the reward, that claim automatically completed BOTH these missions, and thus the condition to reach step 3 (to make the mission available in the store) is never reached, this creating the whole bug.

SOLUTION FOR PLAYERS:
Be very careful when buying the next Khan mission of the same level that you just completed. Before buying it again, EVERY TIME, check if that mission is NOT in your mission log and that you have claimed the reward. Only once you make sure your log does not have that mission, then go to the Faction store and buy the mission again.

Update of the Khan bug... It seems that even when you do things every time checking, and in the right order, there can be a bug where:

1. You take the quest and it starts, but
2. There is no ship to kill and the "kill"/"donate" condition is automatically satisfied but once you collect, no new quest appears in the Faction store.
   So even though I made sure that I complete the mission every time, the quest is bugged again... FYI <@&509690795536941056>
   Get the programmers to check if there is a loophole in the algorithm that makes it possible for the quest to start and automatically go to the "completed" stage without the ship appearing, being attacked, and the "donate" button being pushed. Cause it seems like that's another option for this bug to happen. Clearly, the reappearance of the quest in the store requires not just the completion of the quest, but the "donation" and/or "ship kill" parts to be completed as well (conditional clause), and this cannot be filled if there is no ship to kill and the quest is taken and automatically at the "colllect" stage.

Although I'm sure @rigid glacier would blame that on me as well, since I know what the problem is, I should magically make the ship appear.

Try this, before your next solo wave, clear localization, when the loading bar starts up for the game intro, close the app before the bar finishes loading. Repair game, close the game completely, wait one full minute and try after you do all that. It is your only chance, that and as a bonus whatever your internet source is ie, wifi or mobile data, turn off the one that isn't best. If you need to do a speed test on each connection with the other ''off'' and see which is fastest. Good luck

It resets at 5 utc, ie. one hour after daily reset.

I am not going to comment on the quality of customer support... The number of times they did not read the case history, did not even read the request clearly, even though I always use ChatGPT to improve my English so that my communication is absolutely clear... the number of times they close the issue without giving me a chance to respond... For the second time my khan level 4 mission has disappeared after finishing it and handing it in. It never returned. @stuck hemlock I had the login issues earlier this year in STFC. You have corrupted data. Delete your game data, not your cache, uninstall, and reinstall. If you don't delete your data first, it carries forward. The game will have to re-download your icons, but everything else will be faster and you'll be able to login. I do this every few months when the game slows down. Just make sure you have a Scopely account. I think Android saves your progress as well.

You would be surprised how many issues that fixes.

There's a bug with the path between Ares Cradle and Memorium, and possibly also the one between Ares Cradle and Bess. In spite of having the superhighways unlocked, it wants to take the long way to get to the systems next to it. Interestingly, though, it shows the correct path if I choose a system I can't reach.

Superhighways are special, but you still need warp range to follow a normal link to/from 70 systems. Which is probably 1700, which you don't quite have, but alternate routing via lower systems still works. But when there's no successful path to a place, then that invalid route is as good as any....

That should be the path all of the routes I showed there take, is why I included it. But for some reason, it won't cross those 2 paths. Even if I have a ship in Memorium, it wants to take a long roundabout path to get to Ares Cradle.

The issue is that's only the case if the ship is warp range 1700 or higher, assuming Nusa's logic is correct. Otherwise your ship goes around the long way and takes me like 4 or 5 minutes.

We unlock them in the low 60s, though, so while I personally can just throw a CT on my Eviscerator and use it, most people can't until the late 60s

[BUG REPORT] Stuck at 91% Loading – Unable to Log In for 8 Days

I have been unable to log in for 8 days. The game gets stuck at 91% loading on all devices (2 PCs, 1 laptop, 1 Android phone).
I already tried every recommended step (reinstall, delete STFC folder, different networks, clear cache), so the issue is clearly server- or account-related.

Support confirmed they are working on it, and I appreciate that.
Multiple tickets were opened accidentally because the TribbleShot conversation disappeared.

Impact

Complete inability to play

All events missed

Purchased Battle Pass couldn’t be completed

Partial resource compensation received but cannot be verified

Peace Shields need extension since I cannot log in

Additional resource losses possible

Request

Since the issue has lasted 8 days and wasn’t caused by me, I kindly request:

Fix / account refresh for the 91% loading bug

Extension of Peace Shield until I can log in again

Full restoration of missing resources (not only partial)

Appropriate compensation for missed events and the Battle Pass

This has been around a while so it has probably been reported but I don't see it after a quick search.. Officers that are barely unlocked due to officer shard efficiencies are unavailable in the carousel until you go to the officer screen and get it's "unlocked" status updated. You can then go back to your ship and place it on the bridge. However restating the game makes the officer unavailable again and greys it out in the ship screen. This also causes officers to appear to be ready to tier up when they are not, and while not game breaking it's really obnoxious.

It can help, if you've navigated to the point it gives you a ticket number. If you get that, then a person will handle it, otherwise, the convo is closed.

There is something wrong with the Discovery Summoning specifically when the Discovery is queued for an Outpost.

When the Discovery is queued and you try summon, you get the Summon Cost error if you have Stamets/Culber on the bridge.

This is very specifically if the Discovery is queued for an Outpost. If the Discovery is not queued it works fine.

This is the 2nd time it has done this to me and ruined my outpost.
