Hate reporting it this way, but there seems to have been a lot more "stuck ship" nonsense since the update? I'm on S41, it appears that clearing the localization resolves it ... but it can be a problem when you're trying to catch a hunter before it kills your survey in transogen space.

I click on Transogen Forge materials in Refinery, it says 120 foundation, but when I click on Transogen Forge I still have 45 foundation like before clicking in Refinery. Restarting the game didn't help. Really? How long will there be any problems every day? I always expect problems with new game updates but on the third day? Try going into Settings, Notifications and disable banners? It might clear the nonsense, then you could re-enable banners (if you wanted). Although maybe not with the "Claim" bit ... unsure.

You guys at least need to fix that bug where a recalled ship sits there at 00:00 once it reaches base. If there is a way to clear that without restarting the whole bleeding game, I haven’t heard about it. I bet I restarted a couple dozen times yesterday, just for that. All these players restarting left and right must be a pretty big load on the servers. Seems like you guys would want to address some of this stuff. The 00:00 bug has been there for years already, although it seems a lot worse lately.

My Norton Antivirus detected that the "prime.exe" file of the Star Trek Fleet Command "Launcher.exe" is infected with the IDP. Generic virus. The file was detected upon closing the game. Placing the file in quartine results in the game being unable to load next time play is attempted. Repair is required resulting in the infected file being downloaded once again. Has the repair been redirected to the infected file. Is the data collected by this virus type program an needed / accepted part of this game? While I will need to restart my computer to safeguard it. Should I delete the current game with all progress made to prevent future reinfection attempts. Up to 3 attempts at this time.

When starting a solo armada, sometimes the ship doesn't go to join. This has caused me to miss out on several important wins for the current event, as you'd expect your one ship that started the armada to actually go there when you don't tell it otherwise after starting it...

Got a stuck ship issue. It never entered my base when recalled, and now it just shows it in the middle of the system where my base is. I hit recall, and it goes to the base, then does nothing. I can't even move it to another point in the system, I just get the "ship can't move in this state" (or something like that) error. I have the same problem, but mine isn't that it keeps awarding me Cerritos 7k. It seems the bug is the same, but affecting different players differently. Also, I have done the same. Including a repair/uninstall-reinstall then a restart of my PC and similar. My best hypothesis is that when we were collecting these things, something went wrong on the server (then similar to a shock) made this bug/event happen. A simple restart of the servers if this is how it happened may fix this (as it's the servers RAM/cache) may need to cleared.

Borg solos aren't registering for Mak'alas Crucible DAY 3. The info button says "Solo Armadas". I'm guessing you want type 03.... just ran a bunch of solos please make this more clear which borg solo's you are talking about.

Day 5 of Mak'ala's Crucible for a fresh OPS 51 player says "Spend G5 Uncommon Materials" with the smallest amount to spend being 42,000 and the largest amount to spend being 210,000. The problem is that OPS 51 players don't have any regular source of these materials, just a few events and some exchanges in the refinery if they have the correct specialty ships. Even bigger of a problem is that they don't have anywhere to spend G5 Uncommon Materials, those don't become available until OPS 52, and even then it's only a few thousand and also the regular sources still only give a tiny amount per day. It appears that this event isn't possible to participate in at OPS 51 unless the player has millions of latinum saved up in order to get to a much higher OPS level, possibly not even then given the sourcing issue.

I dont have a G6 ship yet and all the research and buildings so far look like they only take common materials. I have plenty of the 6* uncommon resources but I dont see any way to spend them. Bug report 1. Lag or game freezes actually has destroyed my ships as I can't move the ship in time or have to log back in and my timer has run out in Mirror space losing my mining materials.
2. You make new missions for high level players but nothing for the lower players. How are they supposed to level up if there is nothing for them to do?.
3. Hurak Missions-You say it is for level 40+, Rubbish. I am on level 49 and I can't even kill 1 ship. The ship level of a 40 Hurak ship is over 50m but my highest ship is only 43m.
4.Materials- I spent 6.5m of gas for 7,000 of refined gas and it took 6 days to do it. We are using millions of different materials for a tiny return.
5.Building Times-Over a year in real time for level 45 of the R&D Department building or you have to spend thousands of latinum or speed-ups.
6-Prices in Store-Why is nearly everything so expensive?. Do you think that everyone who plays this is a millionaire?. Why pay £99.99 for something when you don't actually win anything?. Drop your prices so normal people can afford it.
I will write again when,not if I find something else wrong with this game. It is a good game but it is being ruined by all the problems that keep occurring.

Guys I just have to say this. THIS is a video game. Those of us that play deep into the game pay a lot more money than any conventional video game. That said, you guys don't seem to understand how you're paid. You're paid by your players good graces if they like the content. This is like the first 15 minutes of business school. Does anyone else have the problem where the 'done' button does nothing when trying to receive items?

Having that issue with any chests that are opened e.g. refinery, faction store, away team store, event store etc etc etc. The game doesn't crash because the screen can still be moved up and down and the done button can be pressed, but it just doesn't move past that screen. Only way to deal with it is to force quit the game.

Here’s an idea. Instead of trying to do something you apparently can’t do, how’s about putting rares and epics in different adjacent systems.

I am hearing from members of my alliance that they are being given Warp Tolls every day whereas I was only given one on the first day of the event and then never again (and I also used it on the first day). I only have one account so I cannot verify this 100%, but please look into whether some players are not receiving warp tolls that they are intended to (or others are receiving more I guess).
