Last update, about 7 games started and still 15 tasks that have Retrieving. How am I supposed to do something when I feel like doing something? Before that, almost everywhere I clicked, there was a screen with Preparing. So I always preferred to turn off the game. The only thing I feel like doing is uninstalling the game. I'll see tomorrow.

🖖 You have completely mixed up your timelines/series: One has to use Ex-Borg credits (PIC) to upgrade the Enterprise NX-01 (ENT), and gets PIC Hugh shards in the NX-01 refinery (ENT, 240 years earlier); and gets trellium (ENT) from Mirror Universe hostiles (DIS, 100 years later). [Yes, ENT also had two(?) great Mirror Universe episodes, but trellium was only needed in the Delphic Expanse, two seasons earlier.]

And one has to fight Mirror Universe (DIS) hostiles to get (Wrath of) Khan's Challengers Tokens. For that, one has to do "Annorax's Mirror Universe Challenge" -- Annorax being a character from VOY (100 to 200 years later) --, which makes absolutely no sense.

This follows the same ridiculous pattern where one gets Khan (Star Trek: Into Darkness) shards from the weekly Swarms event (Star Trek: Beyond).

assuming that's what you mean, if you're not yet 61+, you don't have access to the resource switcher on the top right that shows you, but anyone else scanning your base could, or syncing with spock's club could, or getting any specialty ship to a tier where you have to spend sigma rss on it will show you, or if you can see g6 ships in the shipyard, looking at the build preview for one will show you

@vocal crystal These issues are getting old! I just had an issue with my cloaked ships. I had all 8 of my ships sitting cloaked in my alliance’s territory for our territory defense. Each ship had a near full timer on its cloak. I changed screens to set up 1 research project. I go back to the screen with my ships and find that all 8 ships had no timer on them. 3 ships got destroyed before I could get them out. This is not right and things like this keep happening. Just encountered a strange bug. I selected a ship in a system while it was warping out of the system. The system in question can only be seen with a ship in the system (think deep space). When that happened, I was booted from seeing the system all together even when my ship is still in the system. I was able to fix the issue by hitting Locate on my ship while in the galaxy map.

Once you start using the officer efficiencies in the new P1 research tree, it creates all sorts of bugs. First, if you unlock an officer, using the new required number under the efficiency, and don’t have the typical number of shards required to unlock them, they will often glitch, not allowing you to use them, or save the ships crew when they’re included. Then, once you’ve maxed officers with an efficiency, instead of returning Transporter Patterns when recruiting them, you end up getting nothing. Here’s a screen grab showing maxed borg officers not returning officer XP or TP’s.

That’s a lot of wasted shards right there.

(And the Transporter Patterns I did get are from other maxed officers)

And another 2 wasted shards from an Ultra recruit pull. This is starting to add up to a lot of wasted shards due to these efficiencies.

Came back after a break to find Enterprise-E Riker, Borg Hugh, and The Doctor missing from my roster—officers I had absolutely unlocked before.

What support did:
I submitted a ticket Friday. Instead of helping, they passed me around from one agent to another like no one wanted to take responsibility.

Phil finally replied with:

“Our logs show…”
Brushing off my evidence entirely.

Then Rexxar picked it up, sent this:

“Since we’ve addressed this case already, we will now mark this case closed. See you in deep space! 🖖”
He closed the case without asking if I was helped or satisfied.

When I tried submitting a new ticket, they just closed it immediately without even talking to me.

This isn’t how you treat paying players.

This isn’t just me. I found plenty of reports of other players losing officers after returning to the game. It’s a system bug they refuse to admit.

Instead of fixing it, they hide behind “our logs show…” even when their logs are clearly wrong.

Bottom line:
Scopely needs to take responsibility.
Stop shutting down tickets to make players go away.
Restore what players earned.

If you’re thinking of spending money here, remember: your officers can just vanish—and they’ll blame you.

one of my alliance members had similar but with a purchase that he got but the officer never showed. He went to CS and after they blew him off like this he used the UK charge back rules and would you believe the officer appeared very quickly and he got his money back as well. He also threatened them with legal action but as i have said many times unless you have visual proof of owning what you had this is a ver difficult route as courts will then only have their logs to go by. Scopely know this and hope that players dont have visual logs

Open inventory, open loot chest, close the inventory and it opens the store instead. What are you people doing since WoK pt1 that just has this kinda stuff happening nonstop. The AT store is the worse offender. Open the AT store and unless I buy something and even then it may not let me buy something at all, I can't close/ back out of the store. I have to close and restart the game. The BP event store is almost as bad. Look at 1 sub group of stuff, back out to the main event store and can't open another sub group. Have to back out of the event store entirely and reopen it just to have it happen again and again and again.

Eventhough vael & phlox are unlocked, they constantly do not show when I pick below deck group so I can add them to my ship. The game con constantly thinks I don't have enough directives for them when they are unlocked. In this case, she's actually on board of my ship, and the game still thinks I only have 99 directives

The only way I can add them to my ship is I have to back out of the officers selection, open up the entire list of officers using the button in the upper left-hand corner of the HUD, and actually click on that officer, and then when I go back into officers selection on the ship do they now show, and the game thinks they have the right number of shards

There is a 2k daily hostile kill limit, after which you stop earning rep/lootboxes/cargo/xp.
It resets at 5 utc, ie. one hour after daily reset.

There were bugs in the last revamp of Field Training. The feature's been broken since. I'd ignore it until they get get around to fixing it.

Makes no sense, there are several auto-farm areas designed for a reason, some missions in the alliance arena require auto-farming (the Monaveen sentry missions). Now every player is bothered because of bot prevention. Seems like the solution is worse than the problem - which is caused by design.

There are two autofarm loops: monav and reli. And they don't expect you to leave a ship in there the whole day to fuel them. Real players will never/rarely ever hit the cap.

When the cow event is on I hit it regularly because I am in a 3 person alliance and simply parc 5 ships on autogrind to finish that event (the ams) so according to your logic I am no real player and I am not a bot because I need 8 hours to hit it. And when I level up ships I also parc them in the autogrind area in the morning go to work come back and dang if I haven’t paid attention the limit is reached in the evening 🤷‍♂️ so yes real players can be affected by this regularly

There is no expectation that players would attempt to finish an AMS in a 3-man alliance. They balance that event for a 40-man one. They expect you to simply fail to finish it. When you play outside the bounds of expectation, then you're going to encounter problems, difficulty that you've set for yourself.

Bots don't really affect real players, other than leaderboards. What it does affect though is Scopely's bottom line, even slightly, and that just won't do.

So normal players suffer.

They could probably make things a little easier if they elevated the limit during grind heavy events.

When all players are g6 ones you get it finished by autogrinding in two days so it’s possible doable and will be done🤷‍♂️

The hostiles don't come out at set intervals. They come out randomly every 1-2 minutes. It's been this way since the servers first came online over six years ago

No. This is not due to performance. They are programmed to not come out at a certain interval. They come out randomly between one and two minutes. This was hardcoded years ago into the game. This has nothing to do with the performance of the servers

That said, the server performance is terrible, but this is not an example of it

Happy with a super fast response from Support on this to resolve my issue .. seems the war chest loot didn’t reflect accordingly due to the bulk upgrade I did for the war room. Support helping to provide me the correct loot by manually converting my keys 👍🏻
