Hello, please tell me the game crashes immediately or gets stuck when loading at 70% or 91%, even when using a VPN, what can be done about this?

Every time I try to start a solo wave defense I'm always loosing connection and I am unable to complete the event let alone my S31 missions it gotten to the point that I have to restart my game or having to force stop it and then restart it. I'm trying to enjoy the game on android even after I upgraded it to the new one

It's the only game that I play that I keep having issues with and not any other games I've even have loading issues as well when I try to start the game and by the time I finally get the game running 5 - 10 minutes later I have connection issues again. That's why I haven't played it in awhile up until about a year and a half ago when I started playing it again or at least try to play it. Now whenever I am able to play it without connection issues I actually enjoy it very much. I just wish you could get the connection issues resolved.

By the way I'm on server 84 if that makes any difference

Also been having issues this past week with the starbase? When it loads up, it usually won't reflect our inventory of plasmas and I can't start builds. If I click some other building, the plasma count might load. But with some buildings requiring active+collisional+magnetic and only 2 of those actually displayed, I occasionally need to tap a few buildings to force the inventory counts to load -- then I can choose something and start my builds.

If you can't handle the data capacity for the arenas (you don't appear to have the capacity now), turn them off until you can. Or maybe don't have them running during daily reset.

Jess sorry to call, but is a problem with programming and you might help.
My SS Revenant is at Evo3, so it was scrapped in tier 10...BUT the research for loot is tier lock ( at tier 9 ).
Obviously, the game see my ship at its currently tier ( ), but it doesn't recognize that the ship has passed the requiremwnt before... This is a Logic problem, once the requirement was achieved, but because of the scrap process to evolve it is under now.
CAN it be adressed to be fixed ?
The loot needed for pulls in evo3 is insanely high, has gone from 600k to 6.6Mi !!! Is a 1000 times more and the ship has not powered enough.

The D3 Spawn rate is near to nonexistent in the 40 Exile Achrady system (most Lucrative Unc system) ever since the release of the Reliant. By introducing the Auto-grind feature of the Reliant to the system, it has now switched the hostile spawning to 90-95% D7s and now 5-10% D3s catering to just the Auto-grinders and leaving the people in game actually grinding high and dry with barely anything to hit.
I know more players in system can effect the mechanics, but for example the 38 system actually had more players in system and yet there were more D3s spawning so that makes no sense...the 40 system is BrOkEn!! and NEEDS to be addressed.
I've added Screenshots of the 38 Gamma system vs the 40 Achrady system to prove this issue.

as i mentioned here, "autogrind" systems (old augment, exiled augment, and texas) are getting littered with broken hostiles, they don't despawn and can't be attacked because they are outside the system edge.
these broken hostiles are keeping normal hostiles from spawning.
there really needs to be a way to reset these systems, broken hostiles can stay stuck like that for months because they survive maintenance and updates.

I have the ex-borg swarm and faction sweep. If I do them all at the same time and use the claim all button, and then claim the daily milestones, I get the repeating claim bug in the daily claim.

Specifically, every time I open the daily task list, it marks most of the milestones as claimable again, even though they are not. I therefore have to avoid the claim all button and do them one at a time.

It defeats the purpose of a claim all button, if claiming too much with it causes problems.

well.. if it's a decent example... I tried playing another game for a while, and I only stopped it because I didnt really care for the story line... BUT... the game was rock solid, and built on Unity,... the app stayed up and functional for weeks at a time.. whereas I cant have STFC open for more than 1 hour at a time before all HE## breaks loose, and of course the login times out after 12 hours, it's not an apples to apples comparison because STFC just couldnt even try to stay up for more than 12 hours. 😦

I've been noticing the last few days that the game loses the ability to access the internet after being logged in for a few hours.
on multiple PC's, it'll throw a "check your internet" error and refuses to log back in giving a "failed to log in, please try again" message.
this is not a connection problem, forcibly closing the game and restarting it restores the game's ability to log in.
if 2 different PC's are logged in to separate accounts at the same time, they'll even get this error at the same time.
but if 1 was logged in at a different time, they don't disconnect at the same time.
so looks like it happens after an exact amount of time.

this is more of a design flaw than a bug but, the bulk refine settings are stored locally, so if you play on more than one device (IE mobile and PC) you have to change the settings on both if you want to change something (IE which ship parts you want to refine in voy/iso/gs31 refineries)

You have probably hit 2,000 hostiles since the limit reset. You won't be able to get loot/xp/rep from hostiles until that limit resets later today at 5am UTC, 1 hour after daily reset (~10 minutes from now). Event scoring is unaffected.

I have a Help All button that won't go away no matter how many times I press it. It indicates that there are 3 requests for help but on the Help Requests screen there is only 1 requested help and no matter how many times I click it, it won't go away. I have TRIED to open a ticket with Scopely but their chat bot runs me in circles and forces me to chose a response that has nothing to do with my issue. 🤬
Anyone ever run into the same problem and found a way to resolve it that did not involve waiting for the phantom help request to expire?

If Khan's Champion 1-3 in the Augment store are gone from the store and you don't have the missions in your mission list then you've found their sequencing bug. It will take a ticket to restore the missions to the store.

I am not sure if this is just me or if this is a known bug, but for the last few weeks I have been getting booted out at alarming rates. If I'm not running into perpetual loading screens I'm being told falsely my internet connection is gone or just plain kicked out with no explanation.

Is there a plan to fix this? Is this a known issue? Is it something to do with me? I've tried updating I've tried clearing localizations I have tried everything but I'm still getting kicked out every 15 minutes. This is happening across phone and PC and it is honestly starting to drive me a little nuts.

Looks like it’s possible to repurchase the Khan Champion mission after you beat the boss, but before you collect that mission? Then collecting the mission works, but the one you just purchased does not appear (no boss) and the mission no longer shows up in the augment store.

no you don't get them if you get a 0. the transporter patters you do see are from other officer shards I got which did get exchanged for transporter patterns which ofcourse we don't get to see which officers they were. again, 0 shards = no transporter patterns for those officers.

It’s ridiculous that you have to open the event store. Look at one area in the event store then back out and then you can’t choose another tab in the event store. It will not let you choose anything till you completely back out and go back into it. Then you can only select one or two items in the store and then freezes again. Then completely back out and go back into the Event Store. It’s been going on awhile. When will it stop.
